# How will Reporting courses improve and will there be improved modes of communication?

Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated. 
As a practitioner, I find that it's more helpful for the Reporting rep to give me details on how they run and help clients with a report for Learning tips and tricks.

Also having experienced the Pro Summit I realize that if The Bridge offered chats like that - to ADP Pros that can assist as we work through our kinks - it would vastly assist professionals to build confidence and usability in how we handle our day to day businesses and tasks

The Bridge for ADP Workforce Now has multiple report support functions. Here are a couple:


Forums - For questions and discussions including general support for Payroll, HR, & BTS and advanced support for reporting, time & attendance. Specifically, with Reporting we have a moderator that assists clients with building and editing reports.


Practitioner Training - we partner with Enterprise Learning to host the ADP Workforce Now New Practitioner group where clients review suggested learning paths, explore training options with myLearning@ADP (the in-product LMS forADP Workforce Now), enroll in professional learning courses, or connect with Professional Services for customized training


Product Support Articles/Documentation - Solutions Now offers over 1700 articles, guides, templates to support self-service support in ADP Workforce Now
