# Airbase isn't accepting new nonprofit clients

I'm a consultant who works with multiple nonprofits. One nonprofit I support has an Airbase account, and they love it. Another nonprofit recently "applied" for an account, following my recommendation, and they were denied. I talked to a staff person today who said that Airbase is no longer accepting applications from nonprofits, unless they are large and interested in a paid account.

Kind of messed up. :(

Hey Kait,

Thank you for posting the question. My name is Sonduren, and I’m a Product Marketing Director at Airbase. I’m very happy to hear that the organization you work with is enjoying Airbase. It’s important that everyone finds the best solution to meet their needs long-term; we evaluate each inquiry closely, and let prospective customers know when we think we’re not the best fit. I appreciate you taking the time to check in on this with us.

All the best,

Sonduren
