**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

Our People was easy to set up, straightforward to integrate with our HCM system, and simple to use day to day.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

The only issue I had was how many sessions it took to get everything set up. We ended up having several five-minute meetings to handle each small step, instead of meeting once and covering all the topics at the same time.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of employees out in the field who aren’t sitting at their email all day. Our People helps us reach them with announcements and makes it easier for them to complete their training.

Training is very helpful, we still have things to learn as the website is a little overwhelming, however getting the basics has really helped us get more information to our teams, then getting them no information at all.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

the time commitment, we put Our People on the back burner for months because other priorities took place, but I am very glad we pushed forward.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Front line workers are now able to see what is going on the company, and not just management, so when managers get busy and forget items that were communicated to them, our entire teams are there to work together.

I love how easy Our People is to use and get information out to our employees.

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Communication!  We had a hard time ensuring that our information was getting to all of our team members.  Our People puts the company news in the palm of their hands.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

We use OurPeople to communicate across multiple locations, and a large part of our workforce working in the field with no company email.  This allows us to keep our workforce informed.  The connection with our HRIS is seamless, ensuring 100% accurate information.  The response and support of the OurPeople team are rock solid.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

For me, the organization of the Team and the ability to limit broadcasts is the biggest downside.  I would love to have more options to group employees.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication to an hourly workforce who is not in the same location and does not have access to company emails.  Our communicatoin has increased and is much more engaging since we joined OurPeople.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

Easy to use, navigate and create professional and engaging comms to share company updates and information.  You can do checklist, surveys, quizzes to check for knowledge.  You can embed video, audio and engagng pictures and graphics.  If you have front line employees that need to be engaged in a modern way, this is your tool.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Currently we are not able to integrate Okta or SSO with OurPeople, but I think that feature will come.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging our front line employees who don't have company email or messaging.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

Easy to navigate whether using the app or the full website. The chat function allows you to connect with anyone in your organization without knowing their phone number. This has been the most useful tool.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

I have been dealing with a formatting issue for about a year. Customer Support has been in touch with me numerous times, but a fix doesn't seem to be in the works.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run multiple shifts and have team members working on the weekend. Not everyone uses email accounts, so the chat function is extremely handy to getting in touch with the right people at the right time.

Our people allows us to reach everyone in the company.  We have around 170 employees, but 100+ employees work in our factory and don't have direct access to a computer.  Our people allows us to communicate with everyone easily via their cell phones.

So far no downside to to Our People.  Implementation is great, and customer service has been very responsive.

Communicating with all our team.

I love that you can see when someone reads the message. The ease of seeting up the communications. The integrations is almost immedieate. We can add our own personal touch to everything

I wish that we could create a Broadcast to save and reuse for new hires but that might be an option with the new version

We are spread out over 8 states and we have Semi-Drivers so this is a great tool for keeping connected

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

Since we implemented OurPeople, which was very easy, we have had stellar service from Adam! I can email him for assistance, and he is quick to respond, helping me be able to move on with my project in a timely fashion. The use of the system is incredibly easy and user friendly. We look forward to using the system more in 2025!

We do not have any issues with OurPeople.

They are constantly improving the platform.  They don't just say "we're working on adding that feature", they actually follow through!  The service people are great as well.  Very responsive and helpful.

I wish we could set up admin rights based on job title so that updating access wasn't a manual process.

We like the fact that it reaches all of our staff, its an extra form of communication to ensure that our employees are kept up to date on a variety of topics.

Filtering full time vs part time employees is not feasible even though it is connected to ADP.

I like that it is secure to our company and that our employees can use their phones for an ease of use.

I dislike when my employees have phones that are too full to download or too small memory to use the Our People application.

Our shifts are being covered more quickly and conveniently. We are sending out our inclement weather alerts through our people.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

The messaging with commercial tags have become useful for our frontline team in communication. It is simple for me to convey new messages or reminders for various departments or offices, and guarantee that everyone will see it.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

The problem I have with Our People is it does not tally well with other HR and payroll software we use. It generates additional tasks for us in terms of training new staff or handling all the accounts of the users within the platform.

With Our People, discussions have become much easier both organisation-wide, but specifically, for front-line employees who don’t necessarily have email or even desktop notifications.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

I love the idea of categorizing users with Tags and then communicating with them selectively. No more sending messages to the entire team. This manages the flow of information and makes all the participants stay on the same course.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

I don’t like much with OurPeople appointments is how it is quite rigid while doing the appointments. Team availability is not easy to identify hence booking of meetings or training session for the team becomes a difficulty.

I am glad to note that OurPeople has enhanced the communication process among our frontline teams. Tags make sure people get the right information through targeted messages.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

It allows us to quickly get messages and communicate with a diverse workforce, most of whom are not computer-based and do not use computers in their day-to-day work. The team at Our People have also been an absolute pleasure to work with; they are very patient, helpful and responsive to queries which are important to us.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

The only downside is that users can't currenlty interact with broadcasts. It would be really great if they could use thumbs up/ heart, thumbs down etc reactions so we can gauge how users are feeling about the broadcasts.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to communicate quickly with our employees across multiple sites in a way that is familiar to them (as most people are used to using a phone and social media style apps). It has also allowed us to find an easy way to allow people to report near misses through the forms section and engage with them through many different media types, such as videos. Switching to using a form through the app for near-miss reporting saves paper and allows us to track actions more efficiently. Finally, it has allowed us to give everyone easy access to our policies as we don't have an intranet and most of our staff don't use a computer in their day-to-day role anyway.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

We have seven different restaurant locations and over 400 employees spread out throughout the Twin Cities, with varying schedules. That can often make direct, one:one communication difficult. OurPeople app was easy to set up and deploy to our team members. We have been able to use it for day to day communication, training, in the moment updates, and more. The best part is we can track who is receiving the information and when they are reading it, so takes the guess work out. The team at OurPeople are great to work with and very supportive.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Originally we were hoping for an option for auto-translation (English to Spanish) of our messages to ensure all of our employees had equal and timely access to messages. We have been able to find a work-around for that. Takes a little more time, but nothing that holds us back.

Timely communication to a mass audience of employees. Direct to employee communication.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

Intuative system that is easy to use. You can create some great content and target which of your employees needs to see various communications. Additional areas such as being able to upload files and manage access is also extremley useful. 
The development Our People have done and continue to do improves this product. For any business looking to have a central communication tool, I cannot recommend this enough.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

I honestly cannot think of any negatives at this time. When ever we have experienced an issue the support desk has always been at hand to assist/ resolve the issue or take onboard with a view to developing a solution.

Able to send quick, targetted communications. Currently in the files function we post rotas to our various teams. We are just starting to learn about/ use the smart forms function.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

I like having the ability to send messages from top management all the way down to front-line employees.  This reduces any errors in news traveling by word of mouth from the top down.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

What I dislike the most is the limited capabilities when creating a broadcast.  Oftentimes I have to leave and go to Canva to create an image, save it, then upload it just as a picture to OurPeople.  If there were more ways to edit the broadcasts, it would be a better platform.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us with communication across all levels of the company.  Previously, top management could not directly communicate with all front-line employees to get messages out that everyone needed to be aware of.  This helps create visibility and consistency throughout the entire company.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

I really like the chat functions - being able to create team chats and topics as well as messaging anyone within the business is helpful. It's more streamlined than using Whatsapp or emailing people.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Some broadcasts are a bit limited, for example we'd like to create events that just show up in a calendar without being called a meeting or cover shift. I'd also like to see more flexibility when you send out a survey - more text available in questions and more options for how people can answer.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had OurPeople messages about upcoming events, offers etc weren't reaching all staff and confusion was impacting people's motivation. There's definitely more of a feeling of involvement now.

It's so helpful not to save every employee's cell phone number. We like the statistics on who has read the information sent. It helps hold employees accountable for the information they should know!

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Part-time staff members are not allowed on cell phones while working, and it would be helpful to have a desktop version so they could stay in contact while working if they are a desk employee.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly spread information to a staff of 350+ instead of having individual department heads do so.  It keeps the information streamlined and not confusing between departments.

Our People allows our agency to communicate with our employees fast! The ability to upload videos, documents and get electronic signatures is very helpful! It is a great tool of communication and coordinating virtual events.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

We are not able to download and print documents for each individual employee. Using a MacBook, Numbers seems to be the default downloader of documents and prints small!

Our People is providing an innovative way of communicating with staff, tracking staff engagement and requiring our workers to be more responsible.

We are able to place documents in one place for review, send individual or group chats across three locations, send invites and reminders, and even set up amazing tools that help staff to add things to our created supplies list and maintence needs list.

We wish more could be done via the app ad administrators in terms of the behind the scenes set up and disbursement of the various communication methods.

Communication is now simpler, employees can access important information at their fingertips, and it makes things more efficient.

Our People is a really simple and quick way to target key messages, it can be achieved in an interactive format able to gage understanding, feedback quickly and effectively!

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

There are some elements that just need neatening up - like being able to have landscape options, remove the banner of styles of card and able to customise font options.

Quick way to target messages that otherwise get lost in other forums - they can be timed for the shifts to come online which make it targetted and relevant information

Everything about Our People is amazing from the ease of use to the service on the back end!!!

Nothing....It's great.  The only problem is the company was so fantastic I expect that level of service from all other vendors.

Our People gives our employees once place for all non-business related communication.  It also allows us to reach those employees without E-mail

They make each part of the implementation as seamless and customer-focused as possible.  We have around 700 employees.  This was by far one of the most efficient and well done implementations I have been through.  I highly recommend the platform and the company.

There are no downsides as far as I am concerned.

I love how easy it is to use and the immediate reporting.

The ability to file and store broadcasts, specifically quiz/choice broadcasts.  Also, better way to review choice/quiz information.

We have direct access to hour hourly teams which allows us to cascade company messaging much better.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

I like that it's easy to use and scalable.UI design is well thought out and easy to follow to the right menu needed to complete a task. Employee data is neatly structured and the user has control over personal development actions.

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Time allocations are not as granular compared to other systems. For example, sometimes splitting labor distribution by Level of Effort (LoE) per project is not as detailed.

**Recommendations to others considering OurPeople:**

It's a practical HR management solution with an intuitive landing page for completing intended tasks. However, the labor distribution report can be improved

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New staff recruitment on the go, employee data upload for personal development, performance measurement and appraisal integrated within the system. For some time, the system has been very helpful

Our People has a very convenient interface. It is easy to understand by newcomers. It encourages communication and helps to delegate the responsibility to a superior.

Our People is a good problem solver. It's always appreciated by my organisation. Their new updates resolve the problems regarding the uploading and bug. It has excellent features.

Our People only need to customize the design and added it in new updates which going to be loved by all. It helps to maintain a cooperate connection between the organisation and employees & maximise productivity.

OurPeople is an amazing communication platform!!!  It allows team members to keep in touch, message one another and is a fantastic tool to help with engaging. 

OurPeople also allows each team member to share files and create/fill in surveys.

People have to be aware that they need to take the time to learn the platform!!

It is easy way to keep a team of multiple stores on same page, it is very easy to use and also the ability to contact and send information to certain groups is the advantage.

I intially had issues and they have resolved all the issues, Had some issues with loading documents on Android devices.

It made communication more easy for our organisation. Easy to roll out and understand. It is very easy for the people who are from non technical background.

Our people is messaging app which connect everyone who is sitting remotely in these wfh days.
Its very engaging app different than any other messaging apps we can make surveys and can keep scrum and also can used for new joinees engagement

Not as such, just sometimes due to so many features addition its little bit bulky and becoming complex. And as it have many communication channel sometimes it feels too much crowded.

This is very good messaging app for training new comers and also it havw very good ui and new way to send message so it used to keep employee engaged and excited for any type of messages whether it comes as survey/postcard/ video etc

Integration with in-house tools resulted easy, and it worked great for our organization, the platform allowed keep connected the whole team from different countries

Personalization or documentation is poor in some cases, and we had some issues that took too much time to get solved; in some integrations, scenarios were our main issues.

Easy way to stay in contact when working remote. Sharing files, surveys, and messages keep everybody in contact and communication flowing.

Not as well known as some other messaging platforms. Small learning curve as most people are used to using Teams or Instant Message.

Much easier than sending emails. We already get so many in a day, and a quick question can be answered without getting lost in the shuffle of an inbox.

Functionally of rolling it out and easy for employees to use.  My coworkers like it and think the able runs well overall.

Nothing, I think it works great and has no issues. There are a couple of bug fixes that could be made.

**What do you like best about OurPeople?**

The program is easy to use, yet powerful enough to survey and gather information from the team. We can chain together objects and create surveys, communicate goals, ask questions, and present images to the team. We have been able to unobtrusively gather work preferences, times, locations from team members. Monthly sales information is also easily communicated with standard operating procedure (SOP) documents in the file repository. Team activity is easily monitored from the main dashboard and through the reports functionality. The apps for iOS and Android seem to work well and we have no issues in getting the team set up once they are hired. 

**What do you dislike about OurPeople?**

Notification for some team members are spotty, so they don't notice communications as quickly as we would like. We are working with support to correct. 
Lack of spell check in one of the field types. 
Team messaging to one-another is a little weak probably due to user understanding and training. They still resort to SMS in that case. 

**Recommendations to others considering OurPeople:**

Make sure you team understands your goals with the product.

**What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More timely communication of business information and eliminating the noise created by MMS messages to the entire group. The team feels more "in-the-loop" with what is happening in our multi-location company and can easily access files related to our standard operating procedures from wherever the are located at the time. The team feels more engagement at this time.

I like our people, because it is a simple, instantaneous, easy-to-use communication tool, and allows communication at all levels, it has cards that help to communicate easier, very practical really, and colorful; I like to use it and especially for how portable and fast it is

there is nothing wrong, so far its operation is excellent

We all work different shifts, so this allows managers to communicate important details with the whole team. There is no 'I did not get that email....'

Additionally, our staff can find coverage for shifts with ease! We love it.

When someone turns off notifications, other than that I am very happy.
