We have recently chosen to upgrade from several systems to one with Paycor, with this type of integration, how could I maximize ROI without taking up too much time in the backend?

We are evaluating different vendors like ebi, trueworks, hirerite for background verification. Which of these vendors provide good support and integrate well with Dayforce?

I'm not always sure what managers can see or not see in the system and still not sure if I have them setup with the correct rights to approve time off and correct time cards for their respective employees.

I feel like the custom reporting is very robust but not too user friendly and sometimes the canned reports just don't cover what is needed to be pulled from the payroll database.

What was your experience with onboarding as a small business (less than 10 employees)? I'm learning of a lot of problems with my account a year after onboarding that I'm very frustrated about.
