**What do you like best about Easyship?**

Honestly, the best thing about Easyship is how simple and intuitive the interface is. I’m using it to ship out Stay Afloat, and it has made my life so much easier. It does a great job of automatically pulling in orders from all my different online stores so I don't have to jump between tabs.

Being able to compare multiple shipping rates in one place, and actually use their discounted rates is a huge win. It makes it super easy to print my postage at home, pack everything up, and get orders out the door without any guesswork.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The software functions great, but if I had to pick one thing to change, it would be the color palette. The light teal color used throughout the dashboard tends to wash out against the white background, which can make it a bit hard on the eyes after a long session of processing orders.

I think the site would look much sharper and be easier to navigate if they used the darker charcoal color from their logo for the main interface elements instead. It would provide much better contrast and a more professional feel.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Easyship solves for me is the sheer complexity of fulfillment. We are currently shipping out copies of the book "Stay Afloat" by Phil Tourney, and because these are being ordered through our fulfillment center and various online stores, I needed a way to bridge the gap without getting bogged down in manual entry.

It has made our process incredibly efficient. Instead of wrestling with individual carrier sites, I can manage the entire flow in one place. The benefit to me is simple: it saves me hours of administrative work and ensures that readers get their books quickly and reliably. It’s turned what could have been a logistical headache into a smooth, streamlined operation.

The interface is very easy to navigate and very simple to set up and get started. Their customer support team has always been great to communicate if any issues pop up.

I don't have any items I dislike as we've been very happy with our service with Easyship.

it's very easy for our team to create filters for specific shipping scenarios which makes our shipping team more efficient. I do like the ability to do pick lists and having our team know exactly what items need to be picked and packed from a particular batch.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

1 stop solution!!
Honestly one of the best plugins an SME must have. It has been living on my Chrome for 4 years now I believe. I've recommended it to my entrepreneurial friends, and I've even shown it to a tech dev in FedEx. This is what a shipping platform needs to be. The shipping rates are competitive, multiple integrations, warehouse linking, UI is easy enough to understand and extremely affordable.

Customer service and the business dev team have always been quite hands-on and fast with responses and solutions.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The platform can still get quite laggy. I believe 2023 was at its best state. But big improvements from 2024's - early 2025 state.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective shipping rates globally.
Wasn't just stuck with FedEx or DHL as the main two couriers.
Lower shipping costs can open up new regions and countries for an SME.

Easyship was simple to set up and has made our order fulfillment process smooth and straightforward. We’ve saved money not only on manpower, but on shipping costs as well, which has made day-to-day fulfillment much easier to manage. The customer support is also outstanding.

We haven't experienced any downsides after 2 months of use.

Before using Easyship, we were relatively new to ecommerce, processing orders manually and dropping off shipments with various carriers. After implementing Easyship, our process became much more streamlined. We’re now able to manage and track all of our orders in an easy-to-use dashboard, pickups can be scheduled, and we’re saving both time and money.

I use Easyship for creating shipping labels. I love that I can get discounted shipping rates from all the carriers, and see the rates from almost all the carriers. It's convenient that I can simply submit the basic details of the items to be shipped and receive the rates. Scheduling pickups is another helpful feature. The initial setup was easy.

Easyship was very simple to implement in my WooCommerce. It allow me to simplify my delivery management thanks to the plugin that show accurate shipping rates at checkout (with always 3 options for the customer) and by allowing me to easily generate shipping labels for different delivery companies via the dashboard.

I had an issue once with the production of new labels for Canada Post, but the Customer support has resolved it as quickly as they can.

My favorite thing about Easyship is the customer support and ease of use. We integrated our Easyship with our Shopify store. This was also another thing I liked, as it was so easy to do.

This might sound a little like paid advertising, but to be honest, we have had zero dislikes with Easyship so far. Anything that I need help with or any questions I have are easily answered by my account manager (Avantika).

Easyship is helping us solve our international shipping. We have been working to get a European Union warehouse in the Netherlands, and Easyship has helped us get our VAT and OSS numbers. This was so helpful.

The biggest strength of Easyship is the quality of hands-on support during onboarding and fulfillment setup. Avantika was exceptional - consistently responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was configured correctly. She helped navigate decisions, explained tradeoffs clearly, and stayed closely involved throughout the process, which made a complex setup feel manageable.

The platform offers a lot of flexibility and options, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There is a learning curve during initial setup, especially for more complex fulfillment needs. That said, strong support significantly reduces this friction.

Easyship helps centralize and simplify shipping and fulfillment, especially when dealing with multiple destinations, carriers, and fulfillment requirements. Having a single platform to manage rates, labels, and logistics removes a lot of operational overhead. **What do you like best about Easyship?**

When all other cost-effective shipping options to the United States stopped shipping to the country due to the tariffs imposed by their president, I feared losing all my American customers. Easyship ships very quickly with reliable carriers and allows me to see in advance the duties my customers will have to pay. They can pay directly online through the carrier, without causing any delay. The packages I have sent so far arrive on time and the tracking is clear.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The layout of the website forms is a little fiddly and not always easy to find the right fields. It could have a simpler interface. But I am getting used to it.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping to the USA since Trump's tariffs caused everyone else to cancel this destination as an option.

The pricing has always been one of the lowest I’ve seen when it comes to shipping prices. That and the ease of being able to choose between carriers are easily my favorite attributes.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The mobile option is not the best. If I am trying to change an address or update the weight, the page will refresh and mess up. I then will have to refresh a second time and start over. It’s not fun at all.

Easyship is always trying to negotiate to keep their pricing down. They also never hesitate to explain further or let their team know if something needs to be switched up. If their system glitches, it’s normally fixed rarely quickly!

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

This is a very simple platform compared to so many of the others. It integrates with Make.com and other AI platforms to stream line my invoices straight into shipping. This saves me a massive amount of time. The customers support in getting verified was excellent.

It is so simple as well, it prefills all my customer data which enables me to just check it and then send it through to my shipping partner

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

At the start you need to learn the system but it is very simple and it is laid out well. There is nothing that I would dislike about Easyship right now!

Time. It is saving me heaps of time and allowing me to grow my business. It allows me to not have to manually enter payments and just reads them from my invoices, it is excellent and allows me time to focus on many other aspects of creating a new business.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

So far, our experience with Easyship has been very smooth. Our account manager has been incredibly patient and supportive, guiding us through the platform and helping us navigate the setup process step by step. Most of our questions are answered promptly, either directly or through the support team, which has been very reassuring as a first-time user.

We're currently in the stage of submitting product listings and preparing shipment data. The platform is comprehensive and offers many features, which can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the guidance we’ve received has made a big difference. We look forward to working with Easyship on the actual shipping and fulfillment soon! The fulfillment process seems easier with the help of Easyship.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The dashboard is a bit complex, with several forms to fill and some repeated info. Many SKUs are parts that will be packed together into one box, so entering exact dimensions and weights for each individual item feels unnecessary and time-consuming.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easyship is helping us handle the packing and fulfillment of our Kickstarter campaign. Their support and tools are making it easier to organize shipments, manage SKUs, and prepare for smooth delivery to backers.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

I appreciate that Easyship offers affordable shipping solutions, particularly beneficial for sending parcels overseas. - Despite the large selection of carriers, some regions are still missing well known carriers (e.g. DHL eCommerce in EU, Royal Mail in UK). Due to this, in some regions, we are forced to work with carriers that offer worse experience for both us and our customers
- Some technical pain points might take a long time (1y+) to get fixed (now fixed, but previously annoying issues such as not being able to have multiple warehouse connections within one account, or Easyship tracking statuses not getting updated in time when warehouse/carrier events occur)
- Manual involvement is required sometimes (such as when shipping labels fail to generate due to temporary carrier issues or unclear address errors)
- Pre-paid return labels are only supported in a limited amount of countries (stopping us from implementing returns via Easyship)
- Missing QoL and security features such as SSO (a must have in enterprise environments), TOTP (instead of email OTP), Passkeys

Easyship connects our Shopify storefront, multiple warehouses in different countries, and dozens of shipping carriers together and allows us to have a reliable and automated shipping flow.

Plus, it lets me have a trackable record of outgoing and incoming packages. It's great for me, and questions and glitches are addressed and solved quickly. The initial setup was super easy.

I like using Easyship as it combines my FedEx and UPS contracts into one platform. The support is also great. Also the amount of rules you can set up is amazing, that saves a lot of time!

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

 1. Loading times. When selecting a box for my parcel it needs to save.. that takes atleast 10-20 seconds of waiting... now do that for dozens of packages a day and you've got a headache. 2. No mobile app (at least for Germany). I'd love to set up a workstation tablet for my work..

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool allows me to manage both my UPS and FedEx contracts together on a single platform, which makes things much more convenient.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

What I like best about Easyship is how simple it makes the whole shipping process. I’m not an expert when it comes to logistics, but with Easyship, I don’t have to be. It lets me see and compare different shipping options, so I can choose what works best for my budget and timing. It also handles the customs forms and taxes automatically, which used to stress me out when sending things overseas. Everything’s in one place, and it just saves me a lot of time and hassle. It’s been super helpful for running my small online shop.

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Easyship. It’s been a really helpful tool for managing my shipping needs.

Easyship is helping solve the biggest headache I used to have with shipping—comparing rates, figuring out customs paperwork, and managing international orders. **What do you like best about Easyship?**

We use Easyship to manage shipments within Canada for our clients, usually in batches every few weeks. It has made the process a lot more efficient and keeps everything in one place.

We work directly in the Easyship backend by importing our shipping lists and creating labels so we’re not using an integration, but the backend has been easy to get the hang of.

The platform helps us compare rates, print waybills, and track shipments without bouncing between different tools. The support team was helpful during setup with various questions.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The account setup and verification process took a little longer than expected, but I understand it’s there to keep everything secure. Once that part was done, it was smooth sailing.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easyship helps me get pricing for bulk shipments with various couriers all at once so that I can pick and choose the best rates. It's saved us a bundle so far compared to using outside shipping companies and going directly to the couriers themselves.

I've used other 3pls and shipping platforms before and Easyship has by far been the best experience. I really hoped they would solve issues I was having elsewhere and they did. I feel like I get really close and personal help when I need it. Whenever there is an issue with an order, they take initiative to solve it, rather than leaving me with a bigger headache. Most importantly my customers have had a better order experience using EasyShip - orders arrive more quickly,

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

Using EasyShip and their partner warehouses has made inventory management and fulfillment a breeze for myself as an entrepreneur so that I can focus on other parts of the business. They usually get good rates from most of the couriers (except the postal services, who don’t offer discounts to anyone). Easyship also allows me to run these parts of the operations from anywhere around the world. 

Their customer support is mostly excellent and they always reply quickly, 7 days a week. The latter part is especially appreciated because sometimes I’ll run into an urgent issue and they’re always there.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

There’s an integration problem with Shopify (both sides blame each other) where coupon discounts applied in Shopify aren’t registered properly in EasyShip. For example, I offer free shipping over $65 in purchases. But if an item is $100, and a 50% off coupon is used, this theoretically should not qualify for free shipping but it still does because EasyShip only sees the original $100 value, not the $50 the customer ended up paying.

The feature richness of the platform and choices of couriers. Excellent user interface with well-organized task flows. Customer service is excellent, only if your plan have access to online chat, but it's well worth it as my problem was solved on-the-spot.

When you encounter an error, like I did, there is limited self-help that can be of use, such as clear error messages, help articles, etc. You are reliant totally on their customer support to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

I wish their fields saved my package measurements and weights like other platforms. I always have to type digits into fields, where other platforms save more field entries, and when I click in the field, my prior digit selections come up for me to choose one, so I don't have to re-type them in for each new label. And I wish I could add my own HST code, because the code I need to use, even in search, it doesn't come up. Being tariff free, I need to use my assigned HTS code in order to claim the USMCA free trade agreement exemption for my customers.

Better Canada Post rates, cheaper than Canada Post for my small weight packages. Faster private couriers and that are cheaper than Canada Post, for my shipments .500 kg and up.

The automation in the process is nice.   All I have to do is enter in an address with customer info and Easyship spits out the price it'll cost to ship and when I ship, I can send the label directly to my label printer.   Everything works so smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

I wish  that overseas shipments had slightly more guidance.  It isn't as intuitive that I should be printing out 3 copies of commercial invoices and sometimes when I get errors or rejected shipments, the descriptions don't do a great job at indicating what exactly went wrong.   Their customer support is fairly quick to respond when I run into those issues though.   In addition sometimes when I pay duties with IOSS the IOSS payment statement is kind of hidden away.

Easyship is my shipping solution.   They also provide address verification services for my Kickstarter campaign.

Before Easyship, I would always run my packages down to the local UPS, or have to navigate the hard to use UPS website. But now with Easyship, I just add a new package, add a weight, and I get to see a huge list of options of who to ship with, how much they cost, and their services included with the shipping. Customer service is also really good.

Easyship did put a hold on my account for verification, but that was quickly resolved.

Cost and ease of use are Easyship's biggest advantages. Easyship integrates all major shipping companies into their website, and provides detailed quotes on the price, benefits, weight classifications, and delivery times of each shipping option. If I were to bring my package to UPS directly and get a shipping label from them, UPS would charge me near 33% more than a quote with the same shipping level on Easyship, saving me time and money.

Absolutely nothing. From start to finish, this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any company. Their customer service is non-existent, their claim process is painfully slow, and even after approving my claim, they failed to deliver payment within their own stated timeframe. Empty promises, endless delays, and zero accountability.

The complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. It took months just to get a simple insurance claim approved, and now they’re dragging their feet on paying it—well past the timeframe they promised. Support is useless, responses (if you get one) are vague and unhelpful, and there’s clearly no urgency or respect for customers. It's hard to imagine a worse experience.

Easyship offers the best shipping rates on the market, as least in so far as I have been able to find. Including for fast shipping services with the major North-American carriers, like UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

Their customer service department is also very prompt in responding. I had recent experiences with Monika Yadav and Lauretta S. Vaas and both of them did their utmost best to help out.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Easyship's platform is not quite as user-friendly as some of their competitors and could use some improvements.

A couple of suggestions for improvements are as follows:

1. - It would be nice if Easyship's platform would be able to save/store "Ship to" addresses, which would facilitate repeat-shipments to the same consignee.
2. - It would be nice if Easyship's system would allow for payments in Canadian dollars, at least for domestic shipments within Canada.
3. - Currently, 2-step verification is required for every single login, even from the same device. It would be nice if Easyship's system would be able to recognize and store devices and omit the 2-step verification requirement for trusted devices. Or at least, only ask for verification on those devices periodically instead of for every login.

The main reason why I have been using Easyship is their very attractive shipping rates.

The free-for-low-volume-shipping is huge. It allows me to get started and familiar with it before my kickstarter started. I had a handful of direct sales and used Easyship. I also tried out a different platform, but I used up my free trial period before I even started my kickstarter campaign. Not only that, I really like the UI -- it's easy and intuitive for me.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Minor bugs: I have my printing set to print US Letter, but it always generates PDFs in A4. Occasionally I want something in the premium feature set, but my low volume doesn't justify it yet.

It's helping me find cost-effective shipping methods for both domestic and international customers. I'm especially happy with the DDU fee computation so I can make sure my customers are not surprised.

Integrates with all our sales channel allowing the label creating process to be automatic. Aside from being easy to use, it also offers the flexibility to create manual orders if you need ; and support team is fairly fast in replying.

Some of the technical limitations regarding shipping rules and automations such as the ability to automatically identify a specific shipment needs more than one box and split it.

Address three main issues. First- Allows all label processing to be done automatically between our sales channels and ERP. Secondly- Automatically researches among the market what are the best options showing  a variety of shipping carriers with different pricing , delivery time and characteristics for you to chose from allowing you to select what is best for each situation. Thirdly- Handles claims with shipping carriers.

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike, but I would recommend adding the option to sync orders without processing. This way, orders from the eCommerce site would automatically transfer to Easyship without any manual intervention.

I like that we have a point of contact, our Customer Success Rep, Avantika, who is always responsive to my questions and is very attentive to our needs, often handling multiple complicated requests for us at once.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

I would love to have some way of processing small items through the warehouse without having to put barcodes on them. For example, if we're going to sell a bookmark, putting a barcode on that feels very ridiculous. In my mind, I dont see why it's not possible to have a stack of bookmarks next to a barcode affixed to the shelf in the warehouse. Scan the barcode, place the bookmark in the package. That's all I can think of, that would be a great thing for us, as a company that sells smaller paper products that are kinda ruined by bookmarks.

It's great to have a team to keep track of inventory and not have to deal with the packaging of orders. Hugely convenient for us.

Our overall experience with Easyship has been very positive. The sales team, especially Jack McCarthy, made the onboarding process smooth and transparent. Having Avantika Malik as our Success Manager has also made a huge difference, she’s been attentive, supportive, and always proactive in making sure things go smoothly. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use, which has simplified our logistics and saved us time. Combined with the strong customer support, Easyship has been a reliable and effective solution for our shipping needs.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

What we liked least was the delay in processing refunds and credits, as well as the payment process for shipping fees. Since these were handled via wire transfer, it slowed things down quite a bit. It would be a big improvement if payments could be more automated, with the option to pay directly by credit card or PayPal through the portal or via a secure link.

Additionally, if shipping costs could be lowered, it would make the platform even more competitive.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

EasyShip has been a great shipping software for our company. Lots of options available for shipping, particularly for international shipments, allowing a choice between low cost carriers and premium express services depending on the item being shipped. Customer service is fantastic too. The few times I have needed to contact them they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Lots of integrations with store platforms make it easy to bulk import orders too.

Really not much I dislike about EasyShip. The only thing would have been the lack of ability to input customs codes, but that was resolved with an update they did so the option is available now.

Ability to access a wide range of carriers depending on the item needing to be shipped, particularly for international shipments.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

Our account manager, Conor, is great. When issues arise, he is responsive and consistent with communication. There is clear evidence of continuous improvement going on behind the scenes to provide a better user experience and order management.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Our first few account managers (3) weren't the best. Their understanding of how the platform operated and how to make it perform best for our situation lacked depth, and as a result, some significant errors occurred. This has been remedied with our current (last 2.5 years) account manager.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a consolidated shipping platform that provides the best available shipping partners around the globe make for simplified logistics for our small brand. This minimizes multi-login needs and shows available options to ensure customer satisfaction.
