I like the ease of using the platform to set up the business without much of a technical knowledge. I could set up my business in a very short span of time with a proper online storefront and all the other factors like product catalogue, payment gateway and shipping partner enablement. Everything to set up was very handy and easy to start off the small business and bring it online. The charges are also very flexible. They offer two different billing models that is 1) Subscription Model 2) Transaction Model. The subscription model is for the businesses which are ready to invest in their online business upfront at the beginning of the setup. And the transaction model for those business owners who want to kick start the business without investing anything upfront and want to set up the online store. The transaction model is very flexible and helps the small business owners to set up the online store and then move to a subscription model once the business scales up. The support with regards to the issues that occurred could be addressed and resolved little promptly and can provide a proper due date for the bugs reported. The third-party integrations provided by them causes problem often and the support or communication with those third party teams can be established through Shopmatic as we do not get the priority from the third-party application's support.
