## Indiegogo Reviews
  ### 1. Scammers STAY AWAY.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Courtier en immobilier, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

None, there is nothing positive about this crowfunding company. It has weak barrier, permeable barriers that do not protect the backers even when it is clear the project funded is a scam. In this case MUSE wearables.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The fact that it is a shameful company with dishonest methods, shady customer service and lacking rules that protect the backers.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had backed the muse wearable ring one. The ring has never been showed, only mockups. There is clear evidence that the ring is not even in production. And indiegogo does nothing to put pressure on the company and or reinburse the scammed clients.

  ### 2. Backed a project that was fully funded. Never received, not posted, Indiegogo don't care.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben T. | Information Technology Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

There is nothing to recommend with Indiegogo.
They have no intention of keeping products funded on their platform accountable to those funding them.
They have explained, in writing, that they won't enforce

I contacted Indiegogo about this, and they acknowledged that BeBird / Wenhan Zhang were making campaigns and not fulfilling them, but that Indiegogo would do nothing about this. As per the other reviews on this site, this is not peculiar to this campaign, but instead Indiegogo make their business on allowing fraudulent campaigns and not protecting their clients. I struggle to think of another company who more deserves to be shut down.

tldr;
Indiegogo know that companies are making compaigns and not fulfilling, in writing they only said, "we share in the disappointment of the community."

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo make money off fraudulent campaigns, intentionally allowing these people to copy paste new campaigns, gather money, and they intentionally not fulfill their obligations to the customer.

Indiegogo have acknowledged that they are aware of this behaviour, and have no intention of doing anything about it.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This site purports to be a crowdfunding system, to allow unique projects to come to life.
However, they are actually a site promoting fraud, by encouraging dishonest vendors to 'create' campaigns and not fulfill their obligations.
Indiegogo is happy to collect their share of these dishonest earnings and continue to laugh their way to the bank.

  ### 3. stay away from Indiegogo

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Scammers campaigns, stay away from Indiegogo.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Scammers campaigns, stay away from Indiegogo. Worst of all, Indiegogo is helping them scam their users, they just say “there is always the risk that a project may end up falling through - we can’t force them to do so”

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They don't help their users at all.

  ### 4. Great if you get not scammed.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sven B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

It's easy to navigate the website, signup, and also easy to find great campaigns. You get updated about the progress of the campaign as much as you want and also emailed about new additions.
Basically, there is nothing to complain about the service at all if all is an honest campaign.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

IndieGoGo itself is just a company handling all the communication between contributors and campaign owners. BUT if you are a contributor to a not-so-good campaign runner and the money was spent already, you would expect that IndyGoGo would protect you a bit better from scammers. That's where they fail a lot! It happened to me twice that the money was lost.
In one campaign, they refuse to even warn about the campaign and its scam. In another, IndyGoGo warned other contributors but failed to email all contributors directly. Meaning if you are not checking the webpage of the campaign yourself and the comments left there, you are doomed in some situations.
I think IndyGoGo is gambling with their brand name, and if this is not handled better, people will turn away from that site.
IndyGoGo should take their fraud-checking job a lot more seriously and properly warn people and react to contributors' experiences.
All you get is an email-template-reply, no real answers when asking for their support.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Make the background checks yourself if a campaign is a possible fraud because IndieGoGo does not.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You get a lot of new ideas and products no one else has seen before.
You help bring new projects to life.

  ### 5. Not recommended to use this website

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Sadly I have no good things to say about this website. Not 1 good experience

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

They enable scammers. They don't care that you have been scammed and will not help you. Their model gets them commission when sellers list and sell their new products. As long as they make money off the scammers they will continue to allow it to happen.

Buyer beware as they will do absolutely nothing if you have been scammed on their site. Scammers will list your item as "fulfilled" so indigo won't do anything.

Indiegogo will just advise you reach out to the scammer. Well scammers are obviously not going to help you.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Indiegogo does not solve problems. They only create problems and then do nothing to correct them.

  ### 6. INDIEGOGO loves scammers but certainly not their bakers

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryliškytė J. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

that they help scamers to steal from the bakers. And they can’t help it, even if it’s about a stolen half a million in total. Great service for the scamers.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo help scamers to steal from the bakers and they don't do anything about it just send you a nice letter "explain to the thief yourself". I will never use this platform again and urge others to bypass it.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefit. When money was stolen from me, they wrote me a letter, added the thief in the CC, and said me to find out to myself. Although I told Indiegogo before that I wrote to the campaign organizer who stole my and others' bakers money - no response from the thieves front. Indiegogo has all the necessary ID information to hold these people accountable, but they do absolutely nothing. Indiegogo is very jolly to collect bakers money and withdraw commission. And what follows next just doesn’t matter to them :)

  ### 7. Stay Away - they are criminals.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan P. | Senior Service Desk

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Nothing. They are criminals. You need to stay far away from them.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

I backed RaceMouse on @Indiegogo, they stopped updating the campaign 5 months ago, and never shipped an item. Indiegogo says too bad, contact the campaign. Indiegogo took my money, and doesn't care. They are criminals.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None.

  ### 8. Ideal crowd funfing for inovators and NGOs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis B. | Technical Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

It's is an ideal crowd funding platform for innovators and enterprenuers.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Lately there have been complaints concerning the customer service desk which have not been delivering on clients suggestions and complaints.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We helped non for profit organisations to conduct crowd funding compaigns. We have also learned on the appropriate packaging for seed findings.

  ### 9. A versatile crowdfounding platform with a nice user interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo has all of the key elements we look for in a crowdfunding platform. We can add complete information about our company, products, campaign and anything else that's relevant. We can also add links, photos, video and custom text formatting. The payment processing works smoothly and doesn't require us to sign up directly with any processors. We just get a fee taken off the top of money that comes in from pledges. It's mostly quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

I'm not quite sure how to describe the visitor experience, but it can sometimes appear to be more chaotic with projects that run the mill from music releases to non-creative endeavors that seem like pure handout requests.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

You should browse through a few projects that are in the same category to get an idea about what works and what doesn't in terms of your project page design.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indiegogo lets us present our business projects and new items in an engaging way. Indiegogo has a cutting edge vibe that makes people feel like they're exploring for something new that others have yet to discover. That helps to create more excitement for our projects compared to just going a more traditional route with online store and advertising.

  ### 10. Amazing Experience with Outstanding Finds!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Instructor, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I love that you can help be part of something coming to fruition. A lot of times some of the less desirable items would never make it to shelves because of large companies only wanting to make a ton of money, but with Indiegogo that old way of thinking is dead. A small town inventor can broadcast their idea and help get smaller funding from individuals. It's revolutionary.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Many of the items that are being funded seem to be simple money grabs, with no guarantee that the items will ever be shipped, but refunds are optional, so that's nice.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of me going out and trying to invent something to solve a need, I come to Indiegogo first, and see if someone else is already solving my problem. This makes my life much easier knowing whether or not someone else is ahead of me on an idea or not.

  ### 11. Great place for in demand product launches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Great for in demand selling, great for post Kickstarter for customers to continue to purchase

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Not as easily accessible as kickstarter, we prefer to use Kickstarter to launch and then go to Indiegogo

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Great for in demand purchases to upload to backer kit

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In demand purchasing

  ### 12. Great Crowdfunding Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Textiles | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I love that it's not an all-or-nothing deal. You get what you get, even if you don't meet your funding goal. That being said, you also get extra time to meet your goal. You also have a charitable crowdfunding platform option. Plus, you get to promote on your fave social media sites, and that's the type of flexibility today's users love.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Sadly, sometimes you need a business license in order for you to use those funds. Freelance people, artists, and writers are among some of those who might feel obstructed by this. Also, high fees! It can charge a lot on the amount raised :(

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Just know that although this is a great platform, fees can go up to 9% of donations earned. You should keep this in mind, depending on how much money you plan to raise. Otherwise, this is a great way to crowdfund and a great working platform.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfunding for our apparel brand! So far so good. We have not met the goal yet, but are well on our way.

  ### 13. Crowdfunding made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany W. | Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle Vlogger/Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo is not as strict as its competitors, which I think is great as it gives the individual more room to explore and create. I love that people can also use Indiegogo for fundraisers as well. The fact that Indiegogo allows campaign creators to offer investment opportunities is something that I think makes it a better option for so many. Customer support is also wonderful, which is something that I believe is extremely important when choosing a company to work with.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Something that I dislike about Indiegogo would definitely be that a lot of people do not think of it when they think of crowdfunding. I think that Indiegogo really needs to step it up in their marketing department so that more people will choose them and "backer" (the people donating) will be more likely to donate to campaigns that are using Indiegogo.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

I think that for what Indiegogo offers, it is an excellent tool for anyone wanting to tap into the "crowdfunding" phenomenon. It is a great opportunity to grow and create, while developing a following and potential customers.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indiegogo is great for funding new content, whether a short film or upcoming series. Creating and updating merchandise is also something that I feel like is achievable when using Indiegogo. I think that the support is an obvious benefit. The fact that you don't have to obtain a specific approval is also something that I believe is a great benefit when using Indiegogo.

  ### 14. Best crowdfunding platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

After researching and looking at many of the various crowdfunding platforms, I knew I wanted to use Indiegogo - they've been the best option for a small organization like mine. They offer great support and resources. I've been very pleased with the whole experience of Indigogo from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The fees are fairly high. It's also not the most popular of crowdfunding platforms and it seems like few people organically discover projects via Indiegogo.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

I would definitely recommend looking at Indigogo over other crowdfunding platforms. Their customer service is amazing, they work well with small organizations, and they offer lots of resources and flexibility.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indiegogo makes it possible for us to fund projects right when we need them, without having to get bogged down in the complications of various contractors or middlemen - we can take the lead on our own projects with only the help of our supporters.

  ### 15. Indiegogo is a good alternative to Kickstarter of you want flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KRYSTAL K. | Founding Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I used indiegogo for a crowdfunding campaign and had decent results. Kickstarter is all or nothing - if you don't raise the amount you have set for your business as a goal, you get nothing. But Indiegogo still allows you to receive the funding minus a larger fee if you don't achieve your goal. The interface was easy to use and update information with..

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo I felt did not give me any kind of social media or seo boost. I also received email spam from lots of marketing companies promising me more eyeballs for my campaign, which got annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

I feel Indiegogo has a good reputation when compared with lots of crowdfunding platforms out there. It is considered reliable and thus people feel more comfortable donating. It is pretty easy to use. THe percentages for fees are reasonable and we were paid promptly.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to raise money from readers to help me grow my news website business.

  ### 16. Great crowdfunding platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy M. | Customer Care Manager, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo makes it easy to manage a crowd funding campaign. Easy order management workflow.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

There is no internal messenger within the platform, all emails have to be responded to directly from registered account. Refunds on campaign contributions cannot be made through Indiegogo, have to use outside payment method

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

This can be a great addition to an existing crowdfunding campaign

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Indiegogo as a post Kickstarter platform for continued campaign contributions. It does hit a different base of contributors who may not use Kickstarter.

  ### 17. Indiegogo not a store!

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

A lot of innovation and ideas are presented to the users. Stuff is pre sold at amazing price!

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Its not a store, you back a project, you have to be prepared that it might not come to fruition. Some things are lost on the way and never make it to the maker or the market. Money is lost.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Remember, this is not a store, its an idea, people have ideas that they need backing for in order to make it to the market! Its very good place to get new and innovative devices and such, but not a store.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not really a business solution, but there have been projects that involved thing for work.

  ### 18. Indiegogo to fund making a music video

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martyn J. | Autocad Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I used Indiegogo with the campaign Savant (The electronic musician) used to fund making a music video. It worked well for the campaigner as well as the contributors. The Selected Perks are great to drive contribution amounts.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The contribution can't be refunded through Indiegogo because it is outside of refund policy. The responsibility falls to the campaign owner for a refund.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Indiegogo has a 5% platform fee whereas gofundme has a 0% platform fee.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves money problems.

  ### 19. Contributer Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly W. | Store Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I like that you can create a page to help support your entrepreuer-ship. It's a good way to buy items before it hits mainstream and prices skyrocket. It's a good way to gain monetary support, besides taking out a huge loan that you have to pay back within a certain amount of time!

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

I don't like that they charge for the service. Kickstarter doesn't charge as much and there's a ton of more options for outreach!

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Definitely consider Kickstarter as well...see which works better for your business and ideas.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business owner, it's nice to connect with potential supporters, and be able to distribute things at a non-inflated cost.

  ### 20. Amazing platform for creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh J. | Print Server Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Indiegogo has helped revolutionize and redefined the idea of a creative marketplace, allowing people to put forth their ideas and creations and bring it to life all the while creating a sustainable business model for all parties concerned

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

There's still ample amounts of fraud on the platform and accountability and fulfillment is one aspect they haven't cracked yet. Credibility is entirely dependent on the quality and trust-worthiness of the people selling on the platform

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Fundraising platform worth looking at with a decent track record

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indiego has become a new source of creative products that are not easily and cheaply available anywhere, bypassing conventional sales channels for cheaper end products

  ### 21. Amazing, revolutionary products at your fingertips!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I like how many types of innovative products are available to support and/or purchase!

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

I feel like they could really expand their categories to accommodate more ideas and products.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Try it out, you’ll love it!

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at the moment, but it does get the creative juices flowing!

  ### 22. Can be reliable but too few rules for organization

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

The ability to use it for crowdfunding and the type of funding is varied. Not just reward based but also equity based.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Not reliable enough to use long term or on big projects. There are far too many scammers associated with the site it becomes a risk to associate myself with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Be careful and make sure you completely explain everything. Some people are already weary of the site, so you want to help them feel as comfortable as possible.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were originally using it for crowdfunding but no longer use it as a service due to the above-mentioned complaints. There are far too many scammers and it takes away from secure feeling we want our customers to feel.

  ### 23. Better Than Gofundme

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan'te' J. | Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Businesses are able to invest in your business.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

starting a campaign is like writing a business model

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to secure investors through Indiegogo that probably wouldn't even give us a once over on other sites

  ### 24. So cool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystal G. | Caregiver, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I love how easy it is to see all the crazy new things that are out there and available. And they're not all from big corporate manufacturers.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Really didn't use it long enough to find any negatives about it

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps you ne ahead of the game w the latest and greatest and also help entrepreneurs starting out

  ### 25. A great way for small ideas to take off.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Shift Supervisor, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

This website is great for a person or small company looking to start an idea up and advertise an upcoming product.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The high amount of fees that are tacked on to websites like this.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well it offers great exposure to products that would normally not have a places to get out there in the market.

  ### 26. Indiegogo could be better

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline H. | Graphic Design Intern, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

The interface is easy to use, and customer support is helpful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The fees are high, there are some glitches, and promotion for campaigns isn't great. Most of money raised will likely be from people you already know

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The website looks professional and it is a platform that does a unique service

  ### 27. Great platform, but watch out for the project founders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I love the variety and breadth of the items to be found here. I've backed about 5-8 projects a year for awhile.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

Be aware of what this is and how it's presented. This is not eBay not is it Amazon.

This is a place for early investors and adopters of inventions.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

Be aware that some products are never finished and delivered and you have no guarantee of delivery.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way for people with great ideas to get funded to take those to fruition.

  ### 28. The best source to keep up with new innovations in travel industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gisselle N. | Email Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

I like the ability to be an insider of cool new innovative products that are surfacing.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

More travel trip types of products. Other than that we love Indiegogo.

**Recommendations to others considering Indiegogo:**

none

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stay on top of what is coming up next and what is in consumer interest

  ### 29. Very helpful tool, sometimes isn’t set in stone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

It’s a great way to reach out to the masses, get your name out there, but some customers or i should say people on the website, are skeptical based on indiegogos terms

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The terms that customers see and read almost shift them in a negative way to were they’re skeptical on purchasing product

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to the mass, large amounts of people that have interests

  ### 30. Nothing that I might trust

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikunj G. | Marketing Automation, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

User Interface and ability to easily put up projects online.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

The whole model and processing of funds. Its not that quick and transparent.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching new products campaign.

  ### 31. Excellent tool for garnering support from fans and customers!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Indiegogo?**

Easy to use and setup. Interface is intuitive for all users on Both sides.

**What do you dislike about Indiegogo?**

With all apps and tools there are limits to customization based on structural coding and API’s but I would especially like some more freedom to customize look and feel of indie goof pages.

**What problems is Indiegogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supported tour through fan fundraising mid-tour

  ### 32. Great in theory

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars
