1. Unlike other applications, the picking list function is truly professional, and the logistics company I collaborate with is very satisfied.

2. Customer support during onboarding but above all they don't abandon you, I have a customer success representative available with whom I can often discuss to evaluate new features or simply to assess if there are any difficulties to overcome.

3. Almost real-time order synchronization.

4. Customization of notification emails.

5. Ability to configure shipping rules, essential for setting and customizing certain aspects: how, what, and how much to insure, etc.
