“The E-Sign Solution for the Everyday Man”
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Since my previous review, we've implemented the CPQ features of PandaDoc. We use it to run deal-desk, have grants of authorities for our sales reps, and prevent unauthorized discounting or gamification of our legal sales and pricing agreements. This is a big step up in automation from how we've previously used PandaDocs and is much more advanced. That being said, most of the complexity is on the side of the PandaDocs Administrator. While highly technical to setup, once we got it going we were able to reduce all of the inputs to 2-3 variable fields for our Sales Teams making it super simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Having a specific way to discount by unit/$ and show before/after would be great. Currently you're able to discount by % at the end of a quote, but this doesn't always work for per/unit pricing agreement tables.

This is possible through some of the more advanced settings, but requires you to write a bunch of rules/automations for this. This makes it marginally more difficult when things change and need to be updated given the scale of rules/automations.

More logic on auto-setting amounts for date fields would also be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

My Department executes a variety of agreements with our existing clients to expand upon our initial offerings and contracts. PandaDocs provides a simple integrated solution that allows my team to not fuss over contracts, quickly draft them, and get them into a client's hands without spending inordinate amounts of time with legal or management to ensure we're in compliance with different policies and procedures. I find the OCR feature quite useful when I need text from scanned files. Foxit saves me a lot of time, allowing me to edit or convert documents in one place. I like most how easy and fast it is to use; PDF files open quickly, and the interface is simple to understand. The OCR feature and editing tools save me a lot of time when working with documents, and I appreciate that there are no issues. I like that it doesn't feel complicated like some other PDF tools, making merging files, adding comments, and converting documents straightforward. Even larger PDF files work smoothly on my laptop, which is something I really appreciate. These features keep things organized and make the process much more convenient. The initial setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that could be improved is that some advanced features are a little hard to find at first. Also, sometimes editing PDFs with different fonts can be a bit inconsistent. It's not a big problem, but making these features easier to use would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes all tools available in one place, which is really handy for combining reports, editing PDFs like DOCX files, adding elements, and digital signatures. I like the ease of installation and ease of use; it's so intuitive that a kid can use it. Plus, it's cost-efficient against its competitors and integrates directly with MS Office and O365. “Efficient Salesforce Document Generation with Consistent, High-ROI Reporting”
What do you like best about Conga Composer?

We have integrated Conga Composer with Salesforce. What I like best about Conga Composer is how it simplifies document generation and its performance, making it efficient for our team. In our project management setup, we use it for project sizing and estimating different parameters, and it helps us quickly generate structured Word documents like PSR reports. This saves a lot of manual effort and ensures consistency in reporting, giving us the best ROI. It also makes it easier for the team to track expenses and key project metrics in one place, which improves overall visibility and decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

One thing I feel could be improved in Conga Composer is the time it takes to generate reports at times, especially for something like PSR reports, which can feel a bit slower than expected. Also, while customization is possible, I think there’s room to make it more flexible and user-friendly. It would be great if end users had more control to easily enhance the look and feel of the generated reports, so teams can customize them better according to their specific needs without too much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conga Composer is solving the problem of manually creating complex project sizing reports. These reports pull data from multiple Salesforce objects, so doing it manually would mean going through different datasets and compiling everything, which can easily take hours.

With Conga Composer, this entire process becomes much simpler and faster. Instead of manual effort, we can generate the complete report with just a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for the team and ensures the reports are consistent and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One PDF Tool with Powerful OCR and Cross-Platform Flexibility”
What do you like best about UPDF?

What I like most about UPDF is that it combines PDF editing, annotation, conversion, OCR, and document organization in a single application. In my work, I frequently review technical documents, reports, manuals, and shared project files, so having these capabilities in one tool helps streamline document handling.

The OCR feature has been particularly useful when working with scanned documents because it allows text to become searchable and editable. I also regularly use annotation tools such as highlighting, comments, and markups when reviewing documents with colleagues. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which reduced the learning curve during onboarding.

Another benefit is the ability to use the same license across Windows, mobile devices, and other supported platforms. This flexibility makes it easier to access and review documents when away from my primary workstation. The AI-powered document summary feature has also been helpful for quickly understanding lengthy documents before performing a detailed review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UPDF?

Overall, my experience has been positive, but there are a few areas where UPDF could improve. When working with larger PDF files containing many pages, some operations can occasionally take longer than expected. Additional performance optimization for complex documents would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using UPDF, handling PDF documents often required multiple applications for editing, converting, annotating, and extracting content. This created unnecessary switching between tools and increased the time spent managing documentation.

With UPDF, these tasks can be completed within a single platform. I can review documents, add comments, convert files, perform OCR on scanned content, and organize pages without moving files between different applications. This has simplified document workflows and reduced administrative effort.

The biggest benefit has been improved efficiency when reviewing and managing project-related documents. Instead of spending time searching for separate tools, I can complete most PDF-related tasks in one place, which helps maintain productivity and keeps document management more organized. This platform also have mobile application that increases the mobility and usability of this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDFgear?

“Streamlining Secured PDFs and Document Workflows in One Place”
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

What I like best about pdfFiller is how much time it saves on repetitive document work. I regularly use the drag-and-drop editor to add text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, and it is much faster than rebuilding forms manually in other tools. The template feature has also improved my workflow a lot because I can reuse frequently sent documents instead of reformatting them every time. Its fillable field auto-detection is another feature I use often, and it cuts down setup time when I need to turn a static PDF into something interactive. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, with tools appearing where I need them, so moving between editing, signing, and sending feels smooth. I also use its Google Drive and Dropbox integrations regularly, which helps me open, update, and save files without extra downloading or uploading. Performance has been reliable even with longer PDFs, and autosave plus document history gives me confidence that I will not lose work. One unexpected benefit has been the audit trail, which makes it easier to track signatures and keep organized records. From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it has been worthwhile because it replaces several separate tools for editing, signing, and document management, which saves both time and effort. Support and onboarding were also straightforward, with helpful tutorials and quick responses when needed. While the AI features are not the main reason I use it, tools like automatic field recognition still add useful intelligence that reduces manual work and speeds up the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

What’s least helpful about pdfFiller is that some of its more advanced features feel a bit limited or require extra steps compared to newer tools. For example, while the form builder and field detection work well, fine-tuning complex documents (like aligning fields perfectly or handling unusual layouts) can be a bit clunky and time-consuming. The integrations, while useful for basic storage platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox, don’t go very deep with other business tools, which can slow down more automated workflows. Performance is generally solid, but I’ve noticed occasional lag when working with very large or heavily formatted PDFs. Pricing can also be a downside for lighter users, since many of the most useful features are behind higher-tier plans, which may not feel justified if you only use it occasionally. Support is responsive, but finding detailed answers for more specific use cases sometimes requires trial and error rather than clear documentation. Finally, the AI and automation capabilities feel fairly basic—there’s room for improvement in areas like smarter data extraction, autofill suggestions, or more intelligent document processing to reduce manual input even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is pdfFiller solving and how is that benefiting you?

pdfFiller solves a few key problems for me around handling secured PDFs, simplifying editing, and keeping everything centralized. I often deal with PDFs that are locked or not easily editable, and pdfFiller makes it easy to open, modify, combine, and reuse those files without needing multiple workarounds. The tools themselves are straightforward, so tasks like merging documents, adding fields, or signing can be done quickly instead of juggling different software. One of the biggest benefits is having all documents, templates, and completed forms stored in one place—I don’t have to track files across different systems or worry about version control. Overall, it streamlines what used to be a fragmented process into a single, more efficient workflow that saves time and reduces friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the fast conversion speed of Movavi Video Converter and the fact that it can handle large files comfortably. The program has a user-friendly UI, making it easy for beginners to access, which is appealing. I've tried various programs, but it's hard to find one with processing speed as fast as this program. Additionally, it's very useful because you can easily encode video file formats that can't be played in a car. The initial setup was also very easy because you can simply choose and use presets. What do you like best about DealHub?

Our experience implementing DealHub has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the onboarding process was seamless thanks to our CSM, Netalie, and our Solutions Architect, Guy. Their support truly made the difference — we would have been completely lost without them.

Every configuration call was productive, patient, and collaborative. They didn’t just execute requirements; they partnered with us, helping brainstorm solutions and guide us toward best practices. That level of engagement made a complex implementation feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Before DealHub, our quoting process was extremely painful and manual. “All Contracts Under One Roof: Clear Visibility and Efficient Workflows”
What do you like best about fynk?

What fynk is doing best, in my opinion, is putting everything under one roof. Now we are able to partner more easily across accounts and have complete insight into the status of all the contracts. An automated workflow means that all parties know, at a glance, where the contract stands and who must do what next. By monitoring everything in one place, we can spot bottlenecks early and respond proactively. The payoff has been a more efficient contract process and a greater feeling of control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fynk?

Some users have found the approval process setup to be a bit rigid at times, especially when dealing with custom workflows. It would be nice to have more flexibility when creating unique contract approval scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fynk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to fynk, it was almost impossible for our team to monitor contracts approvals. Frequently we had to run people down for status or approval, causing hold-ups. Now the real-time approvals status in fynk means we can easily see if there are any backlogged ebooks and do something about it. “Streamlined Contract Management with Robust Integrations”
What do you like best about Portant?

I like Portant because of its integration with Google Drive, which allows me to use standard Google Doc formatting. It's great that I can work in one window and see things update automatically within the platform. I also appreciate how the integration with Google lets me drop dynamic fields that adjust based on the content size, solving the problem of inserting dynamic content into PDFs without messing up the formatting. This feature is a significant benefit since it allows me to avoid the hassle of dealing with static PDFs where I would have to leave space for names of various lengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

I'm a bit unimpressed that Portant didn't have built-in functionality for contracts requiring witnesses, which is something that's necessary for my UK-based company. Though I did find a workaround with someone's help, a direct feature would be appreciated. I also found there was a learning curve in getting started with Portant. Initially, it seemed complicated, and I left to look for other platforms before eventually returning because of its high reviews and unique features. It would have been nice if the onboarding process was a bit easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also haven't encountered any issues backing up books due to format or platform restrictions. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. What do you dislike about Epubor?

“Qwilr- Pretty Proposal and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about Qwilr?

What I enjoy about Qwilr is how good it looks when sent to a prospect. It's clean, professional, and modern. Allows for a great deal of customization and ability to distinguish ourselves from other proposals. It also standardizes the look so when pulling from multiple sources it still has a uniform look for the organization. Recently they've made the UI easier to use and are very responsive.

At my company we use the HubSpot integration and email notifcations that make it easy to track what's going on and I don't have issues with it.As a product we don't have performance issues except for occasional issues with the geo fencing for the webpage.

Their support is extremely responsive and has improved. That's why I've updated my review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The largest issue with Qwilr is that it's difficult to export the raw data for analysis and consistency. We end up manually copying over data which can be an issues as company expands.

I'd like more licensing options for editing only. At our company I work with Sales Engineers we wish there was an easy licensing option to give them editing access, that was then "approved" by us before making the actual change on the Qwilr. Even if it's just making recommendations for the person with the actual license to approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?

One central issue before Qwilr was sending out proposals that looked like word documents shoved into PDF format. Looked boring, didn't tell a good story, and made us look like a generic company. Qwilr proposals look clean, tell a good story, and are easy to share. The templating process is quite intuitive and that wasn't the case before.

The webpage is a clean format the customers absolutely love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

One thing I like most about GetAccept is how easy it makes the whole document signing process, both for us internally and for customers. It’s straightforward to create, send, and track documents in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to handling everything manually. I also like the visibility it gives us, like seeing when a customer has opened or reviewed a document, because it helps with follow-ups and keeps the process moving faster. The integrations and overall user experience have made onboarding and daily use pretty smooth as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about GetAccept. Overall it has worked well for our needs and has been easy to use. If I had to mention something, there are occasional small usability things that could be improved to make certain workflows a bit faster, but nothing that has had a major impact on our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetAccept helps us simplify and speed up the document signing process. Instead of sending documents back and forth manually, everything is handled in one platform, which makes it easier to keep track of documents, signatures, and customer activity. It has reduced a lot of administrative work, improved turnaround times, and made the experience smoother for both our team and our customers. “Streamlines Contract Management with Powerful Automation and Visibility”
What do you like best about Docusign CLM?

What I like most about Docusign is how it streamlines the entire contract process from start to finish. It brings documents, approvals, and workflows together in one place, which makes everything more organized, consistent, and easier to track. Being able to manage contracts digitally rather than manually is a major time-saver.

The most valuable part for me is the automation and visibility it provides. Having a centralized system to create, review, approve, and store contracts makes the overall process much more efficient. It cuts down on back-and-forth emails, helps approvals move faster, and ensures important documents are easy to locate when they’re needed. Overall, it improves organization and helps keep work moving smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?

One downside is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with contract management systems. Some workflows require multiple steps, which can take time to fully understand. Also, depending on the setup, making changes to templates or processes may not always be very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Docusign helps solve the challenge of managing contracts in an organized and efficient way. It replaces manual processes, scattered emails, and paper documents with a centralized system where contracts can be created, reviewed, approved, and stored. “I use the app everyday because it has so many features.”
What do you like best about HitPaw Video Converter?

Originally I bought HitPaw to convert videos to different sizes. I also found the Download option to be useful - but then I discovered the Toolbox feature - which has a ton of amazing TOOLS that help me with my video editing; especially the speech to text. It is very quick and accurate. I now have 2 licences - one for my Mac Mini M2 and the other for my MacBook Air M3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HitPaw Video Converter?

The company has a new way of registering their products - so I had some trouble initially trying to get the software going with my license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HitPaw Video Converter solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tools work fast and rarely (if ever) have crashed. I get more done in less time - so Hitpaw (weird name) is a super-useful productivity tool for my video creation business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
