I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. Prior to fynk, it was almost impossible for our team to monitor contracts approvals. Frequently we had to run people down for status or approval, causing hold-ups. I'm a bit unimpressed that Portant didn't have built-in functionality for contracts requiring witnesses, which is something that's necessary for my UK-based company. Though I did find a workaround with someone's help, a direct feature would be appreciated. I also found there was a learning curve in getting started with Portant. Initially, it seemed complicated, and I left to look for other platforms before eventually returning because of its high reviews and unique features. Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a nice-to-have to be able to implement more of our brand guidelines in Qwilr. For example, we shouldn’t use rounded-corner boxes and would prefer straight-cut corners. Like I said, this isn’t the end of the world, but it would look better for us. Only a few minor issues: the tokens stop working every now and then, but it’s usually solved by deleting the integration in HubSpot and then re-integrating it. Another issue is that one of our team members is unable to use Qwilr at all. We do have the work instructions to follow to fix this, but the sales manager has been too busy to find the time to sort it out.

There is only one thing that I dislike with Adobe Acrobat Sign, when customer is mistakenly sign the document, the undo button isn't responding and can't clear the mistake. The variety of different endpoints can be confusing for new users.
