lack of third-party cloud integration apart from Dropbox, which I don't use. Not interested in UPDF's own cloud storage but would prefer to have OneDrive integration.

Merging pdfs, changing order of pages in pdfs, extract pages from pdf - basic stuff you'd expect (and have on Apple Macs with Preview), but cannot achieve on windows without investing into buying a program. The base platform is good, but it could be better for an international retailer. The reporting dashboards included in the ERP for contract status is quite basic and doesn't provide enough depth to do complex financial analysis such as forecast your lease liabilities under different accounting standards (ie, IFRS16) or understand your spend commitments by region/category. For this, we usually export the AI-extracted data to another BI tool. Also managing contracts in multiple languages (we operate throughout Europe and Asia) is manageable, but the AI's analysis power is much stronger for English language documents. Mitigating Risk: Autoreminders for expiration and termination dates have avoided expensive autorenewals that we don’t want. Every contract is being managed by us now, proactively.

Controls & Compliance: With all contractual financial commitments (lease payments, minimum annual spends with suppliers) automatically extracted and observed, our month end close is quicker and more accurate. We have a traceable audit trail of all commitments.

Operational Efficiency: Our regional retail managers can now request and track store lease amendments through the self-service portal (without finance or legal having to chase emails..). It has simplified our expansion and renovation programs.

For the finance lead for IS&T, it’s a win-win: full contract control. fynk has taken contracts from a static file lost in the back drawer to an active managed asset directly feeding our financial planning and risk management processes. The application lacks any significant drawbacks but its complex editing functions need improvement for fast corrections. The tool would achieve complete student project readiness through additional template options and enhanced customization capabilities. PDFgear solves my biggest problem of managing PDFs for free. Before, I struggled with editing text, converting PDFs to Word, and merging files. Most tools either had limits or added watermarks. PDFgear simplifies everything and is free. It saves me time, works quickly, and helps me finish my tasks without stress. As a student, it's ideal for my project reports and assignments every day. HubSpot has a limited option for producing documents, with fields/properties from the objects that reside within its system. Users are limited to "Quotes" which are not very flexible. Portant was the perfect solution to the issue of document creation that was both formulaic and flexible. Portant's service combines Google Docs with HubSpot data to facilitate the creation of every legal document we need created within our business. About 80% of our HubSpot account is customized. Portant supports all custom objects. And because it uses Google Docs as the template, we have all the flexibility and control we need within those templates.

I offer a class on Thinkific and at the end of the class the students receive a certification form from a government agency. I would have to manually complete the form and send it to them via email. This took time to complete and often resulted in students not receiving the form until a day or two after completing the class.
