"Exceptional Customer Service for a Product that Works Great With HubSpot"

What do you like best about Portant?

The flexibility of the application - works with both native and custom objects in HubSpot. The simplicity of the user interface. Most importantly, the exceptional customer service. I had some challenges during the initial implementation of Portant with our instance of HubSpot, as we use mostly custom objects. Their team was exceptional at helping me, and particularly persistent. James, their CEO, put in several hours - even with the time difference between Australia and the US -- helping me get everything in working order. They have, without fail, resolved all of the issues that came up. We have Portant fully deployed on our Enterprise HubSpot Account, and we are using it to produce upwards of 50-100 legal documents a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

Really not much at all the complain about, maybe the slowness in initially accessing the files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Portant solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot has a limited option for producing documents, with fields/properties from the objects that reside within its system. Users are limited to "Quotes" which are not very flexible. Portant was the perfect solution to the issue of document creation that was both formulaic and flexible. Portant's service combines Google Docs with HubSpot data to facilitate the creation of every legal document we need created within our business. About 80% of our HubSpot account is customized. Portant supports all custom objects. And because it uses Google Docs as the template, we have all the flexibility and control we need within those templates.

Additionally, the price for all of this is very very reasonable! This has solved a big issue we had with HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portant?

Portant's flexibility and user-friendly interface set it apart from other e-sign solutions. It's a powerful tool that has simplified our contract management process and improved our overall efficiency. I highly recommend Portant to any business looking for a customizable and reliable e-sign solution.

Many e-sign solutions are limited to PDF-based workflows, making it challenging to modify contracts or other documents after they've been created. Portant breaks this mold, allowing you to customize contracts even after they're drafted.

The ability to generate dozens of contracts from a spreadsheet and make last-minute edits to the document version before creating and sending the final PDF is invaluable. It streamlines the contract process and saves significant time and effort.

Another fantastic feature is the live tracking of contract status (signed/unsigned) on a spreadsheet. This provides a clear and organized overview, eliminating the need for constant follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

"Fantastic & efficient - love using Portant"

What do you like best about Portant?

I was searching for something like Portant for a long time and when I discovered it - it's been the best thing to help our business become more efficient and digital! I run invoices, receipts, personalised letters, incident logs, file stores and Google Forms notifications through it! It makes letters/emails look more professional and has saved us so much money for allowing us to integrate it to existing systems in Google Drive, instead of having to use a third party provider for invoicing for example. I highly recommend Portant, just see what it can automate for you! Customer support is top class, I remember when something didn't work, the email support was amazing! What do you like best about Portant?

We are a high frequency Portant user. Portant has found a way to make it truly easy to generate complicated contracts and communicate easily about it. For a Fintech and LegalTech startup this is an essential product, which is super easy to implement with Hubspot.

"Intuitive, Efficient and Inexpensive-- Perfect Software for A Small College"

What do you like best about Portant?

The support has been phenomenol! James the founder reached out directly shortly after registration and offered to help set things up personally.

Setting up my workflows has been intuitive and Mizo, the support agent has been responsive and offered strategic solutions for any challenges I've encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not encountered any downsides to the platform yet.

We need to pass along a new client summary report to various departments as we onboard new clients. Previously we were copying and pasting notes from different applications into a google doc and sending it to the appropriate parties.

Now we input all necessary information into Hubspot, click AUTOMATE, and Portant creates the report and sends to all parties.

What do you like best about Portant?

What do you dislike about Portant?

It's more about Google drive itself. It took some time to get all the access rights in order, also for people without Gmail address. But you can create a Google account with a non-gmail address, so that's all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Portant solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a small webmagazine from the Jesuits in the Netherlands and publish three articles a week on igniswebmagazine.nl. Before we emailed our articles to each other and ended up with multiple versions and comments all over the place. Now we submit articles through Google Forms. Portant puts it automatically in a Google Docs and sends everybody an email with a link to the doc. Everybody responds and sees each others comments in the doc and I can use that to make a final version of the article.
