"OCR Excellence and All-in-One PDF Management"
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

I appreciate the PDNob PDF Editor for its comprehensive functionality that offers all necessary PDF tools in one software, eliminating the need for multiple applications. This integration saves me significant time and effort. The OCR feature is particularly impressive, serving as a game-changer by accurately converting my notes and book pages into searchable text, which greatly enhances my productivity. Additionally, PDNob's inclusion of built-in AI tools allows me to create PDF files swiftly without relying on external AI software like ChatGPT. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making installation and setup remarkably easy and efficient. The software outshines online alternatives like SmallPDF.com, which often face limitations and functionality issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective PDF Management, Needs Speed Improvement"
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

I appreciate PDNob PDF Editor for its interface, which is easy to use with an intuitive UI design. All the features are shown clearly on the screen, making it straightforward to access all the tools I need. It operates as an all-in-one PDF editor, offering comprehensive functionality for managing both large and complex PDFs effectively. The transition from previous software was seamless, largely due to a helpful YouTube tutorial that made the installation and setup process simple and also provided valuable insights into using the software efficiently. It's a great tool for anyone looking to handle PDFs with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

I sometimes face lag issues and a slow response rate when using PDNob PDF Editor. There are occasions when I press a button to use a tool, but it takes a noticeable amount of time for the tool to be applied. This issue isn't constant, but it happens occasionally. "PDNob is the best PDF editor I've ever tried."
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

PDNob's intuitive interface is what makes me choose it over other options, as it's not overwhelming and everything is perfectly organized. It also has many tools for breaking down and reassembling a PDF file in a matter of minutes. When using PDNob, I feel like I'm editing a PDF as if it were a Word document. It's one of the most complete tools for editing PDFs in just a few minutes. I also love that it's lightweight and very fast when processing large, multi-page files. What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

There are really few things I can say I don't like. For example, I don't like that the free version has somewhat limited functionality and also the fact that you can't create fillable forms, although of course, I feel that this isn't a problem and that perhaps a future update will include this feature. "A Clean, Intuitive PDF Editor That Enhances UI/UX Collaboration"
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

My name is Umair and I have been working as a UI/UX designer from last 7 years. In these years, one of the best tools I have used us the PDNob PDF Editor. It is very user-friendly and has a visually clean interface, which aligns well with how I think and work. I use it almost daily to review design specs, annotate wireframes, and prepare client-ready PDFs. The learning curve is minimal, so even non-design stakeholders can jump in and leave feedback easily. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had questions about advanced features or file compatibility, which adds confidence when using it in professional design workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

From a technical perspective, I would like to see deeper color profile management and print-preflight tools for high-end production workflows. Additionally, API-level automation or plugin support for design tools would make it even more powerful for enterprise design teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smart PDF Editor to Enhance CRM Workflows and Zoho-Based Document Management"
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

As a CRM specialist working heavily with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Forms, I manage a high volume of customer documents, contracts, proposals, and internal reports. What I like best about PDNob PDF Editor is how smoothly it allows me to edit, annotate, and prepare PDFs before syncing them into Zoho workflows. The interface is clean, responsive, and reliable even with large, data-heavy documents. Features like OCR and PDF-to-Word conversion are especially valuable for transforming customer-uploaded forms and scanned agreements into structured, CRM-ready records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

From a technical standpoint, I would like to see more native API or webhook support for deeper, automated integration with Zoho workflows and Deluge scripts. While manual and cloud-based syncing works well, direct system-to-system automation would further improve efficiency for enterprise CRM deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient PDF Editor That Supports Developer Documentation and Technical Workflows"
What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

I Haroon Zulkifl, as a Node.js developer, regularly work with API documentation, system specs, logs, and client-facing technical PDFs. What I like is its performance and stability as it handles large technical PDFs smoothly without lag. The ability to edit text, annotate code-related notes, merge multiple documentation files, and convert PDFs into editable formats is extremely useful. OCR is particularly valuable when working with scanned architecture diagrams or legacy requirement documents. Its customer support team is very responsive. Once I was stuck and they helped me to get out of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

From a technical standpoint, the only limitation I noticed is the lack of native CLI or API-level automation that could integrate directly into CI/CD pipelines. Adding developer-focused automation hooks or scripting support would make it even more powerful for engineering teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
