I like that AutoLeap makes the payment process pretty easy and the ability to send quotes, invoices, and other payment-related tasks is straightforward. Learning to use it was also pretty easy, especially coming from a tech background to learning the front office side for the first time. I find it time-consuming that AutoLeap only allows me to upload one picture at a time. It would be nice to have the ability to upload more than one picture at once. Right now, I have to upload each picture individually, and it takes up more time than necessary when I want to upload multiple images like four tire pictures at once. Since we’re a transmission shop, we use the canned jobs and sell the transmission as a complete unit. For inventory purposes, it would be helpful to track the cost and the specific parts we used to build it, without generating a huge parts list for the customer. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

It was easy to start using and did not require complicated setup. I use it regularly, and it fits well into my daily clinic workflow without making things complicated.

When I open a task to update it, it takes a moment longer to load before I can type anything. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes notifications come in groups instead of one by one. In my daily clinic work, there are many small things happening together like patient follow-ups, diet plan work, and staff coordination. It is easy for small tasks to get delayed when the day gets busy. Sometimes I had to check different places just to see what was pending.

With Connecteam, I can see all tasks in one place and know what still needs attention. I can also see which staff member is handling which work. This reduces confusion and saves time during busy hours. It has made daily work more clear and manageable for me. I don’t have to depend only on memory or scattered messages anymore. I feel like Jabber is missing some of the newer features. They’ve started using AI, but it doesn’t work, and it won’t even open on my phone. They also attempted to roll out a pipeline, but it’s only for quotes, and they decided to charge extra for it after the beta. It still isn’t available on phones. There’s also no pay-for-performance option; they rely heavily on integrations, but those integrations aren’t managed very well and don’t work most of the time. 1.) It's expensive, 2.) Steep learning curve/complexity. 3.) Long and difficult onboarding, 4.) Customer support can, at times be inconsistent, for example; long wait times, getting passed between teams, inconsistent answers. Though sufficiently good in most scenarios, the customization of forms can be perceived as restrictive when attempting to meet more sophisticated design needs without an understanding of custom CSS. The biggest win for me is having everything in one place. Before this, our job info was scattered across texts, notes, photos, and a couple of spreadsheets. With MotionOps, the crew finally sees the same details I see - job notes, pictures, schedules, all of it. It cuts down on the “what’s the address again?” calls during the day. What do you dislike about MotionOps?

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it did take us some time to let go of our old habits. For me, not relying on at least five spreadsheets was a completely new experience. Scheduling and communication were our biggest headaches. Jobs would change last minute, and half the crew wouldn’t get the update. We also had issues with lost job notes and delayed invoicing because we had to chase down details after the fact.

Now everything is logged right away - hours, notes, photos - and I can invoice faster because I’m not guessing what actually happened on the job. The team shows up better prepared and we waste less time driving back to grab something we forgot. MotionOps just makes the day run tighter and saves me a ton of back and forth. What do you like best about HVAKR?

I like the simplicity of space creation. The ability to adjust the spaces easily is superior to other load calculation software. Assigning the wall, window, and envelope information makes building load design quick and simple. The PDF sheet insertion is easy and with Architectural background changes it easily updates the background PDF, but keeps a running record of the prior designs.

The load visualization helps troubleshoot anomalies in the space creation and allows for quicker changes to get loads correct.

Zoning of the equipment and equipment systems is simple and making changes on the fly is second to none.

The System design and layout of air terminals and duct routing to ensure fan static pressure to achieve a proper selection. This allows us to be sure that we get accurate information to the manufacturer for equipment selections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HVAKR?

It would be nice to be able to provide a single space to 2 separate zones. There may be instances where a mini-split would be used in a conference room space along with regular space tempering from a roof top unit that is providing the ventilation air.

The navigation of the spaces screen is a little clunky. It would be great to zoom in and out without using ctrl. I could just be using it incorrectly, but this is a minor issue.

Report generation is lacking a little bit. It again could be how I'm using it, but the system information for each unit and possibly a zone map showing the equipment would be a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HVAKR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trace 700 doesn't have any visualization tools and changes to the spaces is difficult. You are unable to see anomalies prior to running reports.

Field Nation provides quick access to a plethora of trained professionals that allows companies like ours to expand our footprint to nationwide status in support of our customers. I really do not have any complaints about Field Nation. I have only had one issue where I had to go to support since the provider we selected replaced himself with an alternate who had a much lower rating but I called support and we resolved it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customers who have planned and unplanned events that require talent in areas where they do not have a physical presence. The planned events are easy as we have the time to source, vet and engage a Field Nation professional with time to plan, communicate and execute. The unplanned events are where it gets interesting and having access to the expansive network of technicians allows us to become the hero. For example, this past Sunday I received a call from one of my customers that they needed remote hands support for a Fortinet upgrade that had not been successful and in one hour I had engaged a Field Nation technician who arrived on site Monday morning at 9AM CST and by 10AM, the issue was resolved and my customer and theirs were completely satisfied. Field Nation allows us to resolves these issues without having to fly anyone to the customer site which minimizes the cost of doing business quickly, efficiently and effectively. What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

It makes the most optimized routes (pun intended) versus any other routing software I have tried yet. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. Lastly the ability to track our drivers location is invaluable in our industry, as it helps us to know when orders are being completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptimoRoute?

I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. What problems is OptimoRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't. What do you like best about Route4Me?

The livechat support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours. The application is intuitive to use and it's very easy to configure the different options you want your drivers to use. The team continue to follow up with us until every query is answered! What do you dislike about Route4Me?

Occasionally, drivers in remote or regional areas can have issue with data sync. However, following proper practices such as end of day syncing can resolve the issue.
