Whenever I ask for support, the initial response is from an A.I. bot that doesn't assist in actually fixing the problem but rather stating why there is a problem. I'd prefer to have my concerns addressed by an actual person first and foremost, and if the person assisting me has to use A.I. tools that is not my concern.
