The lack of a “save and resume” option during broadcast setup is really frustrating. The 'unlimited videos' marketing can be misleading because the best avatars use a premium credit system, which can burn through the monthly allowance very quickly on the creator plan. Also, they removed the option to give 3 projects every 3 months as a free plan. We cannot accumulate credits, and for annual subscriptions, it's important to have this clear. One area where Microsoft PowerPoint could improve is managing larger presentation decks. As presentations grow over time, making design updates across dozens of slides can become more time consuming than expected. Even small changes, such as adjusting fonts, colors or alignment, may require reviewing multiple slides to make sure everything remains consistent. I have also noticed that presentations containing many high resolution images, embedded media or detailed animations can feel less responsive while editing. The finished presentation generally runs well but working on larger files can occasionally slow down the editing process.

Before we started relying on Microsoft PowerPoint it was often difficult to present detailed information in a way that was easy for everyone to understand. Long documents and spreadsheets worked well for reference but they were not ideal for explaining ideas during meetings or training sessions where information needed to be absorbed quickly. PowerPoint helped solve that by giving us a simple way to organize information visually. Using charts, diagrams, images and timelines makes presentations easier to follow while the flexibility to update slides or reuse existing presentations saves time when preparing for different audiences or recurring meetings.
