What I dislike about Google Workspace is that while it is very strong overall, some advanced capabilities can feel limited compared to more specialized tools. I’d like Synthesia to generate link codes that can be used with SharePoint. Right now, this feature is missing, and I’d really like a SharePoint integration. It would be even better if we could generate web embed codes that can be used directly in our internal communication letters, so we don’t have to download the video first and then upload it to the page. The billing reliability is a huge issue for me. The billing system charges for failed renders, which is frustrating. The API accepts jobs, but during the process, it consumes credits before reporting errors like MOVIO_PAYMENT_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT. This has led to significant financial loss with no video output. Also, the quota endpoint seems broken, making it hard to monitor spending programmatically. Support is fragmented and unresponsive; multiple agents handle tickets with poor coordination and long wait times with no resolution. I couldn't get a sales call despite repeatedly asking until told I didn’t qualify because I wasn't spending enough. Their service capacity is lacking, and this makes scaling with them impossible. I think its awesome they provide 1 Terabyte of cloud space but I personally am not a fan of having to pay for more storage space. I think that's ridiculous especially when its paired to something like outlook and can hinder your email receiving if you run out of storage. We have unique gathering rhythms at our church. We meet in a large group format every other week and meet in homes for small groups on the off weeks. Before Clearstream, people felt they were unsure which weekends we were meeting. I don’t really dislike anything major about Gracely. Some features are still evolving, but overall it’s a very smooth and easy platform to use. Before using Gracely, we struggled with collecting and tracking giving, staying consistent in communication, and keeping members engaged during the week. Giving records were harder to manage, messages were sent from different tools, and there was no simple way to reach everyone instantly.

Now, online giving and contribution tracking are all in one place, which saves us hours every month and gives us clear financial reports. We can send emails and SMS directly from the platform, so communication is more organized and consistent. The mobile app with push notifications has been a big benefit because we can instantly inform members about events, updates, and reminders, which has increased engagement and participation.
