"Excellent business solution for church management"

What do you like best about IconCMO?

There are several things I love about Icon:

1. The system is able to import online giving. This saves a lot of time entering data.

2. Icon partners with other companies. In 2023, we were required to start filing W-2's and 1099 Misc. forms electronically. I reached out to Icon for help, and they referred me to Yearli. This program is so easy to use, and has saved me so much time preparing and filing forms with the IRS.

3. The previous software program we used cost a little over $5,000 per year. Since purchasing Icon, we have saved thousands of dollars.

4. Icon offers a variety of reports to print out for the Finance Committee.

What do you dislike about IconCMO?

"The best product and the best service!"

What do you like best about IconCMO?

IconCMO does everything I need it to do and does it wonderfully. The menus are easy to navigate and it is easy to make entries. When I have to do something I haven't done before, there are videos and help screens. And there is always a knowledgeable and friendly support person available whenever I call - with no waiting, I might add! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IconCMO?

It is just a little inconvenient to have to enter the phone number for the church when logging in (but I understand why it is necessary.) I'd like to be able to open email attachments that I am sending, to verify that I have attached the correct file before sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product is easy to use and has EXCELLENT support!! Whenever I’ve had a question they have always been readily responsive and when I recently made a suggestion (based on user experience) it was quickly implemented. Previously, our church was using an outside accounting firm to keep our books. There were significant delays in getting financial reports making it difficult to make timely decisions. We now have our monthly books closed within 5 days of month end. Different department heads can now see how they are performing with their budget in real time. "IconCMO is a valuable resource for church administration"

What do you like best about IconCMO?

Icon CMO is cloud based, you can access it anywhere you have an internet connection. Mulitiple Users are able to access it as well so everyone in your office can be on the same page. The thing I value the most with this program is the amazing customer service. Anytime I make a mistake or I'm not sure how to do something I can call and the staff is there to help. "IconCMO has saved my day more times than I can remember!"

What do you like best about IconCMO?

IconCMO is always very prompt with their responses. Even if they need to research or log in to our account, they always reply and say they are working on it. They are always willing to get on the phone with me and work through my questions together. Last year I had a big payroll issue, and without their help I don't know how I would have resolved it. Our Financial Secretary is also pleased with the ease of entering contributions and printing our contribution statements at the end of the year. We've been using IconCMO since 2020 and I found all the tutorials invaluable in implementing the software. In short, I can't imagine using any other software that might be out there. What do you like best about IconCMO?

Icon software keeps non-profit compliant with the IRS.

.payroll does not do direct deposits

.reports are limited

.only inports data from selected banks

.does not inport credit card data

What problems is IconCMO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Survey would not allow me to NOT check Church Management. Our church uses someone else and another application for church management. I am using it JUST for the accounting side. It was cheaper than APLOS or any other accounting package that uses funds that I bound in 2022.

Was using QuickBooks but got VERY tired of their non-fund accounding software and high priced support.

ICON is user friendy and has has quick email support. I have never had any reason to call them for support so do not how well that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
