"I love the inventory/PO functionality"
What do you like best about Vagaro?

I love that after spending a lot of time organizing my inventory (making sure it's correct and up to date) that when I create a PO and mark it as received, the inventory item quantities update as well. This is how it's supposed to work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

That I have to always make sure I hit "Refresh" to update the screen. I feel like since it's an online platform that it should be able to update in real time, but the tech behind that is not my forte so maybe I'm wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for Alterations Business"
What do you like best about Vagaro?

Vagaro has been a game-changer for my alterations business and my handmade crafts shop. The appointment calendar makes scheduling and staying organized effortless, and having my website connected in the same place keeps everything looking professional and easy for clients to use. I also love being able to offer custom-ordered handmade items through the online store—customers can browse, request, and order without the back-and-forth.

The ability to issue invoices and accept payments easily, all in one platform, has been huge—it’s streamlined my workflow, and it’s saved me over $1,000 over the past year. What do you like best about Vagaro?

The software is super user-friendly and gives you a lot of flexibility to build exactly what you need for your business. It’s not overly expensive pricing really depends on the add-ons you choose, which I like because you’re not forced to pay for features you won’t use. You can start simple, work with what fits your operation, and add tools as you grow. Nothing feels unnecessary or overcomplicated, which is huge when you’re running a business and need things to just work. What do you dislike about Vagaro?

One small downside is the learning curve at the beginning, especially when you’re figuring out how everything looks and functions from the client’s side. "Smooth Transition from Schedulicity"
What do you like best about Vagaro?

It is easy to set up services and classes, and then add them to the calendar. I've been able to get my clients used to it fairly quickly. I feel they did a good job transitioning the Schedulicity people over. They were at a disadvantage because I was really happy with Schedulicity, but they made me a believer that Vagaro could meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

The only thing I really miss is the ability to send messages easily from the classes. I would rather there be a bucket for attendees instead of having to edit the class to see the roster. In Schedulicity, I could open the class, view the roster, and then send the group content they need to know for class. That feature was something I used quite often, and it was included in my monthly fee. Those features cost extra in Vagaro, so it requires more manual work. At this time, it is cost-prohibitive to add those extra expenses. Hopefully, one option will present itself to make it work more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"very easy to navigate and use"
What do you like best about Vagaro?

very user friendly. covers all my needs for my business. very few glitches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

The calendar layout. It is very hard to distinguish between the lines, especially if you're looking at a week view. It would be great to have a thick line (Horizontal) for the each hour line mark, slightly thinner for 30 minute line mark and then the thin for 15 min line mark. Then have the days of the week slightly different. ie: Monday lighter, Tuesday shaded slightly, Wednesday lighter, etc. Also it would be nice when looking at 2 or more employee calendars that there would be and thick solid line (Vertical) between the week view calendars, so that you can see when one employees week ends and the other begins. it all runs into each other. ie: when trying to schedule a couples appt with 2 employees, is very hard to distinguish between (let's) Fridays schedule for both. I love how Vagaro keeps everything organized in one place — appointments, client notes, payments, and reminders. The automated texts and emails save me a lot of time, and the professional look of the booking system makes a great impression on clients. Sometimes the system feels a bit complicated at first, especially when setting up services and forms. There’s a learning curve, and a few features could be more intuitive.
