What do you like best about TrueContext?

As an administrator, I appreciate the ability to reset employee accounts, which streamlines the support process for those experiencing login issues. What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I've experienced some glitches on the website that occasionally log me out of the app. To resolve this, I typically have to restart my browser or update my account password. What do you like best about TrueContext?

I like the fact that you can create workflows and set alerts by emails when you complete a form, because it saves time and you don't need to do actitivies that don't give value to the process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

it would be great if you can set an option where you could download several forms by pdf en the section of "sent forms" at the same time just clicking once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to do all our work by paper, which is not eco-friendly and also we were exposed to lose important information because we just have them on hand. Also, we had to send emails with the documentation if we needed to share it, which involves a lot of time for each project. All that problems were solved by prontoforms. We're working with you since 4 years and we're happy to see how we improve our performance on field thanks to this usefull tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All around best forms software for our company"

What do you like best about TrueContext?

What do you like best about TrueContext?

Ease of use, how i can leverage API calls to connect to intelex. I can also grant users acces pretty easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

Sometimes it can be a little bit hard to navigate complex forms . Currently using API call for a complex form to link to intelex and its been a lot to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An efficient form builder, with room to grow."

What do you like best about TrueContext?

I like many of the features within the form builder, particularly surrounding the custom actions. Customer support is also very thorough, which is probably the best feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I would like to see more customization of user permissions, to accommodate specialized positions that would need access to certain admin functions without having admin/group admin permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueContext?

TrueContext provides excellent Customer Service by a highly competent team with fast response times! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

While TrueContext is an excellent tool, it has its limitations.

Some examples are:

Size limit for uploading pictures to inspection reports is 20MB, which is way too low for a full report including supporting pictures.

Another inconvenience is the inability to link external documents to forms, e.g. drawings etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
