**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

The ability to quickly develop, deploy, change, and duplicate forms serves our needs for daily use. 

The forms easily developed and are accesable and easy to train users on. Many of our operations require updates and the platform allows for quick maintenence of the forms. 

When needed, the TrueContext support team is availible and comes to you with solutions.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

I would perfer the mobile platform to have a better visual component to colour different components.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily diaries for constuction inspection staff allow for consistent production of daily records on construction projects.

Lack of programming/personalization features, needs improvements on productivity features (drag-and-drop of multiple questions, templates with different images).

Forms builder can be clunky. Integration options are lacking. Has a lot of quirks.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

The best thing that I lik about TrueContext is the way that I can see all of the information regarding a job/project that my team is currently working on.  They are able to leave notes/comments as well as take pictures for me to see.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

The downside of TrueContext is that I have several contractors connected to the app however when one puts notes in for a jobsite they are not available on the form if someone else is finishing the job.  The person who put in the original notes is the only one that can see them till the entire form has been completed.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see if the jobsite is short or if there are issues on the jobsite through pictures that the contractor takes.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

That it has endless possibilities to biuld forms, regarding the complexity of your business or need, TrueContext make it possible. Also, they have different "subsciprion packages" or "prices" which allow you to make it possible for your business to use the tool and make the most of it but adjusting to your bugdet at the same time.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Probabbly the UI could be a little "too gray" or a bit boritng for me. I'm more a "color coded" person, so I would probbably like a more colorful UI, without making it "too colorful" if you know what I mean.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to have all parts of an inspection in order, making it easy to make reports with relevant insights after each form is sumbited.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

Very easy to implement, start with the design and deploy first form. Superb documentation - with a bit of patience it can solve most of the issues. Great API and decent amount of connectors for painless integrations.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Conditional logic might be quite annoying and requires a lot of workarounds to achieve desired outcome. Customer support rarely solves those more challenging problems.
Still many features are missing like e.g. ability to dispatch attachments that could be submitted with the form.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant data collection for further aggregation, analytics, reporting and progress management.

You can create any formulary that you can imagine; its flexibility is incredible; you can personalize your formulary or use one of the templates and collect any information.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

In the beginning, it could be a little tricky to start creating formularies because it has a lot of options and possibilities of configuration, but you can consult the videos that can help you pass through this adaptation process

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my organization to make it easier to collect information, solve our customer requirements through our salespeople and have a much shorter response time.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

Whenever a problem arises, the support team responds promptly and follow ups are constant and insightful. They also handle tickets with each Account adminisrator so there's no misunderstandings.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

I would say layout is not so intuitive and fields are hard to find. It would be great to have the capability to export forms in several file formats.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves fill up forms in a manual way whenever our main reporting tool goes down. Feature also helps our mobile users submit time, security and new equipment forms.

Quick and easy format to use as a technican. Easy to implement. Was able to help establish a new way to do our PMs. Also as an editer, it is very easy to edit forms and integrate properly to the team. We do use this very frequently as well.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Nothing so far. Maybe how having at default of 2MB for picture adding is a little low.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easiness of PM forms. Able to do this on a laptop in one space instead of opening multiple apps like before.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

TrueContext will be very useful for the personnel out in the field. We are switching over to TrueContext for quality checksheets and having the forms available on a mobile device will definitely make it easier for field personnel to use. This will help allow field personnel to submit documents periodically, rather than falling behind and having to catch up with multiple outstanding submissions.

As an administrator, learning how to create forms was relatively easy, nothing too complicated. When errors appeared during testing of the forms, I reached out to the customer support and they were always very helpful!

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

When using Data Sources, I wish there was an easier way to just delete an entire Data Source that you don't want to use (for example, you created an initial data source and applied it to a few forms, then created a second data source that you wish to use instead). I believe that you need to "unlink" all your questions from the original data source before deleting that data source.

Also, when you get errors from testing forms, you will receive error codes. I wish the meaning of each error code was posted somewhere so you could understand what is causing an error. Instead, you may have to reach out to their customer support to figure out the errors.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Quality checksheets have been put off and are piling up due to some field personnel not completing them right away.

Solution: Using TrueContext makes it easier for the field personnel to simply take out their phone and quickly complete a quality checksheet as an activity is being completed.

  ### 14. Very intuitive experience, works very well with some quirks, As well Very Flexible and Customizable

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

After almost 2 years of daily development and use of ProntoForms integrating it primarily with SalesForce.
I would say that it is very simple and intuitive to get around, principally at the start you can get substantial forms with a lot of flexibility to create a complete data collection.
At the same time the form and reports could get very complex and with some time and a learning curve could achieve very customized outputs like PDFs with a lot of customization.
The outputs/inputs integration has a considerable quantity of built-in destinations and data sources, simplifying the data integration with other systems like Salesforce or Google Docs, etc... with yet the possibility for custom integrations.
Good Version history of the forms with the possibility to make Draft Forms and Deployed Forms in a very good way and the possibility to return to an old version of cloning it just lacks a Diff-like functionality but that's fine if the Deploy message is used to identify version deployment.
In Resume, is very simple to create large forms with lots of integration using out-of-the-box components/destinations/data sources, when at the same time could get very complex and customized being so a very flexible solution making the solution very easy to implement and deploy quickly.
The Support has a reasonable response time too and is very well pleased to make some meetings to know more about the problem in question.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

In  General, the application is very well made but has some quirks that can cause some difficulties like the constant updates. It's very nice to have new features being implemented but with frequent updates is kinda of difficult to maintain the users and make sure they have the latest version, at the same time the updates are very much retrocompatible.
With the same thing in mind about that number of updates I would like the QA of the application to take a little bit more attention before clearing out some updates, sometimes they get some bugs like some visual alignment off or some features working kinda strangely, and some different behavior on different platforms. usually, they are quickly fixed but could be avoided with some delay in updates for more internal testing. none of them was a breaking one so far.
The Conditional Rules in forms have some limitations on where they can actuate on the form (only on the field below ones used on the condition), that would be great to have a more flexible even more powerful CR on the form but they already can do a lot.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProntoForms is being used as a data collection point for field inspection, reporting, and document generation
Is also doing integration with Salesforce for process automation on the data collection and other systems facilitating the like of users.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

TrueContext's application easy to use, has a friendly user interface, and has the abilty to integrate many other data sources, which is great for users to want to link information to their forms.

However,  they really win you over with their stellar customer service. They provide a community site of resources much like Microsoft (a huge company -- which for TrueContext to have is quite impressive) with tutorials, support from users and TrueContext employees alike. I enjoyed chatting with our account manager and their team on what I like/dislike. They obviously care about their users' experince and want to cater to their needs. It's awesome! Keep up the great work.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Obviously could use a few improvements as I think there is always room for small enhancements. Making adding questions easier to forms would be a big complement to their form building capabilites.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paper forms used too much, takes too much time to gather all that information. Haing one form to encapsulate all has helped tremendously.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

We had many forms used by several different departments, one by the whole organization. The integrations worked well, and once it was set up it was easy to use for our employees.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

We were able to find what we needed elsewhere at a much lower cost. Could be that it just wasn't the right product for us, maybe too many features we didn't need that make the steep price worth it for other organizations. Development of forms on the backend could be a little easier; in my opinion, the web interface can be a little clunky.

Forms with decent data flows and integration, easy to learn low-code development

Quite Expensive. Can Not Use a Direct Link in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Form.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

Ease and flexibility to manipulate forms and add docuements to formspaces. I also like how easy it is to integrate documents into formspaces. Lastly, adding and deleting groups and users is very simple and to the point.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Currenly, we cannot dispatch a completed document to more than one person. This has been a thorn in our side due to the need for more than one person to recieve, review and sign-off on some of our documents. I also wish there were more options for deeper analytics without having to pay more.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to forms in a field setting has been the biggest benefit thus far. The fact that an employee can fill out a form and it is immediatley available to the rest of the management team has helped streamline many aspects of our safety management process.

The numbering of the questions and destinations in a form is not automated, if one question number is changed,  the following question numbers will have to be changed manually. This is not ideal when dealing with 200 page documents.The question templates cannot withstand pictures attached to the question. The forms cannot be linked to a word document, for example, if a checklist is mirroring a word document, for every change I make in the document I will have to manually change the checklist.

The ability to take pictures and efficiently organize submission destinations, including renaming images, creating folders, and sending automated emails, was a game changer.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

The 20 MB submission size limit can be restrictive, especially when dealing with large image files. While email limitations are understandable, the low submission size on SharePoint seems unnecessary. However, the TrueContext support team was very helpful in resolving this issue and finding a suitable solution for us.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many inspection processes relied on paper forms and cameras, requiring information (pictures, dates, etc.) to be shared physically or via email. TrueContext helped modernize the organization.

The customisable report templates are by far and away the best I have experienced in the market and make creating bespoke outputs as simple or complex as you would need.

The customer support is generally quick to respond and will always do everything they can to help.

Integration of forms with other systems is simple with the inbuilt plugins and other integrations have been easy with the API functions.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

Occasional changes within the forms inner workings cause issues with existing forms.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The features within ProntoForms have enabled us to streamline and standardise a lot of our inspection processes. This has massively improved our on site effiency.

The ability to create bespoke reports has also improved our report consistency and imporved back office efficiencies.

TrueContext has the capabilities that we need with a form building tool.  We've been able to quickly build the forms, test them, and deploy them to our field staff.  The forms are well formatted and the app is easy and straight forward to use for our staff.  We also really like the ability to have integrations with SharePoint to be able to automatically send forms to a library.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

I guess if I had to pick something, since I'm not in it on a daily basis, it would be that building all the integrations such as data sources, conditional logic, and destinations can get a bit confusing if you are making a form that has more requirements.  But, if you use TrueContext on a regular basis, the easier it becomes to use all of these pieces.

It allows us to digitally complete forms and surveys rather than rather to do things on paper or forms that are not easily authenticated and tracked.

Prontoforms is very consistent once you get it up and runnning. It's pretty easy to use if you know what you are doing but has a pretty steep learning curve. The resorces are nice but it just takes a while to learn it.

It's got a steep learning curve and sometimes takes awhile to get to what you want.

You can review all the forms and everyone is on the same platfrom with multile useres from across the work area. 
Easy to use and set up, and verity of featurea that can be used. 
Very easy to get set up and roll out acorss the company

There is no master log to view all work that is not yet submitted and I have to log in as each individual user if they go on vacation.

Easy work around and the platform can be run from a mobile device which is a big benefit.

Coming from a competitor's platform, I was pleased with TrueContext's visual mapping tools and system layout. The best feature in my opinion is the easy-build function to create complex workflows out of the gate. The visual of each form's connectors and data sources allows us to map every form without difficulties.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

The only issue that we have with TrueContext is the barrier to DREL, and the loss of advanced coding inhouse.

It is cutting down a ton of administration work and allowing data collection across all departments.

I like how the forms are customizable and easy enough to have multiple team members use it in english and spanish with the same and consistent end results. The forms walk you through the next steps and that helps with time management and builds positive habits.

There's not much that I dislike in the system, but I would like to have the form jump straight to missing or pending items on the form or highlight the dial in red vs scrolling to find the missing inpections point.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

The end user interface is easy to use, even for users who are not computer savvy.  Our primary use of TrueContext is to assist with new hire and termination workflow, and it has enabled us to make sure all required information is provided to the staff who need it.  Additionally, we have found TrueContext great for transforming hardcopy forms over to digital.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

TrueContext's form configuration can be confusing for administrators new to the platform, but it becomes easier the more you work with the system.  They need to have an easy way for forms to be sent using the email address of the user filling out the form rather than a generic "do not reply" address - this would make integration with helpdesk ticketing systems easier to manage.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TrueContext to automate our new hire/termination workflow, for equipment inspection before rental, and to transform hardcopy forms into digital.  It has helped the necessary staff to receive the information they need to complete these tasks quickly and offers an easy-to-use interface for the end users.  The integrated photo capture is especially nice for documenting rental equipment before and after rental.
