Best thing about this tool is the integrity b/w other Service-Now modules. Having any records in the EAM, reflects in other ServiceNow area/platforms as well, which helps you to manage it well.
It makes reporting easy.which helps in making big decisions.
It doesn't only provide Asset management,Service Now Dashboards and tagging is another world to this powerful umbrella.
You don't have to bother about managing other tools and users access.
No other extra cost.
Flexibility- EAM can be custamized as per user need.
