I like the objective functioning of Fulcrum. The ability for field teams to start filling out reports without an internet signal is essential for the reality of my project. I appreciate how we can shape the forms with targeted questions, clear response options, and details when necessary. The inclusion of photographs also makes the application very functional. We’ve been trailing the new Insights AI model and have found great value in it. Instead of pulling data into an excel spreadsheet to run pivot tables, Insights will do that work for you. Again increasing efficiency for management staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some features are not available e.g. would like to capture video of road asset defects while driving and export into a form via AI...also, would like to have a field to include cost code information when adding new members, which will assist with processing fulcrum invoicing. I appreciate that Fulcrum is easy to use. I like the flexibility of using it both on a phone and a desktop, and they sync quickly. The platform consistently stays up to date with industry trends, regularly incorporating the newest features. This enables us to concentrate on the overall architecture of our processes rather than getting bogged down in the technical details of adding new functionalities. On an advanced level it would be nice if the programmers would figure out a way to Use the Label from a Field and give some sort of function for that.

Fulcrum has leveled up the it's Workflow engine, you can set it up so when a technician marks an inspection as Failed an SMS or email automatically triggered to supervisor.

I like Fulcrum because it allows me to capture, review, edit, and transfer data seamlessly during asset inspections. The ease of use and overall functionality of the application stand out to me. I also enjoy being able to export the data and overlap it with an existing map, and the ability to import set points and have them pre-populate is really helpful.
