I do think that the UI is pretty clunky and it is not obvious where I go to find my monitoring sheets. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** That it is not intuitive in the UI. No matter how many times I use it I still have to hunt around for my monitoring sheets. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to keep all logging monitoring sheets in one place and always in my possession. It prevents loss and damage of said sheets too. ### 2. The ability for field teams to start filling out reports without an internet signal is essential for the reality of my project. I appreciate how we can shape the forms with targeted questions, clear response options, and details when necessary. The inclusion of photographs also makes the application very functional. Furthermore, the initial setup process was very simple, without complications. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** A common complaint among my field teams is the delay in synchronizing the forms so that they become available on the network, but I understand that the quality of the connection also interferes with this aspect. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Fulcrum to guide field teams, record technical data, insert photos and coordinates. It works well even without internet, which is essential for my project. I can also customize forms with targeted questions, clear and detailed answers, which makes it very functional. ### 3. Instead of pulling data into an excel spreadsheet to run pivot tables, Insights will do that work for you. Again increasing efficiency for management staff. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** Ability to filter out assignments on the mobile app. It allows you to enable filters on about every other data field except assignments. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to track septic system locations in our county and provide inspection reports to external customers. This enables us to concentrate on the overall architecture of our processes rather than getting bogged down in the technical details of adding new functionalities. The current product actually provides more features than we can adopt as quickly as they are released. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** On an advanced level it would be nice if the programmers would figure out a way to Use the Label from a Field and give some sort of function for that. I would also like a little more functionality for nested repeatable fields as our Apps are using multiple nested repeatables within repeatables. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this for GIS powered inspections of Fire Protection systems. The platform allows easy implementation with the ability to continually scale the solution as you become more familiar. With everything being Open, the sky is the limit as long as your programmers can figure it out? ### 7. Mapping capabilities have been enhanced. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** Search and navigation should be improved, Global search can be more smart. Sync lag and data integrity. Building complex logic can be difficult.
