Document customization can be improved, although support is offered with DREL, Handlebars and Freemarker. It also works when our techs don't have access to internet at the natural gas plants in the middle of nowhere. **What do you dislike about TrueContext?** It can be a little difficult trying to get a hold of their customer support team. **What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ProntoForms it would take months sometimes for our techs to complete their reports before we could bill the client for service.
