What do you like best about TrueContext?

Ease and flexibility to manipulate forms and add docuements to formspaces. I also like how easy it is to integrate documents into formspaces. Lastly, adding and deleting groups and users is very simple and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

Currenly, we cannot dispatch a completed document to more than one person. This has been a thorn in our side due to the need for more than one person to recieve, review and sign-off on some of our documents. What do you dislike about TrueContext?

The numbering of the questions and destinations in a form is not automated, if one question number is changed, the following question numbers will have to be changed manually. This is not ideal when dealing with 200 page documents.The question templates cannot withstand pictures attached to the question. The forms cannot be linked to a word document, for example, if a checklist is mirroring a word document, for every change I make in the document I will have to manually change the checklist. What do you like best about TrueContext?

The ability to take pictures and efficiently organize submission destinations, including renaming images, creating folders, and sending automated emails, was a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

The 20 MB submission size limit can be restrictive, especially when dealing with large image files. While email limitations are understandable, the low submission size on SharePoint seems unnecessary. The amount of input types that can be used in the forms.

The possibility to link it with Salesforce Servicemax.

Limited use of the templates. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template.

Too many steps to create a resource image.

What do you like best about TrueContext?

The customisable report templates are by far and away the best I have experienced in the market and make creating bespoke outputs as simple or complex as you would need.

The customer support is generally quick to respond and will always do everything they can to help.

What do you like best about TrueContext?

TrueContext has the capabilities that we need with a form building tool. We've been able to quickly build the forms, test them, and deploy them to our field staff. The forms are well formatted and the app is easy and straight forward to use for our staff. What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I guess if I had to pick something, since I'm not in it on a daily basis, it would be that building all the integrations such as data sources, conditional logic, and destinations can get a bit confusing if you are making a form that has more requirements.
