If something is not available out of the box, then the steps required to customise a new feature follow similar patterns across the platform. There is also a large community of developers who love the product and are happy to help with any issues. I like the flexibility of the personalization capabilities and how scalable they've been for a ton of different complex and very custom implementations across our sites **What do you dislike about Sitecore Digital Experience Platform?** We're on XP and I get a lot of complaints from my devs about slow build speed and how complicated certain things have been to build within SiteCore. I also have had some frustration with campaigns and SiteCore's defaulting to first-touch for things like rules based on sc_camp. We need last-touch strategies and had to custom-build last-touch rules based on our analytics' teams utm params instead, and basically moved away from using sc_camp values at all for this reason. Also, minor point, but once you click the tab into media library I wish the "content tree" tab didn't disappear so I could toggle quickly back and forth between the two; getting OUT of the media library is a little clunky. Would also be great if there was an easy way to insert a tree/path-based link within RichText editor rather than needing to use a component that specifies a link field, or just typing a static link into richtext **What problems is Sitecore Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows devs to deliver us "Legos" that we can then use (without dev resources) to build and update and personalized pages and experiences.
