I also have had some frustration with campaigns and SiteCore's defaulting to first-touch for things like rules based on sc_camp. We need last-touch strategies and had to custom-build last-touch rules based on our analytics' teams utm params instead, and basically moved away from using sc_camp values at all for this reason. Also, minor point, but once you click the tab into media library I wish the "content tree" tab didn't disappear so I could toggle quickly back and forth between the two; getting OUT of the media library is a little clunky. We use Sitecore for our Intranet, which means that our users are logging in before they use the system, and we use Sitecore's Personalization tools to create personalized experiences for each audience that uses our Intranet. **What do you dislike about Sitecore Digital Experience Platform?** It's not very user-friendly. New content authors struggle to understand some of Sitecore's quirks (like always having to paste as plain text into the rich text editor instead of being able to copy and paste with ease). I have many complaints overall with the Rich Text editor. The table functionality is very difficult to use, especially if you'd like to make any formatting adjustments.
