It's very easy for a new hire to know the learning path they have been assigned, and all is done individually, so no one has to be checking your progress and you are not slowing down anyone if you have to repeat a specific lesson. **What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?** I wish Lessonly could include a peer-to-peer feature somehow because I strongly believe in the force of training and learning from and with your peers. **What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Efficiently train multiple new hires across the globe - Reduce the ramp-up time of new hires **Official Response from Alec Hulitzky:** > Hello, thanks for your kind, helpful review!
