## Seismic Learning Reviews
  ### 1. Makes onboarding new team members easy for growing teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth L. | Director of Customer Success, International, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

You can create your own video content which is really engaging for learners. I also really like how you can tag content and create smart groups based off different boolean logic. We have a rule based on the user's hire date which pushes them into training on their first day with our company. This eases everyone's concern that new hires are not being engaged enough from the team, and ensures that they always know where they can go for core-essential training skills on our company and product.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

You still need people to create content and follow naming conventions or proper tagging structures. It would be great if Lessonly would build out a feature which allows only certain departments to tag content with specific tags.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

You need to train your leaders to start building content on Lessonly. Sometimes habits are hard to break and the entire point of Lessonly is to make micro-learning possible. You don't need to be building 25-page decks to training people. It's easier to build a micro-lesson.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hire training has become easier and more structured. It allows each internal department to have the training basics covered about our company, and there is no scrambling to understand who is available to training on day 1. Lessonly trains on Day 1 :)

  ### 2. My own digital sensei

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

A self learning works best for me. I can go and revisit the content anytime.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

None so far. It's easy to understand and work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

None for now

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm more comfortable with self-learning. Lessonly helps me understand the required lessons in my comfortable space.

  ### 3. Simple and adaptable learning management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is a learning management software, where your team is entirely responsible for creating the content (with the exception of some limited content you can buy). It is very easy to use and rarely have I needed to train my staff members on either creating content or completing a lesson - the intuitive nature and clean feel of the product is very helpful as a lot of LMS products feel stuffy. I like the new pathways feature and the auto-assign tool because we can put a lot of our training on auto-pilot, especially for new hires. The Lessonly staff have always been top notch and truly customer focused.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

If content is reassigned incorrectly, it can be hard to access completion logs that may be needed for training audits. This happened to us - fortunately Lessonly helped us recover data, but it had to be done on the backend and was a hassle.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

This is not a product with lots of pre-built content. It is a nimble and easy way to deliver learning modules to employees, but requires legwork in the creation of materials. Companies will get out of it what they put into it - it is a tool for implementing a solution, but not the solution.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decentralized training creation with a centralized place to find content. We've been able to standardize new hire training, particularly for our sales team.

  ### 4. I love Lessonly!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanna P. | Senior Human Resources Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is a user friendly way to polish your skills, learn something new, and onboard your new colleagues. I find it inviting and easy to digest once the content is created. I also love our Lessonly reps Rachael and Stephanie, they have made the implementation process really exciting, fun and easy!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

As an admin, sometimes the path to get places could be simpler! Sometimes, it's hard to get employees on board to build the content - busy bees, you know how it goes.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

You will be so happy with the service and outcome! They have so much to offer and keep your LMS human friendly!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hire onboarding, skill development, resource hub - centralizing the ultimate source of truth for our agency has helped keep information updated and easy to access in one place.

  ### 5. Highly Recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The best things about Lessonly are:
1. Ease of use -- Making lessons is really quick and easy. Organizing content is really easy. Everything is user-friendly.
2. They are a high touch company -- we have two people dedicated to our account that help us make sure our content is high impact and that we're meeting our targets.
3. The variety of activities -- there is a lot you can do within a Lesson to make it engaging.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

1. It's a little expensive.
2. Some data from certain knowledge check questions isn't as actionable as it could be.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Cost. It's excellent, and you pay for that excellence.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to organize and deploy trainings quickly has been the biggest benefit of Lessonly. The gradebook is also super helpful for communicating with vendors.

  ### 6. Lessonly is an user-friendly platform that makes structuring and implementing training easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I like that the lessons are easy to create. You are able to add a wide variety of elements and you can even modify the text with your own HTML. This makes the lessons highly customizable. There are plenty of creative options to make your lessons exactly as you imagine them.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

There is not much to dislike about Lessonly. They offer a solid platform and they keep releasing new features that make it even better.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Have a clear vision of how you want your lessons structured into paths. This will help organize your content.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that our team is resolving with Lessonly is the lack of having a structured training. We have been able to implement an organized training structure for our new hires. We have seen that our new hires that have been trained with Lessonly, have an easier time learning the information required to perform well.

  ### 7. Learning Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Easy to navigate and easy to understand makes it stand out.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

To search for new modules. The incomplete modules can be made to appear in a different tab.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Highly recommended.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am doing the modules for product knowledge. It is helping me by gaining insights and helping my customers.

  ### 8. Great LMS Product - Very Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly F. | Sales Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

From a usability standpoint, Lessonly is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. This was our first LMS product purchased and it was really important for us to have a system that we could dive into head first without a large learning curve.

On top of this, what I've appreciated most about Lessonly are the people and teams within the company who support their clients. It was very evident during our sales evaluation that this was a team that aimed to grow and scale alongside their clients by listening to, and acting upon, feedback. They have proven this time and time again.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

This was not the most robust platform we evaluated, and there are still feature gaps to be filled, but overall, we have been very satisfied with the experience.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We looked to bring on an LMS for a few reasons. First, to free up our bandwidth (with a small team of two training and developing 60+ revenue generating roles) - an LMS system allowed us to create well-built out, self-paced trainings that did not need to be delivered in person. Second, we needed a tool to better track, train, teach, and gather insight into how our reps are progressing in their development. Lessonly has delivered in spades.

We are able to leverage Lessonly in so many different ways: new hire onboarding trainings, product updates, marketing roll-outs, knowledge base, compliancy trainings, etc.

It’s also a really simple format for our reps to follow, even when they are on sales/customer calls.

  ### 9. Great learning content tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I like the ability to manipulate tiles on the lesson board to make the specific lesson flow better.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I wish there were a few more interactive tools that you could use in sections to engage learners.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Informing BPO's of policy updates

  ### 10. Lessonly....great resource for easy/fast learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I can take lessons as want too and review information if needed later

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is as good as the person creating the lesson...if the person who constructs the lesson is thoughtful and the content is valuable this is a GREAT tool for learning and sharing information.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

this is a great tool to conduct easy learning...I have recommended this to clients who have been impressed with how it works and the company

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this tool is being used to share new information so that I and others can learn the necessary information at our own pace

  ### 11. Quick training/on-boarding across teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Easy to share materials across the teams and track if they have accessed it!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

The UI can be more cleaner, otherwise, everything is good.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote onboarding

  ### 12. Lessonly has been a huge help for onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric V. | Sales Operations Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The interface is extremely user-friendly, can create lessons quickly, pull them together into paths and they recently rolled out certifications.

Also the support and resources are top notch. They provide a ton of best practices and the onboarding is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Nothing major, obviously as they are continuing to grow the product there are enhancements to be made but overall experience has been great

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve implemented Lessonly for all new hires and have improved our ramp time of new reps and have freed up resources who traditionally had to handle multiple hours of in person training.

  ### 13. Lessonly gets an A++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly helped us transform the way we train our customer support team in so many positive ways. Our learners value their training so much and always look forward to their next lesson. Our organization's use of Lessonly has enabled us to establish a very strong learning culture! Our trainees always feel very confident and are proudly very knowledgable thanks to Lessonly. As a content writer, I also love how simple and easy the platform is to use! It's fully customizable to our wants and needs which is amazing as we all know that training isn't "one size fits all".

Last but certainly not least I truly enjoy working with the Lessonly team! I never feel like I'm just a customer working with a business, I feel like I'm working with friends. The team is always very accommodating, personable, and quick to respond, it's AMAZING!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is so great, we love the team and the platform, I've only ever had one wishlist item. Global scheduling.

We have support teams around the world and we prefer to provide the information to our audience the same day to ensure global alignment. Due to this limitation, we have had to come up with some workarounds. Through trial and error we found a way on my team to make it possible, but it isn't the best experience. I believe global scheduling is something Lessonly is working on as a future enhancement and we so look forward to when this becomes available!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly is allowing our customer support reps to provide the most educated and up to date support to our customers without compromising our live support availability. We have a global support team with over 500 employees, ensuring that they are as current as possible while staying available for our customers is vital to our business. Lessonly allows us to deliver our training into bite-sized pieces without needing to pull our reps off the floor in workshops. It's fantastic!

We also use Lessonly as our communication vessel to help not only with continual job training but also for internal recognition and rewards as well as new hire onboarding. Having one source of communication and one place to find documentation is amazing!

  ### 14. Rapid learning content development in Lessonly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I love the ease of use of Lessonly. It's a simple tool to use and putting content together is fast. In the rapidly changing tech field where product releases come out quickly, staying up to date is a challenge. Keeping content timely and relevant is super important!
I love using the flip cards and reveals to keep content organized and it adds an element of interactivity to the learning.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Would love to have the ability to make style and formatting changes in the CSS myself, but the html is able to be manipulated a bit to offer some visual interest (font color changes, table formatting changes and other small things).

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid content development is where my organization is heading as our products continue to transform in the SaaS space. Chunking content into small, manageable pieces and tying them together in Learning Paths allows learners to learn little bits at a time when it fits into their busy day.

  ### 15. Lessonly Llama's Unite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The functionality is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. We have some employees that are extremely not tech friendly and they are able to easily use the system. There are also really cute GIFs, flip cards, and inputs that you can make!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

One of the downsides to Lessonly is that we have found a use case to create a Lesson for everything - how to enter the building, how to make a pot of coffee all the way to how to make our business function. The opportunities for Lessons are endless, which can overwhelm yourself and your team. I suggest creating pathways that get your users excited to be in the platform and then want to explore around.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

N/A

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Lessonly, we have noticed higher engagement with our tools and processes. There is more clarity and accessibility on what steps should be taken, when, how, and tips for getting there. In addition, we've noticed much more confidence in our employees with the additional accessibility and transparency.

  ### 16. Great learning solution for remote teams!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The interface makes for an easily navigable learning experience. The ability to include a number of different learning tools like video, images, polling makes the courses you can build up really interactive.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly meets all of our needs so no feedback here!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly has been in use across our organisation for a number of years now and supports both our structured training programmes and ad hoc trainings. As Lessonly is used by our onboarding team to onboard new team members our employees have immediate exposure to it and can refer back to materials and courses as needed. Training courses can be made bespoke to departments and teams which makes the experience incredibly relevant. Lessonly is also used to educate on new tools, processes introduced and importantly any infosec trainings to ensure we are meeting all of our GDPR, ISO certifications etc

  ### 17. Lessonly Rocks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is a convenient, easy to use resource for presenting new training material by leadership for employees. It provides intuitive methods of presenting material and asking questions for participants to then research and answer in an almost fun way! These question and answer sections really cause participants to more thoroughly understand what they have read.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

The only thing I don't like is when you are answering questions at the end of a lesson, you may have to page back all the way to the beginning to research the answer instead of have the titles pages listed in the back to be able to click right to.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Consider it, as it is a valuable resource for your company in this day and age to pass along information quickly, and for training purposes.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly allows our company to present new (as well as refreshers of old) information as our company is always progressing and adapting to new methods, materials and systems.

  ### 18. Lessonly is an easy and helpful way to get distributed people on the same page and up to speed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is an easy and helpful way to get distributed people on the same page and up to speed

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

In the way we utilized it, Lessonly fit all the needs of our organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Easy to use and effective! Great team that supports you!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting people in the organization up to speed on various curriculum.

  ### 19. Great platform, has revitalized education in my industry

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I like all the different widgets and options to present information. It is such a great tool for education and information sharing for people of all ages. As a COllege student, I really enjoyed using it for New Member Education and Big brother training. Now as an employee for my organization, it has been so helpful as I train my staff and help coach college men to be successful in their positions as well as in the future. I really only saw the backside of the platform a few months ago after using it as a student and it was very user friendly off the bat and the capabilities of lesson creation are all very useful and engaging. Overall, I have had a lot of positive experiences while using Lessonly and I know our team overall feels the same way. I think the more tech-friendly students we work with enjoy the flexibility and newness of the platform as well. It just makes things much more accessible especially in a time where face to face is becoming more and more of an unknown variable.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I wish that drafts saved automatically and you could recover them, not just published materials. I at times had difficulty retrieving lost drafts which did call for some additional work on my end. While this was certainly a user error thing on my end, some additional back up planning would be nice or just more thorough change tracking. Other than that I have had an overall positive experience thus far with the platform, even though it's a small sample size.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Between the Flip Cards, Screen recordings, and Document widgets. The platform has been crucial in furthering our education needs and getting all the right information out to our constituents.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online education and training have been easily movable to the platform. It was been a game-changer in the virtual COVID era. We have pivoted some in-person events to be spread over time using lessonly and other online methods to make the most of this situation, and it has been a great help.

  ### 20. All the Love for Lessonly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I love the ability to see the analytics on each user. This allows me to see where there are pitfalls in training and where we need to focus to help our reps the most. I also love the On-Demand practice feature because it allows reps to practice key skills on their own time.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

The gradebook can be a little difficult to navigate at first. I prefer to just go to the specific lesson and click on "Lesson Statistics by Learner" to get a better understanding of performance. I also don't like that if I unassign one lesson in a path I already assigned to a learner, it removes them from all lessons in that path.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to consolidate content into one place from it previously being in multiple places. We have also been able to onboard over 10 reps in about half the time it took without Lessonly. Since the beginning of COVID-19, Lessonly has been key for us to onboard entirely remotely and also conduct training follow-ups remotely.

  ### 21. Lessonly is very complete, full of relevant information, and very easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly provides many different lessons, based on specific information relevant to your company, and profession. It is extremely easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

There are no downsides to lessonly, that I am aware of.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly helps with everything from company policies, to industry, or career specific information.

  ### 22. You’ll come for the platform and stay for the service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly is so powerful yet incredibly easy to use. The design constraints ensure we produce learning content that is consistent for learners regardless of who creates it. We are able to quickly iterate, so we learn from the first learners who engage with content and keep making it better and better for learners who follow.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

It’s not even quite a dislike, but I do wish there was prerequisite functionality built into the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

You won’t regret your decision. Not only is it a fantastic platform for admin’s, content creators, and learners, but the service provided day in and day out is exceptional. Too often software companies provide great support during the sales cycle but leave you alone after implementation. Lessonly’s support just keeps getting stronger and stronger. They are true partners and we be lost without them!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We adopted the platform to support tech training. Now we use it for learning and development, on boarding, and our process excellence curriculum. Learners love to be in Lessonly so the big benefit is we can get really high levels of engagement that weren’t possible before in a sub-par LMS.

  ### 23. In Love with Lessonly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danee' F. | Learning & Development Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly provides excellent training software to allow teams to build their employees up to learn how to be better along with doing better work. It's easy to manage and allow other learners to view your product in a training module that is out of the box. All of the elements they have created (reveal cards, images, embedding, knowledge checks, etc) really gives the creator space to show their employees just how they want their company represented and how they treat their customers, employees, and communities. Lessonly's employees are great as well. All of them are so welcoming and always smiling no matter the day or time. Its really nice to be a part of a community like this.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I think with any new software you always feel there is a downside. I had to learn to through all of my old ways out of the window when working with Lessonly. When creating, I found myself wanting "x", and "x" wasn't there. I realized that I didn't need "x", there were other elements that Lessonly gave me which created a better learning experience for the employees.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Lessonly for our Knowledgebase system along with Onboarding. One problem we are solving is the lag on the search bar. Lessonly has been so wonderful in finding a solution and fixing it quickly, along with keeping us in the loop. It's been a wonderful partnership.

  ### 24. Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle Z. | Customer Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I love the ease of the service, the resources, and the community

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

There is nothing I do not like about this service

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Schedule a demo and learn about all of the use cases. You will not be disappointed

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are streamlining training and development while standardizing our agents standards and knowledge.

  ### 25. Innovative platform easy to implement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The Lessonly software design makes it simple to deliver quickly professional-looking training in chunks of bite size that make learning simple. I like that, too, being quick to enforce.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I want to see more ways that users can communicate with the Lessons. Gamification, user input, and check video recording. I don't like that either after you've taken the time to create a learning content catalogue, it's hard to put that content in another format. To put it another way, leaving the LMS would be challenging.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Start using Lessonly, considering a specific case for use. If you're trying to use it to attain so many needs at once, it might get frustrating.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great resource for communication, and helps to have a central place for learning content. Helps communication of hard-to-understand concepts across multiple teams in an easy-to - digest way. I can understand which students are ready to move to the next level, and which are not ready.

I like how easy it is to create new content, and I love the many ways to engage different learners.

**Reviewed by:** Lisa H. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Not only is it very easy to use, but their support is incredible. The whole process from seeing their demo and talking to their sales team to meeting and getting started with our dedicated contact was great. I've used a lot of business solutions and I have to say, so far in terms of the support and assistance they offer, Lessonly is the best. Not only do they completely train on how to use the product, they offer a lot of help in how to actually train and suggestions of content to provide.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

So far, there's nothing I dislike. Maybe the limitations in font choices, but that's all I can think of.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Lessonly, all of our training was stored in Google Docs. This organized everything into a streamed lined searchable system.

There is are not many things to like and the billing is deceptive.

We use Lessonly for both internal training of our employees and external training for our customers. Lessonly's hands-on and dedicated approach to train the trainer is truly impressive. Not to mention a very proactive approach to communicate product enhancements and receive product feedback and requests for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Not many downsides at all. If I had to name one I'd say the ability to white-label would be nice.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly is helping us to have an organized, intentional approach to making sure new-hires are getting the most update to date and relevant training, plus giving us a clear format to evaluate current training methods and offer suggestions for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

If you are looking for something that has all the bells and whistles to customize your lessons, this might not be it. Additionally, we ran into some issues with our team submitting video recordings, which was very frustrating,

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lessonly has been a great solution for us providing a company-wide learning management system that is user friendly and relatively affordable.

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The customer support team, ease of use, and many tools they offer.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

The only think I can think of is more of a high-level view or hierarchy of the paths and lessons/sections in each.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Lean on the lessonly team to brainstorm ideas when implementing. They are always there to help!

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My onboarding is quicker and my reps are producing more meetings on a quicker level.

  ### 41. GREAT customer service is #1. I never feel on an island.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Easy to use platfrom. Lessonly people are the best! I feel very comfortable collaborating with Lessonly, asking questions, and giving feedback for new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

My business is not the typical customer (sales), so i feel a little disjointed from the rest of the Llama community.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytic reports on our learners, what they like, what they don't, etc...
Lessonly also does a great job sprucing up my content

  ### 42. Perfect layout & visual represantion of content + good Quiz features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Klaas d. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The quiz feature is very helpful to educate users.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Setting up content takes some time but totally worth it.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating both employees and customers on product features now goes via Lessonly.
We're seeing +20% increase in content completion rates.

  ### 43. Education + entertainment = engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I love the culture of lessonly and what they stand for as a company. Their customer service is top notch and their product is so intuitive and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

As an L&D manager, I would love to see more integration with other industry specific software like Next Gear or TrueU

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have optimized our onboarding as well as centralized our training. It has allowed us to create development paths and a true knowledge base for our employees

  ### 44. We are so much into Lessonly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny C. | Assistant HR Officer - Global, Renewables & Environment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lessonly's show up helps us a lot in solving this problem. Its interface is super easy to users and we don't even need to train our employees on how to use it. Most of our employees based on different countries in the world and we are not able to meet sometime, not to talk about training. Lessonly helps us on this matter so that we can assign the lesson on Lessonly for them to take. We Love it!

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

We have a bunch of sales employees who work in remote Africa and they don't have a computer to access Lessonly. It would be better if Lessonly develops an app so that our sales employees can be trained wherever they are.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

This is a good online learning platform that is efficient and easy to use. All the function is easy and clear. Even for someone who has never use the Lesoonly before can easily create a lesson by themselves without guidance. It is a great success for the Lessonly team to develop such an easy going system.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Lessonly to train our after-sales team. Before Lessonly, our training manager will fly to each of our site offices once a month to conduct training. It's slow and low efficient and the turn over rate of the salesperson is very high. After using Lessonly, we can train them whenever we want and they can also review the lesson in Lessonly.

  ### 45. Lesson.ly is a must!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Support, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Lesson.ly is a fantastic way to get your team up to speed, whether they've been on the team for 1 day or 5 years. I really like the ability to add content and test the results of the user's ability to comprehend the content you laid out.

Their new feature practice makes this even better with the ability to record inhouse video of someone executing a workflow to prove they understand how to complete the task being taught.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

It's a little clunky and easy to jumble your content into an unusable state. Assuming you have an operations team to help you set this up, you can standardize your content creation and architect your set up to meet your team's needs. Stay vigilant to your defined set up and don't stray from the path!

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

Make sure that any data entered in the tool that may need to be updated later on is well documented as needing potential updates. You might consider linking out to an internal documentation portal for certain information. We often link out to our internal guide, "Guru".

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this tool to onboard our customer support team from ground zero to fully on-boarded. We've gone from having one week worth of content to having 6 weeks of onboarding content.

We also use this for rolling out updated education and weekly team updates. It's a great way to align the team to the same page with content that is more dynamic than what the standard email can provide.

  ### 46. Our Education Team Loves Lessonly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy E. | System Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

I love the ease that I can set up learning Paths. We share our learning topics with internal employees and our clients. The Paths allow me to customize what information I allow each group of learners to see.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I would like to have a better simulation experience for our learners. The person taking the lesson does not have to type in the correct information to work through the simulation. Not a great learning experience because they cannot experience our error messages that are displayed in our portal when the information is entered incorrectly.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Learning:**

We love using Lessonly because we are able to incorporate all different learning materials for our Clients and internal staff to work with. We have been able to make training available to our clients so they can have a self paced learning experience that they can fit in around their daily work schedule or on their own time.

Lessonly also lets us track the individuals progress and we can quiz them on their product knowledge.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have multiple departments use Lesson to build out their specific training.
We are able to control what required lessons are assigned to an individual and can track their progress through the path. We are also able to report on the individuals that are taking our classes.

  ### 47. Best LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

Easy to build content
Easy for the team to access and consume content

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I switched to Lessonly in Feb of 2020 and can't say there's anything I dislike about it

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling learning to the commercial organization

  ### 48. Lessonly lets me focus on the content, not on the software that powers it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan B. | Wordpress Performance Engineer, Graphic Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

It simplifies the writing experience greatly, making it so that when I'm writing documentation, training, or any sort of education that I can focus on writing the actual content instead of having to learn how to use the tool itself. It takes a lot of the guesswork out and produces a nice, clean final document that's consistent and easy to read for the recipients.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

I haven't been able to identify a direct issue with Lessonly yet, and any short-term headaches seemed to have come from how we were structuring data within Lessonly– ie: not Lessonly itself :D

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily focused on creating training and documentation for both our new hires and existing staff in a unified manner. Since it has to cover both entry-level training as well as advanced trainings we needed something flexible and it's been great for us.

  ### 49. Good solid learning platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The interface is engaging, with drop down/ flip over boxes making it more than just reading a plain page.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

Not a lot! It is a simple yet effective tool.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We onboard a lot of new employees and it is useful to share information about various departments/ changes.

  ### 50. Concise and helpful team

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Seismic Learning?**

The lessons are easy to follow and saves time.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?**

No dislikes. Lessonly does a great job.

**What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thorough and consistent training program. Allows employee to easily return to the lessons for a refresh if needed.
