**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

My lower performers showed real improvement in call quality within the first month. Because the practice mirrors real deals, reps don’t dismiss it as just another checkbox exercise. Two of my weakest reps moved up into the middle of the pack in that same month. I also like that when we have a new product launch, it comes with practice scenarios already attached.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

I’d like richer out-of-the-box views for managers. Right now, I have to build the readiness snapshot myself.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training used to compete with selling for everyone’s time, but the short drills now fit naturally into the day. Lower performers often fell behind because they got less live practice, and the higher volume of safe repetition has helped close that gap. I used to spend evenings reviewing call recordings, and now the analysis surfaces the same issues in minutes. The ramp was slow, so new reps leaned on the team for months; now they’re able to stand on their own much sooner.

**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

What I rely on most is the manager time it gives back to me every week. It’s scaled across my entire team without needing to add a trainer. The 30+ language support keeps our regional reps aligned on a single standard. The customer success team responds quickly and clearly understands our sales process. Our reps can drill from their phones between meetings while they’re out on the road.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

We were looking for deeper native Salesforce integration, and it has improved gradually over time.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reps used to dodge the hardest objections on real calls, and the safer practice environment lets them tackle those first. I used to judge readiness mostly by feel, but now the data shows me who can actually handle a tough negotiation. Onboarding a cohort used to take up my entire month; it still takes work, but it no longer monopolizes my calendar. Having practice and call analytics in one place is what ultimately justified the switch for me. Onboarding a larger cohort no longer means I have to double my mock-call sessions. New AEs now reach a contributing level in weeks rather than a couple of months, and I’ve already seen the impact on the team: two of my weakest reps moved up into the middle of the pack within a month.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

The avatar’s motion still looks a bit stiff, although it sounds like an upgrade is coming soon.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reps used to learn product claims on live calls, and in practice we often didn’t catch the incorrect ones until later. Now the breakdown flags the wrong claims as they happen. Feedback also used to vary depending on which manager observed the call, but now every rep is measured against the same scenarios.

Lower performers tended to fall behind because they got less live practice. The higher volume of safe repetition has helped close that gap. Coaching used to be one-size-fits-all; now I can tailor it to each rep based on the specific gaps the analysis highlights.

**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

The per-product-line scenario libraries let each sales team own its own playbook without stepping on anyone else’s work. Granular permissions also make it easy for each region to see only what it should. I’ve found the roadmap responsive to enterprise asks, with real timelines instead of vague promises. As a result, new reps become quota-ready faster than they did with the old instructor-led approach.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

Cohort reporting by hire wave, region, and role still requires an export, rather than being available in a single native view.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spinning up training for a new region used to mean duplicating sessions and pulling in extra trainers. Now the same library reaches everyone from a single place. Our ramp process didn’t scale with headcount and it drained the senior team, but having one shared content set across regions finally stopped the duplication.

Reps previously learned the pitch on live deals, and those misses cost us pipeline. Now they can rehearse in a safe space first. Onboarding also kept pulling senior reps away from selling so they could mentor new hires, and centralizing practice has given that capacity back.

**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

I can show the board that Ramp is consistent across regions, using the same scenarios everywhere. Reporting also rolls up from every region into a single framework that’s easy for me to present to the board. When a new market comes online, it can be up and running in days because the playbook is already centralized. It also handled our headcount without the performance problems I expected at this scale.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

Not every language in the catalog feels equally polished. The English version holds up well, but a few of the other languages could use another review pass.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle to show leadership exactly why a rep was coached a certain way. Now the records clearly tie every coaching point back to approved messaging. Our most complex negotiations required practice that the old training never covered, and reps can now drill those conversations before going live. Personalized coaching simply wasn’t possible across thousands of reps, but the analysis now pinpoints each person’s gaps. And because every region ran its own training, quality had drifted over time; a single, standard set of scenarios has brought everyone back into alignment.

The breakdown shows me the exact moment a rep caved on terms. Self-onboarding was quick, and I had scenarios live within hours of getting access. It works beyond the core sales team, too, and we even run new-hire onboarding through it. It gave me defensible numbers showing ramp got faster. It surfaces what a rep actually claimed about pricing, not just how smooth they sounded. The mobile experience means practice isn’t chained to a desk. I can tailor coaching to each rep based on what the analysis flags. The analysis also makes it clear whether a rep handled the objection or simply talked around it.

**What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?**

I noticed some voice latency early on. It has improved since then, but it’s still worth mentioning.

**What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mock calls used to eat up hours of my managers’ time every week, and we’ve gotten that time back now that reps can practice on their own. Ramp was slow when new reps had to learn through trial and error; now they can build the right patterns before their first real call. Reps also used to find their footing on live opportunities, which cost us deals, but they can work the rough parts out in practice first.

They used to freeze on tough objections, and the private repetition has built their confidence before live calls. They also used to wing pricing conversations, and the breakdown now shows me exactly where they gave ground. Onboarding quality would dip whenever I got busy, but the structured path keeps the standard consistent regardless. Onboarding also used to cap how many AEs I could ramp in a wave; now I can bring on a larger cohort without doubling the number of sessions.

**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

The roadmap does shift, but when I flag an enterprise gap, I get a clear, realistic answer on timing. Spinning up a new region took only a few days because content and permissions were already centralized. When we launch something once, its coaching layer rolls out to every region at the same time, which helped us standardize objection-handling coaching across the entire global team.

It also mattered that our security team cleared it early—it reassured me that the controls were genuinely in place. Granular permissions mean each region sees only what it should. At the same time, each product line can run its own scenario library while we still govern everything centrally. Having Salesforce data right next to practice results gives managers a single place to look.

We were looking for tighter, native Salesforce hooks, and they’ve been arriving in stages.

Ramp didn’t scale with our headcount and it was draining the senior team, until we moved to a single content set across regions and stopped all the duplication. Our practice content used to lag behind product changes; now the owning team updates its own line the same day.

**What do you like best about Second Nature AI?**

I can build a scenario library that keeps growing without turning into an ongoing content project. I clone existing scenarios and tweak them by region, so the content stays fresh without a huge build each time. I also don’t have to rebuild the whole library from scratch whenever the pitch shifts. After getting access, I had scenarios live within hours, with no long setup.

The breakdown makes it clear which reps actually know the product and which ones are bluffing. By consolidating tools, I’ve cut down the time I spend assembling reports every cycle. It works for assessing any sales team, so I run both SDR and AE ramp through it. As a result, every new hire ramps to the same bar, no matter who trains them.

It took a bit of back-and-forth for me to understand the pricing, but once I did, it seemed fine.

Reps in 30+ languages now ramp on the same standard, which we could never truly enforce before. Regional and cohort reporting makes it clear which teams are ready to sell, and rolling pitch updates out to thousands of reps is no longer a manual project. Using standard scenarios across markets has eliminated the regional variation we used to fight, and the per-line libraries mean a change to one product doesn’t disrupt another.

Having Salesforce data right next to practice results gives managers a single place to look. Reps can start drilling new messaging the same week a product ships. And our success contact understands what it takes to support a sales org at our scale, not just the feature set.
