"Yoodli Turns Training into Measurable Capability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Yoodli?

At CJM, a communication and leadership training organisation, what we value most about Yoodli is that it allows people to actually practise. The training world has become so accustomed to thinking that because we conceptually understand something we must be capable of it, but the only way to turn an idea into sustained behaviour change is through practice and consistent feedback. Yoodli allows our clients to take what they have learned in our programs and practise it in a safe and reliable way, 24/7.

We have worked with Yoodli since the early days in 2024, and the pace of innovation on the platform has been incredible. We worked with Yoodli to develop our CJM AI Coach, which works like a virtual faculty member and subject matter expert, allowing clients to talk through ideas and discuss their approach to real-world situations. The Yoodli AI Tutor, which makes this possible, engages users through curiosity rather than simply testing or challenging them. It’s intrinsically motivating and allows individuals to bridge the gap between general program content and their specific context. Yoodli’s AI roleplay builder is another great feature, ensuring people can practise relevant scenarios instead of generic roleplays, increasing engagement while still providing feedback aligned with the organisation’s goals and metrics.

Most importantly, Yoodli has given us the holy grail: we can now demonstrate ROI by obtaining detailed metrics on baseline capability and impact over time. One particular engagement saw us running a global pitch competition for a leading AI company, where participants’ scores improved across ten areas by between 25% and 180%.

I recommend it to any organisation that wants its training investment to produce measurable improvement in capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yoodli?

The usual teething problems as a start up adapts to customer needs and new opportunities: a sometimes disjointed user experience and suite of features that don't always fit together the way you might like. Luckily the team have been very responsive and invested considerable resources into updating the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
