What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Our customer success contact actually knows our sales motion, not just the feature list. It surfaces what a rep claimed about pricing, not only how smooth they sounded. I can adapt a discovery template for a new segment without starting from scratch. Self-onboarding was quick, and I had scenarios live within hours of access. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Feedback varied depending on which manager observed, and now every rep is measured against the same scenarios. I had no honest read on who was ready beyond my own gut, and now the breakdown gives me a marker I can point to. We burned live opportunities on unready reps, and that stopped once practice moved off real deals. New hires progressed unevenly, some bored and some overwhelmed, until self-paced practice let each move at the right speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
