I dont think there are true 'downsides' to using Allego; what needs to happen at the user level is obviously adoption from what the user was using before and then cultivation of user as he/she goes through the adoption phase; ie being on hand 24/7 to answer questions or provide examples to what is being asked that allow the user to then refine their approach to using the system and thus have near-perfect utilization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
