The sidekickAI is the absolute best! It helps me learn more about our product portfolio (which is vast) because I just started at the company. It helps me re-use accurate information on our products, value prop, and messaging because everything is taken straight from our data, not external sources. I love how easy it is to look up literally anything. I also like that our Sales team has immediate access to everything we have been trying to reinforce with them (messaging etc) and does not have to ask me where to find a particular asset. I do not like how many steps it takes to sync a file from SharePoint. We have multiple SharePoints and categorization so it takes a good amount of time to drill into exactly what SharePoint folder I need that houses the particular file I want. That's a pain. Also, sometimes the search results for queries don't seem all that relevant past the first few items. I don't like how they call the folders "topics." Just keep them as folders!
