**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

The structure of the training is so fantastically different than other programs I have been through. The approach is engaging and enlightening and the personal analysis feels so spot-on. I have already referred several colleagues and industry acquaintances to your website

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I'm not entirely sure what to add here. I do think the training could be extended to a third day, as there is so much excellent content to cover. Some elements would certainly benefit from more time, and that I think would dictate a 3rd day.
What might be an added benefit would be suggestions on how to deal with lack of communication from targets. Far too often outreach attempts to clients via phone, email, etc go un-returned and the psychological impact is considerable

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my planning process and analyzing my clients has been greatly enhanced by this tool. The method of concentrating on the essential aspects of my contacts' personalities is particularly insightful and has provided me with valuable perspectives. Diligent planning and follow up are a heightened focus in my daily/weekly/monthly activities. Digging deeper to make sure I have the engagement of ALL members of the decision process (as much as clients will allow) is even more a focus in the sales process

With the help of SalesHood, we have realized a sharp increase in revenue growth and sales team productivity. This due to fast remaping, increased win rate, and increased deal size.
I like that SalesHood supports AI powered coaching and handles sales conversations easily.
It comes with gamification capabilities as well as sales enablement features.

I find SalesHood a little bit pricey than its competitors. Otherwise, everything else is great.

We use SalesHood for sales training, gamification, and sales enablement. In addition, with the tool place, even onboarding new sales team is easy and the tool is also a great digital sales room.

UI could use some improvements as it can be slightly difficult to navigate the folder systems when there is a lot of content to sift through.

There have been efforts made to make the process for creating AI Roleplays more efficient. There are clearer sections for Pre, During, and Post roleplay instructions and detail.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

The ability/functionality to clone segments from one learning path to another would be great.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a clear learning path for new hires and houses all enablement material for our Sales teams. It's allowing us to utilize the platform as the hub that can link out to other platforms.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

I absolutely appreciate how SalesHood seamlessly integrates into my workflow with ease of use right from the start. Its setup process is incredibly intuitive and straightforward, which allowed me to begin using it without encountering any difficulties. I find SalesHood's training capabilities invaluable, as it quickly aids in mastering products and provides an environment for self-training and video recording without the risk of public mistakes. This feature significantly enhances my confidence and learning experience. Furthermore, I love the flexibility of being able to record and upload videos with the option to make changes before final submission, a level of versatility not commonly found in other platforms I've used. I also find that SalesHood meets all my needs without requiring additional software integrations, which simplifies my workflow and enhances efficiency. The overall experience with SalesHood has been exceptionally positive, and I especially enjoy the video options for uploading from a file or creating within the platform, which add to the platform's versatility.

I find SalesHood to be pretty easy to navigate and set up, which makes it user-friendly and not difficult to acclimatize to. The convenience of having all my assignments and learning materials in one place is significant; it really streamlines my learning process as everything is consolidated and easily accessible. I especially appreciate the flexibility when recording videos for assignments, as I can pause between takes or restart if needed, which isn't something offered by many other platforms. This ability to retake or pause creates a more forgiving environment, allowing me to produce better quality work without the pressure of getting it perfect on the first try. Overall, these features make my experience with SalesHood efficient and effective.

I find the nested assignment structure in SalesHood somewhat cumbersome. This can make navigation more complex, particularly when assignments have sub-parts, like part a and part b. Simplifying this structure could enhance the ease of use.

The onboarding process with SalesHood was smooth and effortless, and even when we encountered challenges with enterprise IDs and SharePoint integrations, the SalesHood team was impressively attentive and committed to resolving issues efficiently. I am particularly impressed with how SalesHood adapted to our company's stringent data privacy and governance standards by modifying their internal architecture. The platform's AI-optimized features make it an intuitive and efficient tool for building engaging learning experiences. I can create higher quality content in less time compared to other industry-standard platforms. The capability to impersonate users is invaluable for troubleshooting, and the content audit feature significantly saves my time by automating library updates. The report builder is another favorite of mine as it simplifies the process of pulling data for ROI evaluations. Additionally, the AI roleplay capabilities and the clear focus on sales enablement make SalesHood a top choice. The user-friendly nature and the ability to deliver high-quality learning experiences cater perfectly to my instructional design needs.

I would like more ways to curate a huddle/path to be more visually appealing. Specifically, the ability to select color variations and insert novel visual elements between learning experiences would help in signaling to the learner when something new is being introduced, thus retaining their interest.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

Great tool for sales enablement, from onboarding, to training, and coaching sales teams. It's also easy to create interactive training modules using a mix of videos, documents, and quizzes. The guided learning paths make it easy for new hires to ramp up quickly. 

I also love the peer learning and video pitch practice features. 

Another huge plus is the analytics dashboard — it gives visibility into who’s completed what, engagement levels, and how reps are scoring. As a manager, its easy to track progress and intervene.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

There’s not a lot to dislike, but a couple of things come to mind. The admin interface could be a little more user-friendly — when you’re managing a large library of content, it can feel a bit clunky to organize and tag everything efficiently. Also, the video playback and recording tools work well most of the time, but there have been occasional lags or hiccups, especially for users with weaker internet connections. 

As a user, sometimes I am unable to look for specific documents and a lot of clutter comes my way before I can reach what I'm actually looking for.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesHood is now one central platform to house all of our sales content, training modules, and best practices. It’s helped us create a repeatable, scalable onboarding process that ensures every new hire gets up to speed faster and more consistently.

It’s also made ongoing coaching easier — the pitch practice tools allow reps to submit recordings, and managers can give feedback directly. That’s led to much stronger messaging alignment across the board.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

I like the ability to create client sites and share information with customers using the client sites - gives it a touch of class. The way information such as product datasheets, training, videos are organised makes it easy to search and find the items that you are looking for.
This is definitely one of the better sales tools that I have come across and I would say that I use Saleshood every week.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I think the user interface can be better - you can find what you want but the interface design looks pretty basic. I think it can be improved, perhaps using tiles instead of just rectangular blocks across the page. That's just my opinion anyway.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Sharing product information with customers - all my customers need to do is go to the client sites and they can find what they are looking for at the sites.
2. Product feature introduction and training - short training videos for customers to access and learn the new features, quick and easy.
3. Knowledgebase - I use it as a knwoledgebase for my own training and learning.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

I find the recording and grading functionality of SalesHood to be working really well. It was introduced to us by Palo Alto Networks, and it requires minimal setup from my end, only needing a few clicks to follow the prompts, which I appreciate for its simplicity and effectiveness. SalesHood is currently used for recording pitches and grading them, which meets our requirements excellently. The overall experience with SalesHood has been positive as everything is functioning smoothly, and there is nothing that I feel needs changing at the moment. I even rate it a 10 out of 10, reflecting my satisfaction with its current performance.

We love the ability for a sales rep to train on a topic, then video their practice trial and get immediate AI feedback. As the leader of the sales team, the ability to also watch the submission and then provide coaching feedback is great as well.   We are using these monthly to reinforce a 3-day classroom training and it is very effective at recall on the content as well as the terminology. It is very easy to assign my team members a training module and I get email notifications when the modules have been completed.

No outstanding dislikes just yet, maybe the AI components could be better, maybe having the ability for team members to make their own would be cool.

What I appreciated most was how SalesHood broke down training into bite-sized, interactive modules. Instead of just passively watching videos, I was prompted to reflect, record practice pitches, and share feedback with peers. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make certain longer modules more concise, as some sections could be condensed without losing impact.

Having the option to embed video, external websites, and images to lessons helps have a robust and centralized repository of sales training materials. The process of assigning and tracking trainings is also straightforward, the easy navigation allows us to quickly jump from one training section to another.

I can say that it is successful in sales training and nothing has to dislike so far. It is also functional enough even for complex training situations.

SalesHood has transformed the way our team organizes and engages with content. It allows us to create dedicated landing pages for each part of our sales team, ensuring every solution has a focused hub. The ability to build reusable templates makes creating client sites simple and consistent, and we can add new content anytime to keep prospects engaged.

The collaboration plans and chat functionality give us visibility into client engagement, and the integrations with Salesforce and Slack keep everything aligned with our workflow. We also appreciate how the platform continues to evolve based on our feedback, and their CSM is highly engaged—often joining our internal meetings to help us maximize the value of the solution. SalesHood has truly become a partner in our sales process.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

SalesHood has been a valuable tool for organizing content and engaging clients, but there are a few areas where it could become even more powerful. I wish the client sites were a bit more visually polished, and the Salesforce integration can be time-consuming—especially when selecting the right opportunity from a long dropdown in a large organization.

One feature that would make a big difference is predictive analytics. Today, analytics are manual and handled case by case. Having insights that show which content or engagement types are most likely to influence a win—or highlight aging sites and next-best actions for reps—would make the tool much stickier and more actionable.

While there’s nothing I truly dislike, these enhancements would take SalesHood from great to exceptional

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesHood has helped our team streamline content sharing and client engagement. Before, finding the right decks, case studies, or demo links could be time-consuming, but now everything is organized with solution-focused landing pages. The ability to create reusable templates for client sites saves us a ton of time and makes our follow-ups more efficient.

We also benefit from engagement visibility—being able to see who is interacting with our content helps us prioritize outreach and guide smarter next steps. The integrations with Salesforce and Slack keep our workflow connected, and the platform continues to grow with us thanks to an engaged CSM team.

While analytics are currently more manual and case-by-case, SalesHood still gives us the foundation for data-driven engagement. Overall, it’s been a game-changer for scaling enablement and making our sales process more efficient

I find SalesHood to be the best training program I've used, as it is really easy to navigate and allows me to go through training effortlessly. I like the autoplay feature for videos, which seamlessly guides me through training modules, letting me see my progress and provide feedback easily. I find navigating through the SalesHood application a bit challenging. I have to switch between two different sections or 'universities' of the app to access the trainings my job assigns, which makes the process cumbersome. Additionally, the search tool for finding past resources and trainings is inefficient, often taking longer than expected to locate previously shared materials. The need to constantly switch back and forth between different sections within the app affects my efficiency, especially since the main page isn't the one I frequently need. Combining these separate sections into a singular interface would significantly enhance my user experience.

SalesHood is flexible enough of a tool that I can make it my central "Sales Wiki" for our GTM team.  The UI is easy for our GTM team to navigate, and it dramatically reduces the requests from the field of "where is this {content]" that goes to my team.  It's also easy to use as an admin when it comes to building new training content, and when I do need help, the CSM and support team are quick to respond.  Appreciate all the support from Danica.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

Although SalesHood is very flexible, i do find that some of the instructional design capabilities to be lacking compared to other Sales Enablement Platforms.  We leverage a workaround with SCORM files by using a separate tool called Articulate, but it would be nice to have some of those features within SalesHood natively.

Also, my company recently transitioned from Google to Microsoft (btw, dont recommend this), but the integration that SalesHood has with the google productivity suite is better than with the Microsoft productivity suite (currently sharepoint only and not OneDrive)

Primary use case is on-demand micro-training and content management (sales resources, templates, slides,e tc.)

The AI coach was a literal god send during peak onboarding times, this was a feature that receieved a huge amount of use.

Admin Experience: As an admin, I find that building out huddles involves quite a few clicks, which can be time-consuming. Streamlining this process would be a big help.

SharePoint Integration: Syncing with SharePoint can sometimes be slow and may require multiple attempts, which disrupts workflow and can be frustrating. 

Certification Processes: Setting up formal certification programs is a bit of a workaround. For example, having AEs do mock demos with a live panel or evaluators complete scorecards to determine pass/fail status isn’t as seamless as it could be. Simplifying or automating this process would make certification efforts much more efficient.

I found SalesHood indispensable when organizing my sales course work. In fact, it turned out to be very easy to access completed tasks or the pending ones and Sales representatives can see all learning materials posted including assessments.

I think the only con I’ve encountered is a bit of a lag when trying to download course supporting materials at one time.

Saleshood is easy to manage, quick to update, and gives a user the opportunity to customize efficiently. You can create templates to upload important documents and customize the client-facing portals to mimic their websites.

No major downsides. Sometimes the homepage is a little to 'busy' to find what you're looking for quickly.
