**What do you like best about Allego?**

I like that Allego is very easy to use, with a simple user interface, which makes it easy for everyone, regardless of their tech experience, to handle. It's really helpful when I'm teaching either the shoreside or shipboard teams with job aids or videos. Allego is valuable because it saves us time in the learning and development team and empowers both corporate and shipboard teams to create, upload, and own their own content easily, which enhances their knowledge and autonomy. The AI capabilities and tech-forward mindset of Allego are great, and the AI coach feature has been particularly helpful to our teams. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the great support from representatives like Lindsay and Steve, who helped us transition from Talent LMS to Allego seamlessly. Overall, I'm thrilled with how Allego supports our training needs.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I think there's very minor things that we mentioned during the conference with the Allego team. One of these is the issue with Allego invites when we create events within the Allego platform. For some reason, they're not going through our email accounts, specifically our Outlook accounts. I'm not sure what's causing this difficulty, but I hope it gets solved very soon because when it was launched, it was easy and everybody would get the invite and know what to do and what the agendas were. That's one of the major things we used to have, and now it's an opportunity for improvement. We've been in contact with the IT team at Allego and our IT team, hoping it gets resolved soon.

I find Allego easy to use, empowering teams to develop and upload their own content, saving time for our learning and development team.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I use Allego for training at work, and I like that it's available at my leisure, which is important as I often miss live webinars due to my limited availability. The replays are uploaded fairly quickly, allowing me to access material at night and on weekends when I'm more likely to be available. I appreciate that the content is fairly organized and easy to navigate. The initial setup was seamless; the organization had it ready for me, and all I have to do is log into my organization to be automatically logged into Allego.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I think adding a watch later list would be beneficial to organize a queue one would potentially need to cover lots of topics. There's also the issue of shortcut keys to pause/play/fast forward/rewind during replays. When a video is playing it's not on another window or tab so browsing through Allego while a video is playing isn't automatically possible. Maybe, an option to cast the video to another device would be a convenient feature for tutorial-centric videos. Transcripts for the videos would be a nice bonus for quick browsing.

Allego helps me learn to use required platforms, manage common tasks, update knowledge and succeed in my role.

What I like best about Allego is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. It makes training, content sharing, and performance tracking very efficient, which saves time and improves overall productivity. The structured approach to learning and the ability to access materials anytime also stand out as major advantages.

Navigation isn’t always as smooth as it could be, and some features take time to get used to. Also, occasional slow loading times can be frustrating.

Allego solves the problem of scattered training materials and inconsistent communication. Instead of searching through emails, files, or different platforms, everything is centralized in one place. This makes it much easier to find the right content quickly and stay aligned with the team.

For me, this means saving time, learning more efficiently, and having quick access to important information whenever I need it. It also helps improve consistency in knowledge and performance, which makes day-to-day work smoother.

What I like best about Allego is how it combines ease of use with powerful, practical features that genuinely improve day‑to‑day workflow. The UI is intuitive and clean, which makes it easy to quickly find content, record videos, or review training materials without a learning curve. The mobile experience is especially valuable—I can capture or review content on the go, which saves time and keeps learning integrated into my daily work rather than feeling like a separate task.

Features like video recording, feedback, and content sharing make collaboration more efficient and more personal than traditional tools. Instead of long written explanations, short videos help clarify messaging and expectations much faster. From a performance and ROI standpoint, the platform is reliable and responsive, even with frequent video use. One of the main drawbacks of Allego is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. While the platform is powerful, the depth of functionality means onboarding can take time, and not everyone immediately takes advantage of all the tools available. Creating or organizing content can also feel slightly manual in certain areas, particularly when managing large libraries.
Additionally, while video features are a major strength, they can occasionally be slower to upload or process depending on file size and connectivity, which can interrupt workflow in busy periods. Some customization and reporting options feel somewhat limited unless you’re on higher‑tier plans, which can affect perceived flexibility and ROI for smaller teams.
That said, these are largely manageable with experience, and the overall value still outweighs the limitations.

Allego solves the challenge of inconsistent communication, fragmented training materials, and inefficient coaching across teams. Before using Allego, information and best practices were often scattered across emails, documents, and informal conversations, which made it difficult to stay aligned and confident.
By centralizing training, content, and coaching in one platform, Allego makes it easy to access the right information at the right time. The ability to record and review short videos has been especially beneficial—it replaces long explanations with clear, repeatable guidance and allows for more personalized feedback. **What do you like best about Allego?**

I find Allego extremely user-friendly, which makes navigating through its features a breeze. The content of the videos is interactive and provides excellent information, which I really appreciate. I also like the ability to go back and review the content after completing the module. I've done this several times since taking the training, and it has really helped reinforce the content of the modules. Additionally, setting up Allego was extremely easy because it was preinstalled on my computer, and the entire process did not have significant pain points.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The only issue was that the modules occasionally would freeze.  Also, there were times when I wanted to just replay a small portion, but it would not allow me to fast forward to the part I wanted to double review.

Allego provided me the ability to do education and achieve a certificate for completion.

It’s really strong for sales enablement and being able to quickly share content, record practice pitches, and give feedback all in one platform makes a big difference to performance and consistency across the team. It’s especially useful for onboarding and helping reps ramp up faster.

Some of the content organisation can get a bit cluttered as the library grows, so it takes a bit of discipline to keep everything structured properly. It would be good to have more intuitive filtering and search options.

I like that Allego is very easy to use. I definitely like the customer-facing rooms where the sales reps can create customized marketing-approved content. It's great that they can use some branding from the prospect and allow them access to that page so they can share information within their organization. Even though I wasn't involved in the setup, I heard from the person who did implement it that it was quite easy and the team was easy to work with.

I would like it to be more organized, have more of a look like Highspot, and allow for older versions to be archived away from the sales team to see.

I find that Allego makes everything simple and streamlined for quoting and selling life insurance. I think the system alleviates the difficulty of quoting and selling by making it simple. I really like the quoting tools which are great because they are fast, don't require too many questions, and are pretty mistake-proof. I also appreciate that there are only a few steps needed to get a quote out, leaving very little room for improvement. It's a great system, and the initial setup was very easy.

We’ve used Allego not just as a platform, but as a core partner in how we deliver enablement at scale. The platform itself is flexible and powerful. It’s become our central hub for learning, role-plays, and certifications. Allego’s AI capabilities, especially around automated grading and role-play simulations, have let us scale our readiness programs.

What stands out most, though, is the partnership with the Allego team. They don’t just hand you a product and walk away. They collaborate, brainstorm, and actively help us bring our ideas to life. Anytime I’ve needed to design something new (from pitch certifications to experiential learning workflows), they’ve been in the trenches with me figuring out how to make it work. That level of responsiveness and creativity makes a huge difference.

The layout is extremely user friendly, to make sure that when you have a large set of tasks assigned to you, the features and layout make it easy to stay on target, especially when interacting for a long as needed to complete and fulfill all the necessary tasks.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Not that is very distracting or takes away the positives, but the menu is very layered and dense. If you do not know where to go at the start, it is a little bit of a search. However, it was a minor search and just fine.

The problem for me is that I am a new hire, new to this space, products and environment. Allego is providing me a platform to access all the information needed to fulfill my onboarding learning requirements as well as additional resources to benefit a thorough set of resources to help learn efficiently.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is a great all-in-one sales enablement platform that support content, learning & coaching, and digital selling. From a user perspective the platform is easy to navigate and quick to learn. From an administrator and sales enablement professional perspective the platform had a very wide range of functionality. Unlike some other platforms, Allego offers a relatively consistent UI across all functions.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

With such a wide range of functionality Allego does most things pretty well but not everything great. There are some gaps with content management in terms of governance. Allego is open to listening and responding to feedback so working on some of the areas where it needs improvement. Like all platforms there are some workflow specific tasks that are frustrating or inconsistencies in reporting functionality. Overall though it is a very nice platform that matches or exceeds competitors in the core sales enablement functional areas.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego provides a one stop shop for our global revenue team for all things product related. This includes external facing product collateral like brochures and presentations, internal info like competitor overviews and product factsheets. It also serves as our hub for training both for onboarding and continuing education. Part of the learning side is also coaching utilizing AI based coaching to help scale for a global team. Allego also serves as the platform for sales to share content with customers and monitor if and how much customers are engaging with the content being shared. With a simple Salesforce integration this content sharing is also logged in Salesforce saving sales from having to do additional admin work.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

What I like best about Allego is how easy it makes sharing knowledge. As an enablement team member, I can quickly record and distribute content so everyone has access to the information they need, right when they need it. The new AI lesson builder is also a fantastic addition, it helps us create lessons quickly and efficiently, saving time while still delivering quality. And of course, one of the most valuable aspects of the platform is the analytics and tracking. We can easily see who’s engaging with the platform, what content is being accessed, and identify where there may be skills gaps.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

It can sometimes be a rabbit hole!  We have so much content available on the platform, people tend to get overwhelmed, but the search tool does help to mitigate that issue.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is solving the challenge of making content and training modules more accessible, engaging, and measurable. Instead of relying on live delivery session, we can host modules and post recordings for team member who consume content differently, or miss a live session. Plus, everything is in one place and easy to share. For me, that means I can create and deliver content quickly, ensure my team has access whenever they need it, and use the analytics to see what’s working. The platform also solves the certification, we execute our certification programs out of the platform making tracking easy.  All of this saves time, boosts engagement, and helps close skills gaps faster.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego helps me by providing different levels of product information. It includes marketing details for materials management and buyers, as well as clinical information tailored for key influencers and physicians. I like how each ENT category is organized with tiled images, making it easy to browse. Previews and downloads are straightforward. I also use Allego to share extra information in follow-up emails.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I don't have any dislikes at the moment. However, as I make greater use of AI, I anticipate that there will eventually be a feature allowing AI to generate brief presentations for use during in-services, much like the materials the pharmaceutical industry offers to their field representatives.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego gives me fast access to our product information, which not only helps me learn more effectively but also gives me a competitive advantage.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is a fully customizable site that allows for the administration to tailor the landing pages, content, and links to their end user. Their course creation tools make it easy to assign users tasks and track their progress. Allego has become our single source of truth for all approved customer materials and internal training needs. Allego is supported by an incredible team who we meet with weekly. They are responsive, strategic, and valuable partners to our team.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Allego can be a little challenging design-wise to get thing looking "perfect". It is easy to get things close and good, but sometimes that final small visual edit can take time to get just right.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Allego for Sales Training and Onboarding over 90% of the time. We did not have a coordinated or consistent onboarding program prior to Allego as we relied our the regional managers to onboard thier new reps. Allego has facilitated the creation of a modular, gated learning journey for all our new hires. They now recieve the same content, at the same pace, and we have documented processes to ensure they are retiaining the information. We have started to leverage this for Phase 2 and on the job training as well, moving beyond the 4-week onboarding course. Allego also serves as the single source of truth for our sales reps. Everything approved is hosted in Allego and accessible to the reps. 

We are strating to explore more of the digital sales room and sales enablement functionality. Allego has provided a path forward and regularly encourages us to adopt these additional tools; however, there are internal roadblocks to fulling leveraging.

I love how Allego allows me to efficiently share best practices and challenges with my national colleagues within our industry. It's incredibly helpful for disseminating what solutions have worked and understanding market patterns. The video recording and preparation solutions are particularly valuable, as they enable us to share information on a large scale effortlessly. Additionally, the initial setup of Allego was super simple, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free.

I wish Allego had a way to create a folder of favorites to categorize frequently used tools. This feature would help me access them more easily.

I use Allego to share best practices and challenges with my colleagues, allowing us to identify solutions and market patterns efficiently. It is also used among our training team to grant field reps the opportunity to 'perform' real-life scenarios, submit them for feedback, and learn from them.  Allego also enables video recording for large-scale sharing and this has been helpful in delivering more advanced training to the field in a larger way to target initiatives that may be time sensitive and can't wait.

I have found Allego to be an extremely valuable training resource since I began using it in May. The platform was already set up, making it very easy to use, which eased my transition as a new employee. What I appreciate most about Allego is the wealth of training videos available, which I find more beneficial than dense reading material. These videos have been crucial in helping me quickly understand complex topics, allowing me to absorb information at my own pace and setting a foundation before diving deeper into the text materials. My company has uploaded hours of content on various topics, which are invaluable to my growth and something I frequently reference. Beyond the training videos, having access to a range of PowerPoint and PDF training modules further enhances the learning experience. The availability of diverse training materials gives me flexibility in how I learn best. I find the training videos so essential that I would personally maintain a subscription to ensure access, even if my employer stopped covering the cost. This ease of learning and the effective distribution of information through Allego are reasons I would highly recommend it to others.

I really like using Allego, especially for training prior to large sales conferences and for learning about new solutions. I appreciate how easy it was to get started with Allego, thanks to the clear instructions from my company on creating an account, logging on, and using single sign-on features. I find Allego extremely beneficial for level setting the knowledge base, allowing me to broadly understand the range of solutions offered within my enterprise, even though I'm not directly responsible for all the solutions. What I love the most is the open tasks feature. This portion is incredibly helpful when preparing for large enterprise-wide conferences, where a lot of prework is involved. It's virtually impossible for me to sit through everything in one go. Allego's ability to track my progress and identify open tasks allows me to manage my work effectively, thereby meeting deadlines. The included enhancements/features that come with the basic LMS is far superior to other learning platforms on the market.  The built in AI is brining our training to the next level without having to pay more money to bring in other programs.  It is overall a one stop shop for training.  

Allego is easy to navigate for users since they can access it on the go or at home.  As an admin, it is a little tricky to learn at first due to all the enhancements it has.  Once you get used to it along with the superior customer support provided, the program is fairly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The main item lacking is integrated games within Allego.  We have had to shop outside of the LMS to pull in a gaming program to add additional engagement with our on demand content.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is enhancing our training contnent and allowing us to keep everyting in one convenient location.  Due to the program allowing our reps/new hires to complete training on the go, it is convenient and is easy to use.  Since the program allows videos and various document types, all training contnent can simply be brought into the LMS.  The video pop up quizzes and flash drills seem to really be helping retain & reinforce knowlege.  The new AI features are now being integrated into the training exercises, which is giving a real life conversation experience to the learner.

As a teaching tool it contains many o f the assets that I use in coaching a sales team.  
1. It concentrates on consultive selling and emphasizes using yourself to build customer relationships that are fruitful and lasting.
2. The process is laid out so that each module is built upon learnings from the previous module.
3.  I can see how much effort my team is putting into the training
4. I can easily use it to support my companies own sales journey that is product specific.
5. It is repetitive and uses key concepts multiple times so that the team learns through re-inforcement. 
6. The slides contain excellent content and can be used to create conversation using real word examples that encourage the team to educate each other using the concepts and real world selling events.
7. The combination of these has made my team more efficient and  more intentional about their sales activities.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The material has a dated look.  The content is spot on but the graphics lack a 21st century feel.  Some interest may wane from a younger sales team

Sales team is changing from being inbound leads driven to prospecting and outbound lead generation.  The training is critical to that process.

I like having quick and navigable access to materials with Allego. The 'my calls' recording list is great for catching up on anything I missed or for reviewing past meetings. I also enjoy that Allego provides a single spot for most of our important materials and information, which simplifies everything.

The search functionality for marketing/client facing materials

Allego has allowed us to provide a unique service to the financial advisors we work with. We can provide an on-demand type of library for them with sales ideas to help them grow their business. The customer service that Allego provides is top notch!

The ability to edit videos in more detail would go a long way for our team.

Allego gives you the ability to provide a great on-demand video library that is attractive to clients who don't always have time for scheduled webinars.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we can't get in front of financial advisors, creating videos and DSRs with relevant content allows us to remain top of mind with those advisors. It's a service that helps us stand out.
