I have yet to find a better method for individuals to embed learning. Additionally, the ease of getting started is incredibly refined and allows individuals (and administrators) to get going quickly. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** There’s a wide range of options available, which can make it difficult to stay focused on the specific tasks you’re trying to work on. Recently, I used Yoodli's AI roleplays to help a founder I work with prep for a tier 1 interview alongside her customer. That's a tricky setup, because you're telling a joint story and you can't have one voice drowning out the other. We built a roleplay with a tier 1 reporter persona and rehearsed the handoffs and the questions that might go to each of them, so the customer's results came through in the customer's own words. To be honest, I'm not sure whether this is on our end, Yoodli's end or the go-between but we do lose the ability to track learners once they've clicked out of the eLearning and into the roleplay or Tutor. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global scalability, hands down! Gone are the days are scheduling 1:1s in office or via Zoom to complete the annual mandatory ServiceNow Corporate Narrative with a manager. Yoodli moved us from subjective manager-led feedback and "thin" AI feedback from another vendor to objective, actionable feedback in a judgment-free practice space for 8,000+ global sellers. (Which also allowed us to complete the project in half the time, shortening from a full quarter to just 6 weeks!) I get the sense it was designed before so many new features were added to Yoodli, so sometimes it takes me a few extra clicks to find what I’m looking for. That said, the recent move of additional navigation options to the sidebar has already helped our new authors understand Content Spaces better. My clients find it easy to use and helpful once they commit to the behavior of getting in and doing it. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** My only caution is that if you're a coach, make sure you are also analyzing the results with your client. I had one person who internalized the Yoodli feedback as harsh and critical in her head, but I did not know this was happening, so I couldn't help. The immediate feedback is the best part, as it provides students with the experience and practice they need without cutting into instructional time. It's incredibly valuable that Yoodli can act as more than just a speech feedback coach, fulfilling multiple roles like learning tutors, prep coaches, and practice coaches. This feature helps eliminate the need for multiple choice quizzes, solving a giant pedagogical problem. It allows me to see students' interactions and verbalizations, providing a much better way to certify learning. Switching to Yoodli from LearnDash has streamlined my process by reducing the number of platforms students need to use. The initial setup was easy, and once you get into a rhythm, it really starts to flow. I am recommending it to colleagues, so my likelihood of recommending it is a definite 10. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** Well, sometimes it goes off on tangents. I did have one user tell me that Yoodli started speaking to them in Indonesian for some reason. I don't know why that happened, but that was one use out of a few dozen times. I've appreciated that new features are rolled out quickly, including some designed to meet me where I'm at on different devices. One of my favorite aspects of Yoodli is the multi-persona roleplays as I'm often on calls with multiple stakeholders. I also find the certification features appealing, offering a dual-use platform where sellers can practice and complete certifications set up by my manager or our enablement team. The use cases that allow coaches and leaders to tailor the AI usage for individuals is so well done - you can actually see when clients or employees forget they aren't engaging with a real individual. Additionally the real time feedback and analysis is done exceptionally well - it shows how you can address qualitative and quantitative feedback to deliver maximum impact. Plus the people behind it are top rate and I've loved working with them. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** For the use cases I've come across there is very little to hinder our use of the platform. 2 areas that I have already raised for future consideration are more voices/accents as well as alternative languages. Additionally, being able to upload documents to help make the programs deliverable in a single platform would be great. Neither are dealbreakers and both have been discussed with Yoodli. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Definitely being able to do coaching and sales enablement at scale. The challenge has always been how do we balance out our identified business gaps and address them when the human coach is limited (in terms of availability, costs, ongoing support).
