"Clear Visibility Into Company and Team OKR Progress"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

One of the most impactful features is the platform's ability to provide a comprehensive and high-level view of overall company and team OKR progress. This level of total transparency ensures that every department remains perfectly aligned with our core strategic goals, allowing leadership to monitor health metrics across the entire organization at a glance without needing constant manual updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

While the core functionality is incredibly robust, the overall interface could be significantly more user-friendly for new team members during the onboarding process. Some menus feel slightly buried, making the initial learning curve steeper than expected. Aside from this minor need for a more intuitive navigation system, I truly cannot think of any other complaints or areas for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great dashboards and Cascade view, but subgoals and KPI-to-goal alignment need more flexibility"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

One of the features I appreciate most about Perdoo is the ability to create different project or strategy dashboards. This flexibility allows teams to organize goals and initiatives in a way that fits different perspectives, whether by team, project, or strategic focus.

The Cascade view is probably the most valuable feature. It provides a clear, visual overview of how objectives, goals, and strategies are connected across the organization. This makes it much easier to understand how individual or team efforts contribute to higher-level company objectives and keeps everyone aligned with the broader strategy.

Another very useful section is the Goals page, which helps track weekly activities and progress. It gives a quick snapshot of what is on track, what needs attention, and what has been completed, making regular check-ins and updates much easier to manage. This structure encourages accountability and keeps the team focused on measurable outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

Perdoo could benefit from greater flexibility in how goals and structures are managed. For example, it would be helpful to allow the creation of additional levels of sub-goals, making it easier to represent more complex strategic structures.

Another improvement would be the ability to align KPIs directly with goals, not only with objectives. In addition, allowing KPIs to be connected to multiple objectives or goals would better reflect how certain metrics contribute to different strategic areas.

Editing and reorganizing goals could also be more flexible. Currently, if you need to move a goal under a different objective, it’s not possible to simply reassign it, you need to create a new goal instead. Being able to move or reassign goals within the structure would save time and make updates easier.

Finally, reporting options could be improved. It would be very useful to filter timeframes by specific start and end dates, especially when exporting data or reviewing only monthly activities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Hi Mario, thank you for your review. To help us understand your feedback better, please answer the following questions:

1. The number of sub-goals that you can create in Perdoo is unlimited. Our largest customers are using Perdoo with thousands of users and thus track thousands of OKRs within a specific Timeframe — which sometimes go 10 levels deep. What exactly is the restriction that you ran into?

2. To be clear: You cannot align KPIs to Objectives. You can only align Key Results for Objectives; and Objectives can be aligned to KPIs. Key Results, however, can indeed only be aligned to one Objective. We certainly understand that you sometimes want to align a KR to multiple Objectives but allowing so would ruin the Cascade and Map views that you so much appreciate. We believe that this disadvantage far outweighs the upside of being able to align a KR to multiple Objectives.

3. You can, in fact, easily move a Key Result or Initiative from one Objective to another. Just open the Key Result or Initiative, click the 3-dot menu and select Move. You can also easily move an Objective or KPI from one goal to another by changing its alignment.

4. Regarding the filtering for start and end dates: this is actually something that our Product team is already working on! We'll let know once this is available.

"Easy Goal & KR Assignment with Clear Visual Progress Tracking"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

Ease of use, I can easily assign my Goals and KRs to different employees. The ability to easily see what is due for an update.

The "visual" and different ways to review the different categories make it easy to present our progress to the company.

The implementation process was easy and the support offered very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

The only thing I would say at this point is the order in wich we see goals and assigned KRs do not seem to be customizable? I haven't reached out to the support team so this could be a non issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Thank you for your review! You can actually customize the order in which you see goals. I'll ask someone from our Customer Support team to reach out to you.

"Easy to Use and Quick for Teams to Adopt"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

Perdoo has proven to be a very easy-to-use tool that teams can adopt quickly. From the beginning, the platform felt intuitive, which made onboarding straightforward and efficient across the organization. Even team members who are not deeply familiar with strategic planning tools were able to start using Perdoo with minimal guidance. This ease of adoption has helped ensure consistent usage and engagement across different roles and departments. In addition, Perdoo’s customer support stands out as a key strength. The support team is highly responsive, fast, and genuinely helpful when questions or issues arise, which significantly improves the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

Like most growing platforms, Perdoo does have some areas for improvement. We have encountered a few minor bugs and occasional translation issues. However, these have not materially affected our work, and what really matters is how quickly the team addresses them. In our experience, Perdoo responds promptly and resolves issues in a timely manner, which builds confidence in the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structure and visibility that keep goals aligned"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

What I like best is the structure + visibility it creates. It gives a shared ref point for goals, makes alignment conversations easier, and reduces the “everyone is busy, but are we moving?” feeling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

The main limitation is that it can become a reporting ritual if the strategy layer isn’t clear or leadership doesn’t stay engaged. In those cases, people update OKRs for compliance rather than using them to make decisions. Also, the UI could be more modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible OKR Updates and Insightful Progress Graphs"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

I like the flexibility of the feature for updating my OKR progress. In particular, I like that I am able to make simple, optional comments to complement my OKR percentage increase. I also like the projected or "expected" OKR progress graph and the corresponding real progress graph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

I don't like the difficulty of navigating to my particular OKR. In a company with many teams and many OKRs, I find it difficult to find my selected OKR. Rather than a "Quick Start" page, which even still can be too time consuming for someone who uses already over 10+ different company web-apps, I would much prefer a "Recently Visited" or "Recommended" page which quickly provides me access to the OKR I have been modifying weekly for the past month.

Perhaps I'm not listed as a lead or contributer, and this may be an administrative mistake. But given that I have provided multiple OKR updates, and have *permission* to do so, the system should probably infer that I'm a contributor, and I otherwise see nothing in my Home page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Hi Dean, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Are you the lead or a contributor for that OKR? If so, it is already added to your Home view. You always find all your goals in the My goals section on Home. Alternatively, you can simply favorite the OKR, you'll then find it under Favorites on Home. Could you explain why these options aren't sufficient for you?

"Unified Dashboard That Streamlines OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

The unified dashboard brings everything together - OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives all in one place. Having a single source of truth for our strategic planning and performance tracking eliminates spreadsheet chaos and keeps our strategic work visible and aligned across the teams. I also really appreciate their knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

The dashboard views feel limited. While I appreciate having all our strategic data in one place, I haven't yet found a dashboard configuration that gives me the at-a-glance visibility I need for executive reporting and team reviews yet. I'm also new to the tools, still learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Thank you for your review. Our Support team will reach out to you soon to explain the different reports and dashboards that we offer. You can also build your own reports and dashboards on Perdoo. If there's anything missing, we'd be happy to share your feedback with our Product team!

"Intuitive Strategic Pillars with Powerful MS Planner & Power BI Integrations"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

Very intuitive and use of strategic pillars helps to guide strategic direction.

Integrations with MS Planner and Power Bi are very useful for reducing the manual effort needed to update Initiative progress and Key Results

Option for read only licences allows us to cascade the company objectives to a much wider audience in the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

Can automate the target values for KPIs. For example if the KPI is Revenue, I would want to see this as a cumulative KPI increasing each month. I will have a defined budget for this in another tool e.g. excel or SAP. But I need to manually enter all this data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that you can enable a cumulative view for each of your KPIs. Please reach out to our Support team via the in-app live chat, they'll be happy to show you how!

Note that we also have an integration with Microsoft Excel so you don't have to enter data manually.

We do not have an integration with SAP yet but we could add this for you. Please let us know via the in-app live chat which product from SAP you would like to integrate with.

"Simple, Intuitive OKR Platform That Supports Strategic Planning"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

So far, I’m very pleased with Perdoo. The platform is simple and intuitive, which has made it easy for our teams to adopt and work with OKRs. The interface feels clean, and the core functionality supports our strategic planning needs well. Customer support has been terrific, and the onboarding was genuinely helpful. Implementing the tool was straightforward too, and the integration to Slack is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

There are some areas where I'd appreciate more flexibility in customization - particularly with certain fields and how they behave. For example, the strategy map. However, I haven't fully explored all features yet, so I may discover more customization capabilities as we continue using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol of Perdoo

Thank you for your review! Please do let us know where you'd like to see more flexibility in terms of customization options. You can use the in-app live support chat to share your feedback with us.

"Makes our strategy clear and inspiring"
What do you like best about Perdoo?

We’ve been using Perdoo for a few months now to visualize and plan our new 3-year strategy, and to clearly demonstrate—down to our OKR teams—how all our work with objectives and key results aligns with our overarching goal. It’s become very clear to us how each planned activity contributes to our goals, and it’s inspiring to see how the different teams all play a part.

Before we started working with Perdoo, it was difficult to get everyone in the company to understand how we could all contribute to our shared success. With the visual strategy map, everything becomes much clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perdoo?

We haven’t been working with Perdoo for very long, and there’s a lot to take in and understand—which is interesting, but at times it can feel a bit challenging and even overwhelming to know whether we’re using the tool correctly. Our strategy to manage this has been to approach the introduction in small steps and not let the tool dictate our way of working, but rather use it to support us where we need help. In other words—keep it simple and gradually learn more and more. That way, we can maintain our momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
