I'm not particularly tech savvy and this has been an easy tool to pick up and use. Customer support is also 10/10. Integration was easy

What I like best is the structure + visibility it creates. It gives a shared ref point for goals, makes alignment conversations easier, and reduces the “everyone is busy, but are we moving?” feeling

I use it to organize and track my OKRs, and I really appreciate the Slack integration for keeping the team updated.
