## Perdoo Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use, Customisable OKR Management with a Clear Goal Tree View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas P. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

What I like most about Perdoo is that it’s very easy to use while still offering all the functionality we need to manage our OKRs effectively. The platform is highly customisable, allowing us to adapt it to our processes rather than changing our processes to fit the tool.

The features we use the most are the Goal Tree view, which provides excellent visibility into how objectives and key results are connected across the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The main area for improvement would be the pricing model. It would be helpful if the subscription plans included a certain number of users by default, rather than charging for every individual user.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration with the team has been good. I appreciate the weekly reminders and the option to add initiatives with different responsible people.

 ### 2. Simple, Effective and Constantly Improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tahnee B. | Relief Qualified Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I’ve been using Perdoo for over four years, and it’s been a really valuable tool for bringing structure and visibility to our company objectives.

It does a great job of linking company objectives with team and individual OKRs, which makes alignment and performance conversations much clearer. It’s easy to use, and the support team are fantastic. They’re responsive, genuinely take on feedback and regularly implementing improvements across the platform.

Like most tools, it relies on teams keeping things updated to stay valuable.
It’s a solid platform for embedding OKRs and works well when supported by consistent processes.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The main limitation from a HR Perspective is there isn’t a HR view option to track 1:1's or see performance reviews. These are only visible to the team member and their direct manager. However, we currently work around this by having managers export performance reviews and we store them elsewhere.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is helping us solve the challenge of aligning company goals with what teams and individuals are working on day to day. Before using it, that visibility wasn’t always clear, and performance conversations could be more subjective.

By linking objectives through all levels of the business, it creates much clearer alignment and consistency. It’s also made performance and check-in conversations more meaningful, as they’re based on visible progress against agreed goals rather than just general discussion.

From a People & Culture perspective, it’s been particularly beneficial in supporting a more structured approach to performance reviews and ongoing conversations, which helps drive accountability and clarity across the business.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your kind review. An HR view option, or improved reporting around 1:1s and Performance Reviews, is something that we have on our radar and are considering to add in the near future.

 ### 3. Clear Visibility Into Company and Team OKR Progress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh Y. | Senior Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

One of the most impactful features is the platform's ability to provide a comprehensive and high-level view of overall company and team OKR progress. This level of total transparency ensures that every department remains perfectly aligned with our core strategic goals, allowing leadership to monitor health metrics across the entire organization at a glance without needing constant manual updates.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

While the core functionality is incredibly robust, the overall interface could be significantly more user-friendly for new team members during the onboarding process. Some menus feel slightly buried, making the initial learning curve steeper than expected. Aside from this minor need for a more intuitive navigation system, I truly cannot think of any other complaints or areas for improvement.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform democratizes our data by allowing anyone in the company to log in and instantly view the real-time status of various objectives and key results. This accessibility fosters a strong culture of accountability; if we notice a specific metric is lagging behind, we can immediately analyze the data and make the necessary strategic adjustments to get back on track.

 ### 4. Great dashboards and Cascade view, but subgoals and KPI-to-goal alignment need more flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mario c. | International Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

One of the features I appreciate most about Perdoo is the ability to create different project or strategy dashboards. This flexibility allows teams to organize goals and initiatives in a way that fits different perspectives, whether by team, project, or strategic focus.

The Cascade view is probably the most valuable feature. It provides a clear, visual overview of how objectives, goals, and strategies are connected across the organization. This makes it much easier to understand how individual or team efforts contribute to higher-level company objectives and keeps everyone aligned with the broader strategy.

Another very useful section is the Goals page, which helps track weekly activities and progress. It gives a quick snapshot of what is on track, what needs attention, and what has been completed, making regular check-ins and updates much easier to manage. This structure encourages accountability and keeps the team focused on measurable outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Perdoo could benefit from greater flexibility in how goals and structures are managed. For example, it would be helpful to allow the creation of additional levels of sub-goals, making it easier to represent more complex strategic structures.

Another improvement would be the ability to align KPIs directly with goals, not only with objectives. In addition, allowing KPIs to be connected to multiple objectives or goals would better reflect how certain metrics contribute to different strategic areas.

Editing and reorganizing goals could also be more flexible. Currently, if you need to move a goal under a different objective, it’s not possible to simply reassign it, you need to create a new goal instead. Being able to move or reassign goals within the structure would save time and make updates easier.

Finally, reporting options could be improved. It would be very useful to filter timeframes by specific start and end dates, especially when exporting data or reviewing only monthly activities

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a clear overview of all the activities required to achieve your goals, making it easier to stay focused and aligned with the organization’s broader objectives.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Hi Mario, thank you for your review. To help us understand your feedback better, please answer the following questions:

1. The number of sub-goals that you can create in Perdoo is unlimited. Our largest customers are using Perdoo with thousands of users and thus track thousands of OKRs within a specific Timeframe — which sometimes go 10 levels deep. What exactly is the restriction that you ran into?

2. To be clear: You cannot align KPIs to Objectives. You can only align Key Results for Objectives; and Objectives can be aligned to KPIs. Key Results, however, can indeed only be aligned to one Objective. We certainly understand that you sometimes want to align a KR to multiple Objectives but allowing so would ruin the Cascade and Map views that you so much appreciate. We believe that this disadvantage far outweighs the upside of being able to align a KR to multiple Objectives.

3. You can, in fact, easily move a Key Result or Initiative from one Objective to another. Just open the Key Result or Initiative, click the 3-dot menu and select Move. You can also easily move an Objective or KPI from one goal to another by changing its alignment.

4. Regarding the filtering for start and end dates: this is actually something that our Product team is already working on! We'll let know once this is available.

 ### 5. Perdoo: Simple OKR tool with clear structure and transparent goal work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We have been using Perdoo as our OKR tool since the beginning of the year, after Viva Goals was discontinued. Particularly helpful for us is the easy operation and clear structure. OKRs can be quickly recorded, transparently displayed, and regularly updated. Even without extensive training, teams can easily find their way around. Perdoo supports focused goal work and makes progress visible to everyone without being unnecessarily complicated.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

What I like less are small usability details, for example, the expanding and collapsing of Key Results or subordinate goals. It doesn't always work on the first click and can be a bit annoying in everyday work. Overall, however, this is complaining at a high level, as the advantages of Perdoo clearly outweigh this for us.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the introduction of Perdoo, we had the fundamental problem that OKRs were hardly or not actively used at all. Goals were not always up-to-date, and above all, we lacked a clear overview of progress throughout the year – in other words, where we really stand and whether goals are realistically achievable. Perdoo solves exactly this problem by providing a transparent live status of the OKRs. This allows us to regularly, especially in the quarterly review, specifically check where we stand, what is still open, and whether we need to readjust. As a result, goal work has become significantly more agile, structured, and comprehensible for everyone.

 ### 6. Easy Goal & KR Assignment with Clear Visual Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel B. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Ease of use, I can easily assign my Goals and KRs to different employees. The ability to easily see what is due for an update.

The "visual" and different ways to review the different categories make it easy to present our progress to the company.

The implementation process was easy and the support offered very helpful

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The only thing I would say at this point is the order in wich we see goals and assigned KRs do not seem to be customizable? I haven't reached out to the support team so this could be a non issue.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need an easy and effective way to track progress on our company and departments objectives. Perdoo allow me to easily see if we are on track and what everyone is working on.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! You can actually customize the order in which you see goals. I'll ask someone from our Customer Support team to reach out to you.

 ### 7. Easy to Use and Quick for Teams to Adopt

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Sebastian R. | Head of Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo has proven to be a very easy-to-use tool that teams can adopt quickly. From the beginning, the platform felt intuitive, which made onboarding straightforward and efficient across the organization. Even team members who are not deeply familiar with strategic planning tools were able to start using Perdoo with minimal guidance. This ease of adoption has helped ensure consistent usage and engagement across different roles and departments. In addition, Perdoo’s customer support stands out as a key strength. The support team is highly responsive, fast, and genuinely helpful when questions or issues arise, which significantly improves the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Like most growing platforms, Perdoo does have some areas for improvement. We have encountered a few minor bugs and occasional translation issues. However, these have not materially affected our work, and what really matters is how quickly the team addresses them. In our experience, Perdoo responds promptly and resolves issues in a timely manner, which builds confidence in the product.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a business perspective, Perdoo has helped us successfully launch our first formal planning exercise involving every director in the company. The tool enabled each director to have a clearly defined plan with timelines, ownership, and concrete deliverables. This structure has improved alignment, increased transparency across teams, and helped everyone better understand where each area is heading. Overall, the team’s feedback has been very positive, and Perdoo has added clear value to our planning process.

 ### 8. Clear OKR Dashboards That Connect Strategy to Execution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

What I like most about Perdoo is the clear structure it offers for connecting strategy to execution. The dashboards visualize OKRs and KPIs in a way that makes it simple to track progress and quickly spot what’s on track versus what needs attention. Features such as automated progress updates and the alignment view save time and cut down on manual follow-ups. It has improved my workflow by creating a single source of truth for goals, which makes it easier to prepare for reviews and helps ensure everyone stays focused on the right priorities. An unexpected benefit has been the increased transparency across teams, which strengthens alignment and accountability.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

What I like less about Perdoo is that the visualization of the connection between strategic pillars and Key Results still isn’t good enough. There is a workaround in the ‘Explore’ feature, but it feels unintuitive, and it could be both simpler and more flexible to use. For example, it should be possible to drag and arrange elements (drag-and-drop) to tailor the view to specific needs.

In addition, a simpler “light” version of the tool would be helpful—one that focuses only on core features like KPIs and OKRs. Right now, many of the available features go unused, which can make the overall solution feel more complex than it needs to be.

Finally, the pricing structure is a challenge. Even with a large number of licenses, the total cost remains high, and this has been a recurring topic of discussion among leadership—especially during a period where cost control is a priority. A more scalable and attractive pricing model for higher volumes would make the solution more competitive.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us focus on what is important. At the same time, it is important for us to track progress throughout the quarter.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review.
- Are you aware that you can turn features off in Configure>Features? Simply turn off all the features that you do not need.
- We're interested to learn more about your feedback on Explore. Please connect with our Support team via the in-app live chat. Explore is a feature that we're actively working on and we'll be happy to take your feedback into account.
- Pricing does indeed depend on the number of licenses that you've purchased. Our largest customers (with thousands of users) only pay $1.50 / €1.25 per user/month. How many licenses do you currently have? Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to discuss this further.

 ### 9. Structure and visibility that keep goals aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samanta J. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

What I like best is the structure + visibility it creates. It gives a shared ref point for goals, makes alignment conversations easier, and reduces the “everyone is busy, but are we moving?” feeling

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The main limitation is that it can become a reporting ritual if the strategy layer isn’t clear or leadership doesn’t stay engaged. In those cases, people update OKRs for compliance rather than using them to make decisions. Also, the UI could be more modern.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo solves the problem of making objectives explicit and visible across teams, so strategy can translate into execution w/o relying on tribal knowledge. The benefit is clearer prioritization: teams can see what matters this quarter, how their goals ladder up, and where work is drifting away from company priorities.

 ### 10. Flexible OKR Updates and Insightful Progress Graphs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean P. | Customer Success Physicist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I like the flexibility of the feature for updating my OKR progress. In particular, I like that I am able to make simple, optional comments to complement my OKR percentage increase. I also like the projected or "expected" OKR progress graph and the corresponding real progress graph.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I don't like the difficulty of navigating to my particular OKR. In a company with many teams and many OKRs, I find it difficult to find my selected OKR. Rather than a "Quick Start" page, which even still can be too time consuming for someone who uses already over 10+ different company web-apps, I would much prefer a "Recently Visited" or "Recommended" page which quickly provides me access to the OKR I have been modifying weekly for the past month.

Perhaps I'm not listed as a lead or contributer, and this may be an administrative mistake. But given that I have provided multiple OKR updates, and have *permission* to do so, the system should probably infer that I'm a contributor, and I otherwise see nothing in my Home page.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is helping me to track my OKR progress within my team, and easily communicate the breakdown of my achievements to my manager and the rest of my team.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Hi Dean, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Are you the lead or a contributor for that OKR? If so, it is already added to your Home view. You always find all your goals in the My goals section on Home. Alternatively, you can simply favorite the OKR, you'll then find it under Favorites on Home. Could you explain why these options aren't sufficient for you?

 ### 11. Better UX Than Other OKR Tools—Plain, Simple, and Self-Explanatory

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I have tried one more OKR tool before Perdoo and your solution has a better UX design. I like tools that do not require reading manuals to understand how to use it. It is pretty self explanatory.
That is my main suggestion for the future - keep it plain and simple and dont overload with features that are "nice to have".
For example I really like that when I log in my tasks are immediately in the front page and I don't need to use any menus to see them. Really comfortable and use friendly - that is the main reason I log in - to see my tasks.
I also like the fact that I get daily reminders to log in and that the system mostly remembers me and I don't have to log in each time - it just opens. I use it weekly and mostly ib the day I get the reminder.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I preferred the previous strategy map view and have given my feedback with screenviews.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to focus on development so that things get done and are not dragged for months.

 ### 12. Excellent Support as We Build Out the Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Resa K. | Director of Administrative Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We are new to the software and the support we are receiving is excellent as we are building it out for our company.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I haven't found any downsides so far. Everything is going smoothly.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is helping our company set up our goals/metrics and transfer our current scorecards into the platform which will ultimately streamline everything for us.

 ### 13. Perdoo is helping our company to bring clarity acroos the organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We’ve had a very positive experience using Perdoo at CEFA. The platform has been extremely valuable in helping us structure, monitor, and manage our OKRs and KPIs in a much more organized and transparent way.

Additionally, the check-in functionality encourages regular updates and accountability, which has improved consistency in how we manage performance. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making adoption across teams smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

So far, nothing to report here. Perdoo has been an amazing platform for us.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits is the clarity it brings across the organization. With Perdoo, we can clearly align company objectives with team and individual goals, ensuring everyone understands how their work contributes to broader strategic priorities. The dashboards and reporting features make it easy to track progress in real time, identify gaps, and make timely adjustments when needed.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! Should you have any feedback for us in the future, please don't hesitate to share it with us. We always love to hear from our customers.

 ### 14. Unified Dashboard That Streamlines OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra E. | Head of People, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The unified dashboard brings everything together - OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives all in one place. Having a single source of truth for our strategic planning and performance tracking eliminates spreadsheet chaos and keeps our strategic work visible and aligned across the teams. I also really appreciate their knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The dashboard views feel limited. While I appreciate having all our strategic data in one place, I haven't yet found a dashboard configuration that gives me the at-a-glance visibility I need for executive reporting and team reviews yet. I'm also new to the tools, still learning.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo solves the 'strategic alignment in spreadsheets' problem. Before, our OKRs lived in one place, KPIs in another, and initiatives were tracked separately - making it nearly impossible to see how everything connected and influenced each other. Now our entire strategic framework is visible in one system where I can see how initiatives drive Key Results, how KPIs measure progress toward Objectives, and how everything weighs on our overall strategic health. This interconnected view makes cascading goals and maintaining alignment across the company much more manageable.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. Our Support team will reach out to you soon to explain the different reports and dashboards that we offer. You can also build your own reports and dashboards on Perdoo. If there's anything missing, we'd be happy to share your feedback with our Product team!

 ### 15. Intuitive Strategic Pillars with Powerful MS Planner & Power BI Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Very intuitive and use of strategic pillars helps to guide strategic direction.
Integrations with MS Planner and Power Bi are very useful for reducing the manual effort needed to update Initiative progress and Key Results
Option for read only licences allows us to cascade the company objectives to a much wider audience in the business.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Can automate the target values for KPIs. For example if the KPI is Revenue, I would want to see this as a cumulative KPI increasing each month. I will have a defined budget for this in another tool e.g. excel or SAP. But I need to manually enter all this data.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidance on developing a business strategy and being able to flow this down to all depts and functional levels. Also we hope it will improve engagement in Senior Manager meetings as progress on OKRs can be reviewed easily without having to create lots of powerpoint decks.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. Please be aware that you can enable a cumulative view for each of your KPIs. Please reach out to our Support team via the in-app live chat, they'll be happy to show you how!

Note that we also have an integration with Microsoft Excel so you don't have to enter data manually.

We do not have an integration with SAP yet but we could add this for you. Please let us know via the in-app live chat which product from SAP you would like to integrate with.

 ### 16. Simple, Intuitive OKR Platform That Supports Strategic Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

So far, I’m very pleased with Perdoo. The platform is simple and intuitive, which has made it easy for our teams to adopt and work with OKRs. The interface feels clean, and the core functionality supports our strategic planning needs well. Customer support has been terrific, and the onboarding was genuinely helpful. Implementing the tool was straightforward too, and the integration to Slack is good!

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

There are some areas where I'd appreciate more flexibility in customization - particularly with certain fields and how they behave. For example, the strategy map. However, I haven't fully explored all features yet, so I may discover more customization capabilities as we continue using the platform.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo helps us work more strategically and in a more goal-oriented way across the product area. It gives us the structure we need to align multiple teams around shared objectives, so everyone understands how their work connects to our broader digital transformation goals. This alignment becomes especially valuable as we scale our product teams and move from traditional project management toward more modern product development practices.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! Please do let us know where you'd like to see more flexibility in terms of customization options. You can use the in-app live support chat to share your feedback with us.

 ### 17. Simple, Useful OKR Monitoring with Great AI Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

It’s quite a useful system for monitoring our company OKRs and viewing all related OKRs in one place. The UX is simple, the AI support function is good, and overall it’s really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I haven’t noticed any bad UX/UI so far. In my experience, there don’t seem to be any significant issues.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We decided to implement a QBR/OKR system in our company because it’s really big, with many initiatives, departments, and teams. Perdoo is helping us manage and coordinate that process more smoothly.

 ### 18. Real-Time Integrations That Keep Tasks and Subtasks in Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evandro C. | Business Intelligence Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Real-time Integrations within task and subtask

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The visuals, but needs to mannually enter substasks, could have better integration with asana and other legacy platforms of tracking

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better understanding of the company momentum

 ### 19. Makes our strategy clear and inspiring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We’ve been using Perdoo for a few months now to visualize and plan our new 3-year strategy, and to clearly demonstrate—down to our OKR teams—how all our work with objectives and key results aligns with our overarching goal. It’s become very clear to us how each planned activity contributes to our goals, and it’s inspiring to see how the different teams all play a part.

Before we started working with Perdoo, it was difficult to get everyone in the company to understand how we could all contribute to our shared success. With the visual strategy map, everything becomes much clearer.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

We haven’t been working with Perdoo for very long, and there’s a lot to take in and understand—which is interesting, but at times it can feel a bit challenging and even overwhelming to know whether we’re using the tool correctly. Our strategy to manage this has been to approach the introduction in small steps and not let the tool dictate our way of working, but rather use it to support us where we need help. In other words—keep it simple and gradually learn more and more. That way, we can maintain our momentum.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately, we use Perdoo to achieve our growth goals. As well as to to visualize and plan our new 3-year strategy, and to clearly demonstrate—down to our OKR teams—how all our work with objectives and key results aligns with our overarching goal.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. I'm sure you know this already but, just in case, here's how you can simplify the experience for your people: https://vimeo.com/perdoo/customize-perdoo

 ### 20. Empowers Strategic Alignment with Powerful Features and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas F. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo is much more than an OKR tool. Implementing it naturally leads you to rethink your company’s strategic objective, clarify the pillars that support it, and understand how to properly cascade objectives across the organization to achieve those pillars.

At first, the tool may feel slightly complex, but that complexity is exactly what enables its power—nothing more than what’s necessary to drive real strategic alignment. In addition, the extensive educational content around both the OKR methodology and the platform itself allows teams to become productive very quickly.

I’d also highlight Perdoo’s onboarding and support approach, which makes the initial setup and adoption process smooth and well guided.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Nothing yet (I can't even complain about pricing...)

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo helps us solve the problem of strategic clarity and alignment. It forces us to clearly define our main strategic objective, the pillars that support it, and how each team’s objectives contribute to those pillars.

This has helped us move from scattered initiatives to a structured, shared direction across the company, improving focus, prioritization, and accountability. As a result, teams better understand why they are working on certain goals and how their efforts contribute to the overall strategy.

 ### 21. Friendly Support, but an Overloaded UI for Basic Perdoo Users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The support team is very friendly and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The UI is a bit overloaded. I use only some basic features of Perdoo, but there are so many elements anyway that distract me view. Perdoo offers a lot of features, but my company wants me to only use a small subset. So it feels like to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
I wouldn't use your AI features, because I fear data security issues.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track our OKRs, but on a very coarse level. It helps our leadership to report progress to our investors.

 ### 22. Intuitive, Straightforward UX with Responsive Support and Tailored Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kav S. | VP of HR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Intuitive system which makes the user experience simple and straight-forward. Support is readily available and the onboarding process was adapted to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Numerous ways of accessing the same functionality. This has been seen as a positive by some however it can often cause confusion

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency of our business plans and stronger cross collaboration of departments

 ### 23. Personalized Goal Tracking Made Simple and Effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina R. | CRO Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The personalization of the goals and the way that we can track them overtime. I can clearly see tasks assigned to me and update them easily.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I think there is a learning curve to the User interface. There are many teams that i can see, not all of which are relevant. Additionally it's not always clear to me where to go to see other people's goals and progress. The difference between the dashboards, company, and teams tabs confuse me a bit and they don't all feel necessary.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo resolves global alignment for us. We have teams accross the world that need to be kept up to date on major goals, but are not in constant communication, so perdoo works.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review, Nina.

To see other people's goals and progress, simply use the top search bar or go to Users (https://web.perdoo.com/users-list). You can favorite teams and people for quick access. On your Home view (https://web.perdoo.com/home), we surface your direct reports as well as the teams that you're a member of.

That said, we will soon launch a brand new UI — which I'm sure you'll appreciate. You can preview it here: https://perdoo.com/release-notes

 ### 24. Perdoo: Easy Setup, Clean Layout, and Great Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay S. | Business Excellence Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo is easy to set up, has a clean layout, and offers great reporting. It’s very user-friendly and straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

We would like to be able to export the KPI boards as an image or excel to include in presentations.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is helping our organization stay focused on aligned strategic goals. It gives each user a clear, high-level view of where we want to be and the direction the organization is heading in.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review, Lindsay. I filed a request with our Product team to add the possibility to export a KPI Board to PNG (image) and CSV (so you can import it into a spreadsheet/excel). We'll let you know once this feature is available!

 ### 25. Perdoo Makes OKR Management Effortless Across Teams and Geographies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** michael.sherry@webexpenses.com S. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The organisation wanted to adopt OKR's as a business management system but we needed a system that would effortless manage the process across teams and geographies. Also allow us to cascade the OKR framwrok between and across teams we reviewed a number of solutions and Perdoo was an excellent solution.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

We are still learning the software and so it's too early to tell.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The adoption of OKR's as a cohesive business management system that allows everyone to contribute to the overall performance of the company.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your kind review. We'll be looking forward to your feedback as you gain more experience with Perdoo!

 ### 26. Essential Tool for Strategic Alignment and Team Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime D. | Vicepresident, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I've been using Perdoo for many years, and it has helped keep my strategy aligned, my team engaged, and provided an understanding of how things are. Additionally, Perdoo enables you to adopt the OKRs framework straightforwardly. Definitely, I will keep it as a key tool in my role as a CEO.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Nothing that I have in mind. I've been able to work on everything I wanted, and the Perdoo team has been supportive.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to implement the OKR framework. I tried using spreadsheets, but they are cumbersome, slow, and require a lot of work. Perdoo helped me adopt the framework and make it a reality. It helps me to keep track of my key results and strategy.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review.

 ### 27. Nice tool to handle company goals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We’ve been using Perdoo for about a year now to manage our OKRs, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. The software has become an invaluable tool for tracking the progress of our development team and ensuring that the company’s goals remain aligned across various departments. What I appreciate most is its user-friendly design: the interface is clean, intuitive, and offers a clear overview of progress on both individual and team objectives. This has enabled our team to focus on areas we had previously overlooked.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

There are still some aspects that could use improvement. Specifically, it would be extremely useful to have the option to carry over objectives from one quarter to the next, retaining the progress already made, rather than having to start over each time. Introducing this feature would make OKR management even more efficient and seamless. Despite this, Perdoo continues to be an outstanding tool for strategic planning and performance tracking, and I would certainly recommend it to any company seeking a more structured and transparent approach to managing goals.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo has played a significant role in helping us monitor goals and initiatives that we previously considered but rarely accomplished. By making these objectives clearly defined and visible within the platform, we became more conscious of their significance and the impact they could have. Additionally, understanding that these goals might benefit not just our team but also other departments in reaching the company’s broader objectives has strongly motivated us to prioritize them and ensure they are completed.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review.

It's on our product roadmap to improve the cloning feature. Here are the improvements that we have planned:
1. When cloning a goal, add a reference to the old/cloned goal in the activity history of the new goal.
2. Option to keep the old start, target, and current value for Key Results & Initiatives.
-- When enabled, you'll retain the progress already made. So if you had 20% progress on the old/cloned goal, then you'll start with 20% progress for your new goal.
-- When disabled, the current value of the old TF becomes the start value in the new TF and you'll start with 0% progress.
3. Option to also clone archived and/or achieved Key Results & Initiatives.
4. Option to clone the entire activity history.

Let us know at support@perdoo.com if you have anything to add to this. Thanks!

 ### 28. Competent and intuitive solution for OKR work. Stable solution and quick response from support.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The solution is easy to use and has the expected features. Lacking feature to reset Key Result metrics when you realize that the start values were wrong.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I would like a better overview usability with regards to organisaztional structure.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation by OKR leads.

 ### 29. Perdoo: The Perfect Tool for OKR Meetings and Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joep L. | CEO, Sports, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo is the perfect tool for all your OKR meetings and strategies

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

It doesn't work enough with AI. It can help you so much more by setting up goals

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The total tracking of our OKR's is key in our business and we can do this really well in Perdoo

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. Have you used our AI Assistant already? He will help you draft any goal from Strategic Pillars, to OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives at company-, team-, or individual-level. And Vince, our in-app AI Coach, can review the goals that you already drafted.

What additional AI features are you looking for?

 ### 30. Intuitive and Easy to Use from the Start

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jørgen A. | Head of Quality and HSE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I haven't really got to start with using it yet, but it seems very intuitive and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

At this point, I haven't had the chance to use it in a real setting, so I don't have any feedback yet.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to organize the strategy and OKR work in one tool, and helps with coordinating across teams and the whole organization

 ### 31. Streamlined OKR Management for Teams of All Sizes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo has significantly improved our team's ability to align goals and monitor progress across various departments. Its intuitive interface and visual goal-tracking features make it straightforward to stay focused on company objectives. I particularly value how individual goals can be connected to both team and company-wide OKRs. While the platform becomes easy to navigate after some use, it does require initial planning and training, especially for larger teams. The system also offers comprehensive tracking, reporting, and integration capabilities which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The initial setup may feel somewhat overwhelming, particularly for teams that are new to OKRs. Some of the more advanced features also come with a learning curve. While the reporting features are helpful, they would be improved by offering more customization options.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo has been instrumental in helping us address the challenge of aligning both individual and team goals with our wider company objectives. By offering a clear structure for setting and monitoring OKRs, it promotes transparency and accountability throughout all departments. As a result, we've experienced greater focus, improved prioritization, and more insightful performance reviews.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! Reporting is a very important focus for us. Are you on our Supreme plan? This will allow you to build custom dashboards (https://vimeo.com/perdoo/custom-dashboards) and custom reports (https://vimeo.com/perdoo/custom-reports). We can always add new widgets to custom dashboards. Just let us know at support@perdoo.com what you are missing!

 ### 32. Great tool for tracking shared/individual goals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza B. | Field Application Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo makes it really easy to align team and individual goals through OKRs. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the progress tracking visuals are helpful for keeping everyone focused. It’s also great for transparency across teams and improving accountability.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit slow when switching between dashboards, and the setup for custom reports could be more flexible. However, these are minor compared to the overall value.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a good platform where we can track the progress. It also gives a good overview of other teams and I can easily check what is the stutus of other OKRs from different teams.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! Between which dashboards exactly are you switching when you experience slowness of the platform? Please let us know at support@perdoo.com so we can resolve this issue for you.

Re custom reports: Today, we launched a brand new Explore feature (you can enable this for your account at https://web.perdoo.com/settings/company/general/features). It includes brand new Cascade views and revamped Strategy Maps — unlocking many new ways to visualize and analyze your goals!

 ### 33. Perdoo Review - European Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo provides a clear and structured platform for setting, tracking, and aligning objectives and key results across teams. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to visualise progress, encourage accountability, and keep everyone focused on shared goals. The reporting features and integration options help streamline performance management and support informed decision-making.

We use the tools across multiple regions within Europe and it allows to have a clear sight of all OKR and KPIs

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

There may be a learning curve for new users unfamiliar with OKRs or have never used a tool for tracking goals.

Occasionally, the platform can feel a bit rigid when trying to update a goal or OKRs and it would be good to be able to collapse the key initiatives under the key results to stop the page becoming too busy to read.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is helping us address the challenge of aligning team goals with overall company strategy by providing a transparent and structured way to set, track, and manage objectives and key results. This has improved accountability, increased focus on priorities, and made it easier to measure progress across different teams.

As a result, communication has improved, everyone understands how their work contributes to the bigger picture, and we are able to deliver what we need to quickly.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. Please let us know how we could improve the update experience for you. You can reply to this comment or send your feedback to support@perdoo.com. We'd also love to hear where you'd want to be able to collapse the Initiatives. We'll make sure to forward your feedback to our Product team.

 ### 34. Clarity and focus on what requires most attention to attain our goal

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James O. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo has helped us get clarity and focus on the tasks that are forgotten or not getting proper attention. It has also helped us weight our efforts appropriately so I can only focus on key KPI movers. The solution was easy to setup and their tech or customer success team were very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

We struggled with the currency challenge at first and this required the intervention of the tech team. Perdoo was slightly expensive since its a EU product, we found it to be out of reach for us, we recommend EMEA pricing, or Startup pricing. Gladly, they extended a Non-profit pricing for us. Which enabled us to join.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strategy execution

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review, James. We're happy to support your business and have you guys on board.

 ### 35. I love Perdoo!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rogério F. | Analista de Gestão de Projetos - PMO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I found Perdoo while searching for OKR management tools. When I created my account, I knew it would be "my home" or "my place" to manage and organize all the OKRs of my organization. I simply love everything the platform offers. I am a very curious person, I don't really like tutorials. The tool is extremely intuitive and easy to use. I've even conducted training for some people on my team on how to use the tool. I learned on my own and realized that it's very easy to implement new objectives, key results, and initiatives. The ease, the interaction I can have with the team, the management metrics, in short... I simply love it! I access it daily to monitor and report to my facilitators and stakeholders on the progress of the objectives.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I understand that operating an amazing platform like this incurs costs. The free version allows me to do a lot. But I know that the other paid versions are even better. Even so, I can't find any points to bring up about what I don't like.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an energy distribution company. Previously, this company was state-owned, with full command and management by the government. Today, after privatization, many processes and flows that came from the state-owned company are still ongoing, and as time has passed since privatization, we understand that these processes need to be reviewed and corrected to improve business efficiency, aiming at points such as improving the satisfaction of our internal and external customers, and of course, the company's shareholders. In addition to eliminating unnecessary expenses and rework.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review, Rogério. When you do have any ideas for how to improve Perdoo, please do share them with us. You can reply here or send it directly to our Customer Support team via in the in-app live chat.

 ### 36. An eye-opening and simple way to implement strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo is incredibly easy to use and has a clean, intuitive interface. I appreciate how thoughtfully the platform is designed. The customer service team is also fantastic: they respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you succeed. The overall user experience is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

So far, I honestly haven't found any drawbacks. The platform works well and meets all our needs. If I have to mention one thing, it would be the ability to use the software in my own native language.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo has helped create real coordination and transparency throughout our organization. Everyone can easily see what the company's goals are, how each team contributes to them, and how their own work connects to the bigger picture. This transparency has improved collaboration and focus, ensuring that everyone is moving in the same direction. It has made it much easier for us to measure progress, celebrate successes, and quickly identify where we need to make adjustments.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review. Perdoo is available in English as well as Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish. We also offer multi-lingual customer support. Which language are you missing?

 ### 37. Intuitive Goal Tracking with Clear Deadlines and a Helpful Strategy Map

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I can see my goals through time, with deadlines; Goals can be updated quickly and intuitively; and see how that relates to the company's overall goals, on the Strategy Map in particular

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I would add a simpler menu on the left side for beginners, since I only use My Profile and the Strategy Map for the overall view.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo is solving the lack of visibility and accountability for all of our company goals.

 ### 38. Perdoo - A Solid OKR Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elie S. | Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo is an easy-to-use OKR tool. It helps different teams coordinate on company's objectives.
As a first time user, I'm finding setting and monitoring OKRs simple. (very friendly user interface).
My favorite feature is the strategy map as it provides me with a clear illustration of how team and individual OKRs relate to more feneral business goals to encourage openness and alignment.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Sometimes, when adding updates, I need to refresh the page a couple of times.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo’s Strategy Map visually connects individual, team, and company OKRs, ensuring everyone understands how their work contributes to overarching objectives.

It also helps save time on manual tracking and stay on top of progress without micromanaging. The dashboards provide real-time insights, helping you quickly identify and address bottlenecks.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review, Elie.

You shouldn't experience any issues when adding updates. I'll ask our Support team to reach out to you to help resolve this matter!

 ### 39. Easy way of managing team priorities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

- One place as overview for the whole team
- Structured assessment possible
- Very intuitive to use
- Different formats to structure team management

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

- Overview page not super clearly structured, too many items to fill out
- Strategy map a bit inflexible to handle, gets crowded super quickly

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team management in a concise and pragmatic matter

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review! What do you mean by "overview page"?

 ### 40. The UI is modern but difficult to get used to

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The map and share OKRs between stakeholders has proven useful and having a platform dedicated for that it's great.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I find it difficult to navigate between objectives, key results and initiatives: the large popup interface breaks the standard browser navigation of going back and forth.
Closing a quarter and starting a new one is always a bit of a struggle. We always have some OKRs that we need to postpone to the next quarter and I don't know if we're doing it wrong but cloning every objective removes any history on the objective and can be exposed in a better way.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's useful to standardize the way we define OKRs and for sharing OKRs between teams.

 ### 41. Easy to Learn and Use, Even for Non‑Tech Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I'm not particularly tech savvy and this has been an easy tool to pick up and use. Customer support is also 10/10.
Integration was easy

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I would really value a dashboard view that could show me progression of certain OKR's. I could use this as a snapshot to share with the leadership team.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to implement OKR's across the business, its an easy way to keep track of all the goals people are working towards.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review!

If you're on our Supreme plan, you can build your own custom dashboards on Perdoo. Custom dashboards integrate with the custom reports that you can also build on Perdoo, those two together typically give you full flexibility to build the overviews that you want. Could you specify what exactly you would like to see on that dashboard view? We can then point you in the right direction.

 ### 42. Great Collaboration for New Businesses, but Could Use More In-App Guidance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Great collaboration tool for new starting businesses

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Additional guides within the tool would help

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shared business strategy enables us to align as a business and hold each team accountable.

 ### 43. Clean UI and Easy Collaboration Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

clean UI design, easy of use for a multi-team company and share with colleagues

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

I would like to have a gantt view for key results

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the option to export in csv, it helps us to use the map in other tools to plan and execute actual work

 ### 44. Innovative Features and Rapid Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We use Perdoo across a number of our teams for strategy deployment and OKR tracking. It is an easy-to-use tool, with an active and supportive founder/owner who is just a phone call away. The tool is one of the best out there and really supports our management processes.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

It's not yet supporting proper multi-tenant setup (e.g., multiple businesses within same SSO). Its work in progress.
There are a lot of new features being released, sometimes this leads to 'in-between' phase where some functionality is semi-deprecated but not yet fully removed.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility on strategy deployment and OKRs.

 ### 45. A simple to use, OKR Tracking Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The tool itself is easy to navigate. The simple interface allows new users to get up to speed quickly and start using the tool to its full potential. I appreciate the ability to view my goals (OKRs, KPIs, etc.) at different levels. The tagging and assignment of teams are helpful parts that make the tool effective in tracking our organizational strategy. Lastly, the support team at Perdoo is amazing. Any questions or concerns that I've had are quickly addressed. Onboarding sessions when we first signed up were extremely valuable to get this tool implemented into our company culture quickly.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Nothing major that I dislike. I see some features that are available in Slack that don't function as well with MS Teams. I'd love to see integration development to continue so the tool can truly become a seemless addition to our tech stack.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo provides a clean, standalone tool to track our company-level OKRs. Having a separate tool for this tracking allows for clear visibility into the top priorities for our company all in a single interface. This has increased accountability and visibility within our leadership team.

 ### 46. Great for Tracking OKRs with Handy Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

I use it to organize and track my OKRs, and I really appreciate the Slack integration for keeping the team updated.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about it based on my experience using it. It’s a very functional tool, although that level of functionality also makes it a bit complex to use.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to track OKRs and send notifications to the team on Slack.

 ### 47. Helpful for OKR Management, But Lacks of Visibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marketing V. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

The interface and design are well done, providing valuable insights into the company's global objectives. It also ensures transparency for all employees.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to maintain a clear overview of all OKRs, since I can only see the ones for which I am listed as the owner.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarifying company goals, making KPIs transparent for global teams, and providing deeper insights into each team's efforts would be beneficial.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Whether or not you can see all the OKRs (and KPIs) in your organization's Perdoo account depends on how your company has configured visibility. By default, all goals inside a Perdoo account are visible and transparent to all users. However, your company can decide to restrict this visibility, which it seems like they did.

 ### 48. Excellent for KPI Tracking and Leadership Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Pretty good at creating a holistic view for senior leadership to track KPIs

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Hubspot integration is very limited it needs work

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing senior leadership to track KPIs at scale

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Hi Marcio, you are right that our current Hubspot integration is a bit limited. We already have a ticket for improving this integration, which will probably cover (i) adding more metrics, (ii) ability to apply custom filters, and (iii) option to filter values by team. We've assigned you to this ticket so you'll be kept up to date on our progress here!

 ### 49. Powerful Tool for Driving Strategic Alignment and Execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken P. | Head of Program Management Office, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo provides a clear structure for aligning strategic goals with day-to-day execution through its combination of OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives. I especially appreciate how easy it is to cascade objectives across teams and visualize alignment to company-wide goals. The UI is clean, the progress tracking is intuitive, and the ability to connect Key Results to measurable KPIs and underlying initiatives makes it easier to drive real outcomes, not just check boxes. And my organization is starting to use the meetings/1:1 features to experiment with the idea of CFR's (Conversation, Feedback, Recognition) popularized in John Doerr's OKR bible "Measure what Matters."

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve for teams new to OKRs, especially when trying to balance the flexibility of the system with best practices. While the platform is very powerful, configuring user roles and permissions for large orgs can get tricky. I'll really love when we're able have KPI's also be OKR's (today they are entered separately even though in one quarter they might need to be the same). While normally I understand they should be different, sometimes an Objective needs to be to improve a KPI, and in that case I view the KPI as the KR.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo helps solve the common disconnect between strategic intent and execution. In many organizations, goals are scattered across decks, spreadsheets, and conversations. Perdoo centralizes our OKRs, KPIs, and initiatives into one platform, creating a single source of truth. This clarity ensures that every team understands how their work contributes to broader company goals. It’s also helped us shift from output-based tracking to outcome-based thinking, which has improved focus, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

**Official Response from Henrik-Jan van der Pol:**

> Thank you for your review, Ken. We already have it on our product roadmap to allow customers to customize roles & permissions themselves. You've been assigned to that ticket so you'll be updated on our progress there. We're also investigating whether it'd be possible to convert KPIs into Key Results and vice versa — we'll keep you up-to-date on that one.
