What I value most about Perdoo is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The UI/UX makes it very easy to navigate, and the ability to manage information through simple clicks and drag-and-drop interactions saves a lot of time in day-to-day work.

Another strong point is the wide range of integration possibilities with other platforms, which makes Perdoo easier to incorporate into existing workflows and tools.

In terms of performance, the platform has been very reliable. It runs smoothly, updates progress quickly, and I especially like how Objectives can automatically reflect the progress of their Key Results. This makes it much easier to understand at a glance whether an Objective is on track and how the completion of individual KRs contributes to the overall result.

The support experience has also been excellent. Both the support team and the AI features have helped me clarify questions about the platform and understand how certain functionalities work. The AI has also been particularly useful when creating and refining names for Goals, which makes setting up OKRs faster and more consistent.

Finally, I believe the pricing is fair considering the overall value Perdoo provides. The combination of a well-designed platform, multiple integration possibilities, AI and human support, strong OKR management capabilities, and the continuous evolution of the product makes it a good investment. There is not necessarily anything I dislike about Perdoo, but one feature that we currently do not use very often is the Meetings functionality. It seems useful for teams that want to centralize their OKR discussions and recurring meetings within the platform, but it is not a major part of our current workflow. For this reason, compared with features such as goal management, progress tracking, and integrations, Meetings is an area from which we currently get less value. What I like most about Perdoo is that it gives us a clear overview of our company KPIs and makes it easy to keep information updated. We use it regularly for weekly check-ins and to monitor our indicators across departments. It is especially useful when preparing for our monthly board meetings. My only real complaint is that sometimes maintenance work or new releases seem to happen exactly when I need the platform the most 😊. What I like most about Perdoo is that it’s very easy to use while still offering all the functionality we need to manage our OKRs effectively. The platform is highly customisable, allowing us to adapt it to our processes rather than changing our processes to fit the tool.

I’ve been using Perdoo for over four years, and it’s been a really valuable tool for bringing structure and visibility to our company objectives.

The main limitation from a HR Perspective is there isn’t a HR view option to track 1:1's or see performance reviews. These are only visible to the team member and their direct manager. The Cascade view is probably the most valuable feature. It provides a clear, visual overview of how objectives, goals, and strategies are connected across the organization. This makes it much easier to understand how individual or team efforts contribute to higher-level company objectives and keeps everyone aligned with the broader strategy.

Another very useful section is the Goals page, which helps track weekly activities and progress. It gives a quick snapshot of what is on track, what needs attention, and what has been completed, making regular check-ins and updates much easier to manage. Perdoo could benefit from greater flexibility in how goals and structures are managed. For example, it would be helpful to allow the creation of additional levels of sub-goals, making it easier to represent more complex strategic structures.

Another improvement would be the ability to align KPIs directly with goals, not only with objectives. In addition, allowing KPIs to be connected to multiple objectives or goals would better reflect how certain metrics contribute to different strategic areas.

Editing and reorganizing goals could also be more flexible. Currently, if you need to move a goal under a different objective, it’s not possible to simply reassign it, you need to create a new goal instead. Being able to move or reassign goals within the structure would save time and make updates easier.
