I like the flexibility of the feature for updating my OKR progress. In particular, I like that I am able to make simple, optional comments to complement my OKR percentage increase. I don't like the difficulty of navigating to my particular OKR. In a company with many teams and many OKRs, I find it difficult to find my selected OKR. Rather than a "Quick Start" page, which even still can be too time consuming for someone who uses already over 10+ different company web-apps, I would much prefer a "Recently Visited" or "Recommended" page which quickly provides me access to the OKR I have been modifying weekly for the past month.

Perhaps I'm not listed as a lead or contributer, and this may be an administrative mistake. But given that I have provided multiple OKR updates, and have *permission* to do so, the system should probably infer that I'm a contributor, and I otherwise see nothing in my Home page. We’ve been using Perdoo for a few months now to visualize and plan our new 3-year strategy, and to clearly demonstrate—down to our OKR teams—how all our work with objectives and key results aligns with our overarching goal. We haven’t been working with Perdoo for very long, and there’s a lot to take in and understand—which is interesting, but at times it can feel a bit challenging and even overwhelming to know whether we’re using the tool correctly. Our strategy to manage this has been to approach the introduction in small steps and not let the tool dictate our way of working, but rather use it to support us where we need help. Perdoo is much more than an OKR tool. Implementing it naturally leads you to rethink your company’s strategic objective, clarify the pillars that support it, and understand how to properly cascade objectives across the organization to achieve those pillars.

At first, the tool may feel slightly complex, but that complexity is exactly what enables its power—nothing more than what’s necessary to drive real strategic alignment. In addition, the extensive educational content around both the OKR methodology and the platform itself allows teams to become productive very quickly.

I think there is a learning curve to the User interface. There are many teams that i can see, not all of which are relevant. Additionally it's not always clear to me where to go to see other people's goals and progress. The difference between the dashboards, company, and teams tabs confuse me a bit and they don't all feel necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Perdoo for many years, and it has helped keep my strategy aligned, my team engaged, and provided an understanding of how things are. We’ve been using Perdoo for about a year now to manage our OKRs, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. There are still some aspects that could use improvement.
