I like Perdoo because it's easy to use and has a great balance of the features you need to create and manage OKRs in an agile environment without being too complex. Perdoo doesn't try to be 'all things to all people'; they're 100% focused on the OKR methodology and making it relevent to the real world and accessible to SMEs. I use most of the features available in the base version, especially the roadmap, check-ins and custom reporting functions. The knowledge base and blog is very comprehensive, and a great resource for those starting out on their OKR journey. I've tried a few other strategy platforms but found them to be quite combersome yet lacking in some of the useful features that are standard in Perdoo, like the roadmap. Perdoo is perfectly suited to the needs of small and medium size organisations (and probably larger enterprises too) that are looking to implement OKR practices as the foundation for strategy planning and execution. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** There is not too much that I think is missing from Perdoo - it fulfills its intended purpose well. There is a steady stream of new features and refinements that enhance the user experience without adding complexity or bulk to the platform - you don't miss them when they're not there, but find them immediately useful when they are released. I rely totally on Perdoo to plan, communicate and manage strategy, and often it will sit above a client's existing project management/task & timeline applications like Asana, KanbanFlow etc. So I think there is an opportunity to make it easier to link initiatives in Perdoo with projects in other platforms to facilitate even better alignment of effort and strategic priorities. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's 100% about driving alignment. Using Perdoo, I've helped business owners build a bridge to their vision through strategy and align the entire organisation around their strategic priorities. There is much greater clarity within these organisations from top to bottom about what's important; people are now focusing on impact rather than just effort. ### 27. I feel that Perdoo can benefit from having a guided walkthrough as a part of onboarding clients. Resource videos are nice, but it does not help in real-time. a clickable tutorial would be very helpful. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem we were seeking to solve was twofold: A place to track organizational KPIs and a place to manage our 2025 Strategic Plan. The ability to split bigger objectives into smaller tasks will enable you and your team members to reach the goal. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** There is a certain learning curve to the product. To start using it, there is some setup time to be considered before you can start. There are a lot of nice visuals. However, you need to know where to find something in the product. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perdoo is an OKR tool that will help you in succeeding at 'initiatives' or product/feature development. The bigger tasks are split up in different tracks so multiple teams can collaborate on 1 goal. ### 37. It has some things that could be improved, like minor details in the UI or in the Slack integration configuration but overall Perdoo is a TOP product. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Perdoo we have been able to set and unify all the company's goals in a unique source of truth. Since the first time I've used Perdoo to input my OKRs, without any previous contact with the platform, my experience was very positive. The clean interface makes it easy to input your objectives and key results. One of my favorites is the 'Time to Check-in Your Goals'. It is not just a reminder. It guides you in reporting your progress using a simple and quick form. Before Perdoo, tracking my OKRs manually or using other collaboration tools was very difficult. My team supports different areas, and I have OKRs linked to other groups' OKRs. I'm also contributing to Okrs from other groups. Perdoo makes it easy to create your objectives and key results, helps you to connect different areas, providing a consolidated view of the organization's goals. In addition, the content Perdoo provides over the Youtube channel and Resources Hub helps you learn more about Orks and the platform.
