What do you like best about PBXware?

I particularly appreciate the multitenant management, which allows you to always stay connected to your company wherever you are. I also find the numerous integrations available with CRMs very useful, in addition to the fact that the product is constantly evolving. It is reassuring to know that a team of developers is always engaged in releasing updates. I consider the SIP trunk a fundamental component for exposing your PBX on the internet, while ensuring complete protection against attacks, which are increasingly frequent today. What do you dislike about PBXware?

I would recommend making the menus more compact by grouping the various items into macro blocks. This would allow for more orderly and intuitive navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PBXware?

I find PBXware incredibly helpful as it serves as a single platform for calls, messages, emails, and video, allowing me to manage various communication needs seamlessly. The auto-answer call feature, along with auto-routing and voice email options, provides a comprehensive facility for handling inbound and outbound calls with ease. What do you like best about PBXware?

The best part of PBXware is available in multiple editions to support for our customer base from Small to Enterprise Level, We can easily deploy and use the PBXware.

Majority we are using Multi-Tenant Architecture PBXware to support many customers from one system to easily and instantly provision and configure them, time saving and very much faster way to get customers on-boarded, Not only that we will get complete UCaaS platform with all the integration available, most importantly cost effective!

For our Business and Contact Center customers we setup dedicated VPS system to ensure flexibility and scalability, The most effective way to work with enterprises to fulfil all the requirements when there is on-demand and easy too.

What do you like best about PBXware?

Easy to use system, super realiable with a great support team that offers solutions to your problems. We have been using the system and have really not had any major issues with it. Customers love it due to the fact they can understand how to use it for themselves. We can deploy servers very easily and set them up in minimal time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PBXware?

It could do with having an API to connect into the central phonebook as we do a lot of custom development and we would like to be able to add contacts directly to the system but at present we cannot do this. What do you like best about PBXware?

PBXware is very stable and feature-rich. It supports a large list of phones and new models keep being added. I can work directly with Bicom engineers at the core level to fix issues, and their chat support answers quickly in emergencies, so our service stays smooth. What do you like best about PBXware?

I can't say it enough, but the multi-tenant feature is really well done. Each tenant is really isolated from the other by a separate database. When showcasing PBXware to potential customers and resellers, this is what we show to them. Having a drop-down list and being able to switch from one customer to another is just fantastic. This is what I call a real Multi-Tenant.

Also the full mobile branding (7.4) is really awesome and makes a huge difference in the way we sell Bicom, I have rarely seen this level of branding capability for a mobile app and ease implementation.

I personnally think that the addition of more and more phones compatibilities makes PBXware easier to integrate with existing infrastructures. The addition of the remote provisioning service made a significant difference for our customers.

The dev team !! They are listening to all of our feedbacks and they actually care about it ! This is awesome, I really like working with them because I feel like its a human partnership. Could say the same for the support team, its always great to work with a team that actually cares about us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PBXware?

The CDRs might be a bit lacking, if we could know what exactly has happened with a specific call in few seconds, it could be really good, both for the admin and end user.

What do you like best about PBXware?

PBXware is an easy to use platform. From start to finish, the use of our Multi-Tenant and Contact Center is a simple setup process.

The transistion from a Legacy phone system to PBXware is very simple, allowing for a very easy integration into an existing business.
