**What do you like best about PBXware?**

I particularly appreciate the multitenant management, which allows you to always stay connected to your company wherever you are. I also find the numerous integrations available with CRMs very useful, in addition to the fact that the product is constantly evolving. It is reassuring to know that a team of developers is always engaged in releasing updates. I consider the SIP trunk a fundamental component for exposing your PBX on the internet, while ensuring complete protection against attacks, which are increasingly frequent today.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

I would recommend making the menus more compact by grouping the various items into macro blocks. This would allow for more orderly and intuitive navigation.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The UCC features solve numerous problems: with a single app, you can manage chat, meetings, and file sharing. The integrated SBC function also allows for significant resource savings.

They use tactics to make sure they keep getting paid, far above and beyond what was originally agreed to.

The solution, for me, was to move away from Bicom Systems.

I find PBXware incredibly helpful as it serves as a single platform for calls, messages, emails, and video, allowing me to manage various communication needs seamlessly. The auto-answer call feature, along with auto-routing and voice email options, provides a comprehensive facility for handling inbound and outbound calls with ease. I also appreciate that the initial setup of PBXware was user-friendly, which made the onboarding process simple and efficient.

I dislike the limited dashboard customization on PBXware's user interface.

I use PBXware for inbound and outbound calls, reporting, and recording. It solves issues with call management by providing auto-answer, auto-routing, and voice email features. Additionally, having a single platform for calls, messages, emails, and video improves communication efficiency.

I really appreciate the PBXware interface, its efficient and fast technical support, and its advanced features. Managing hundreds of clients is optimal, and I particularly like that the program is stable. Its installation was super easy and the documentation is well-constructed.

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

The system is excellent and always up-to-date, offering cutting-edge features. Management is simple thanks to a user-friendly interface. The reporting is comprehensive and detailed. The CC management function with artificial intelligence is fast and immediate. Furthermore, the system is compatible with the existing infrastructure, without the need to modify the current architecture. Additionally, the Customer support service has proven to be quick and effective in addressing all situations that have arisen.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

At the moment, we have not encountered any critical points.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system allowed us to update the architecture in a non-invasive way and without the need for a significant investment for replacement. Furthermore, the integration of the AI solution made reporting faster and more effective. We were also able to delve deeper into process analysis and optimize them, thus increasing the efficiency of the implemented CC services.

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

The best part of PBXware is available in multiple editions to support for our customer base from Small to Enterprise Level, We can easily deploy and use the PBXware.
Majority we are using Multi-Tenant Architecture PBXware to support many customers from one system to easily and instantly provision and configure them, time saving and very much faster way to get customers on-boarded, Not only that we will get complete UCaaS platform with all the integration available, most importantly cost effective!

For our Business and Contact Center customers we setup dedicated VPS system to ensure flexibility and scalability, The most effective way to work with enterprises to fulfil all the requirements when there is on-demand and easy too.

I am very much happy with PBXware that bring stability, reliability and security for the customer calls.

I guess NONE, but always there is room for improvements and enhancements

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

Easy to use system, super realiable with a great support team that offers solutions to your problems. We have been using the system and have really not had any major issues with it. Customers love it due to the fact they can understand how to use it for themselves. We can deploy servers very easily and set them up in minimal time.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

It could do with having an API to connect into the central phonebook as we do a lot of custom development and we would like to be able to add contacts directly to the system but at present we cannot do this. Also, some more CRM integrations then the existing 7 or so they have.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its allowing us to deploy customers at a fast rate and have a relaible system to use.

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

PBXware is very stable and feature-rich. It supports a large list of phones and new models keep being added. I can work directly with Bicom engineers at the core level to fix issues, and their chat support answers quickly in emergencies, so our service stays smooth.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

The system has a steep learning curve for tenants who want to self-manage, and small change requests can sometimes move slowly. Quicker updates and easier onboarding would make the experience even better.

PBXware gives us one single platform to host and manage voice for all our customers instead of running many PBXs.

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

I can't say it enough, but the multi-tenant feature is really well done. Each tenant is really isolated from the other by a separate database. When showcasing PBXware to potential customers and resellers, this is what we show to them. Having a drop-down list and being able to switch from one customer to another is just fantastic. This is what I call a real Multi-Tenant. 

Also the full mobile branding (7.4) is really awesome and makes a huge difference in the way we sell Bicom, I have rarely seen this level of branding capability for a mobile app and ease implementation.

I personnally think that the addition of more and more phones compatibilities makes PBXware easier to integrate with existing infrastructures. The addition of the remote provisioning service made a significant difference for our customers.

The dev team !! They are listening to all of our feedbacks and they actually care about it ! This is awesome, I really like working with them because I feel like its a human partnership. Could say the same for the support team, its always great to work with a team that actually cares about us.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

The CDRs might be a bit lacking, if we could know what exactly has happened with a specific call in few seconds, it could be really good, both for the admin and end user.

Sometimes an overload of parameters & settings can be quite confusing.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not needing any physical device like SBC.
Having the ability to integrate all of our customers on the same platform saved us a lot of money and hosting issues.
The ability to have a proper provisioning process that can push informations to the phones properly.

**What do you like best about PBXware?**

PBXware is an easy to use platform. From start to finish, the use of our Multi-Tenant and Contact Center is a simple setup process.
The transistion from a Legacy phone system to PBXware is very simple,  allowing for a very easy integration into an existing business.
The customer support is top notch. From the simpliest task to working on a very specific need, support has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

It is very hard to think of a downside. I have been a user for the past 13 years, and I do not remember anything that I could say or want to have changed. Maybe certain features that are available on one platform that is not available on another.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved so many unique issues that our clients have had. From traditional Telco unable to get service to the client, which was solved with Communicator apps, to multiple site locations wanting to have a unified system to handle all telecommunications from one location. 
With the ease of set up and the small amount of time to do it in, we are able to get our clients up and talking in a matter of minutes compared to days, weeks or even months that traditional telcos would take.

Glocom-MeetPhone, for us it was a differentiator for years

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

Until now, there was NOT much flexibility, customization,... and in the Spanish market, you fall out of the market. Finally, Bicom is understanding the Spanish market and is developing with greater agility and speed, which is essential in these times when technology advances too quickly. We still have to go faster.

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, the most important thing is flexibility in integration with the different CRMs on the market. The wider the range of possibilities, the greater the sales capacity.

As an engineer, my favourite part about PBXware is its ease of use.

The UI is designed very well, making it easy to implement changes and troubleshoot issues.

The recent addition of the Embedded documentation feature is an excellent tool which gives detailed explanations and examples of every setting/option on the system.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

I have been using PBXware for over 10 years, and I have not encountered anything I dislike about the product. Whenever I face an issue, the helpful support team are always ready to resolve it. Like any software, there are occasional bugs and problems, but the support team and product owners consistently accept suggestions and feedback to improve the product.

PBXware makes UCaaS easy!

we are a long time PBXware client.  The product has only gotten better with each release

The only disadvantage is having to split our clint base on multiple PBXware instances.

Multi-tenant architecture with a user-friendly interface. The most reliable and stable PBX platform I’ve ever used.

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

The only drawback is the absence of full roaming PINs and the need for a multiple edit button, such as for changing the CLI.

A single platform to manage multiple customers, with no codec translation issues in Bicom.

still using SIP, while other competitors moved to HTTPS REST protocols for better quality and iteroperability

Competitive range of base UC functionality, option for multitenant platform, well suited to our hosted MSP offering. Supports integration with teams and other leading platforms

**What do you dislike about PBXware?**

Behind the market leaders in the contact centre space - not a major issue for us as we have other solutions in that area but still a negative.  ore seamless teams integration without the need for additional middleware woudl also be useful

**What problems is PBXware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing our customers with a cost-effective business telephony  solution with a good range of features

PBXware is very feature rich, affordable and easy to use. I also like the fact that administrative privilages is very powerful compared to other platforms.

It is easy to train support staff on the platform. 

Bicom support is very good and readily available.

Glocom incompatibility with Huawaei devices.

Providing a competitive VoIP product in the market.
