The ability for non-technical users to execute experiments on our homepage and iterate more quickly than is currently possible by our teams. Also, the highlighting of how we can potentially use AI to supercharge this side of personalisation and content experimentation for our business. In our case it's not necessarily a dislike about the tool, I think it's more about getting the right teams to know what features are offered. I think experimentation at our organisation is still seen as something owned completely by data, but web experimentation democratizes that, and should therefore be adopted by other teams like Martech and Marketing to a deeper extent than is currently done.
