What I like best about the Optimizely platform is the ease of editing the variations to test in the visual editor. It makes it possible to run tests for those of us who do not have extensive coding knowledge. The downside for our company was that we would run a test that was more complex than the visual editor would allow therefore needing development resources that we did not have available for testing. We felt like we could get low-hanging fruit wins, but were not able to get the big wins without coding. I would also have liked more support from our Customer Success Manager. We have had a couple since joining the platform, and they don't provide much benefit in the meetings.
