I like that the user interface is easy to use and it's relatively easy to set up and experiment depending on the experiment type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely Web Experimentation?

The setup experience was really poor. Optimizely doesn't offer support in setting up their platform and instead recommends 3rd party agencies to do this.

We paid a small fortune to an agency only to later learn that the implementation was not done correctly. This cost us countless hours of troubleshooting and support calls, a huge cost that could have been avoided if Optimizely had supported the integration of their own software.
