Optimizely Web Experimentation makes the process of implementing web experiments easy. I'm impressed by how quickly and easily experiments can be set up, deployed, and managed, even without extensive technical knowledge. Specifically, the ability to control the percentage of a feature under experiment is one of the best tools I've used. Being able to turn on/off these experiments near instantly has helped reduce our mean time to resolve by at least 60%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I found challenging about Optimizely Web Experimentation is the initial learning curve was steep. Especially for new users without prior experience or guidance. There are a lot of features. The documentation is robust but doesn't speed up the process. Recent changes to the user interface make it difficult to find and access certain features or settings.
