What do you like best?
The reports are clean and simple. you can visually show the effect that your suggestions will have on their bottom line. The ability to quantify the value of your solution is paramount.
What do you dislike?
They have really done a good job with it, would be nice if i could pull exmods but not crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is primarily for people who are heavy in workers comp and need to compete with the large brokers. The simple fact is for small market (<$100k) and even a lot of middle market accounts (<1 Mill) many of the large brokers simply cannot afford to supply all of the services that were listed in their brochures. Once a broker has made a sale, they typically have to rush off to make another one or salvage a renewal. Very little time is left to do the real work that was promised during the sales pitch. This is a great place for a smaller practitioner to step in and calculate the value of the labor that goes into providing a higher level of involvement with each client.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Every broker uses the same pitch. We are great at claims and service. The problem is that unless you have real programs and services to back that up, it's simply a talking point. I like to detail the work i do, how i get involved in case management, return to work, and claims reviews with the customer and then show them what it does for their bottom line. It's a much more direct and quantifiable way to demonstrate my value vs. just talking about it.
