**What do you like best about InsurLink?**

I like that InsurLink is user-friendly, and our clients can access it twenty-four seven. It's easy to use for our CSR reps, which means anytime the customer service rep doesn't have to be involved in a service issue, it's quicker for the insured to self-service their policy. Also, once we had training, setting it up was very easy.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

I like to be able to customize it more from the agency. To make it easier to add other contact individuals within the agency, such as claims reps, and also to add helpful links. If there were templates for that already created by InsurLink or Vertafore, it would be helpful. So that we can just choose some of those helpful links in the drop down. Based upon the policy details. And it would be the customer interface instead of the agency interface of that carrier website.

**What problems is InsurLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InsurLink allows my clients to access policy info 24/7, making it user-friendly and reducing the need for CSR reps to handle basic tasks, enabling self-service for quicker access.

**What do you like best about InsurLink?**

I use InsurLink for customer direct access to policy documentation. I find the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

I don't find it that user-friendly for customers and even those that set up accounts have issues in the future, which creates more work for us in the end. Also, it creates extra work for us to constantly have to drop documents in their folders for access to current documents. Maybe for commercial lines it's good, but for personal lines, I don't really like the product.

I use InsurLink to provide customer direct access to policy documentation and help with compliance.

**What do you like best about InsurLink?**

I like InsurLink's ability to be customized and its effectiveness in taking many tasks off our customer service team with self-service options for certificates and claims. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

I wish InsurLink would give the client the ability to pay invoices or billing. Since a client can already get docs and claims, it would be nice if they could make payments as well.

**What problems is InsurLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InsurLink helps reduce customer service requests by allowing clients to self-serve for certificates and claims. I appreciate its customization and the ability to offload many customer service tasks.

It’s very basic. Not a lot of customization available.

**What do you like best about InsurLink?**

The user end experience interface for our clients and the convenience of having all docs in one spot for them.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

We’ve noticed that clients cannot go and modify certain holders due to clerical error. They have to go and make a whole holder and that causes duplicates in the system.

**What problems is InsurLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s providing our clients with a user interface that allows them to see all their documents and information. We also boast the encryption of paying on our portal.

I wish it was more automated, we have to attach all policies and endorsements manually

Need additional MFA options, also way for agency/insured to authenticate a new phone when using PingID app for MFA

**What do you like best about InsurLink?**

Our agency implemented InsurLink a little over a year ago and find that it is incredibly easy for our account managers to set up and easy for our insureds to use. It has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. It's been a game changer for insureds who need access to their information during times we are not open.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

Nothing that I dislike about InsuredLink - the only trouble is sometimes getting buy in from some customers, but that is expected in any scenario.

**What problems is InsurLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our insured access to their information at all times. It also cuts down on service for our account managers.

That you can only attached one document at a time and the link to the insured to send out does not sent properly

Eliminate the need to email or mail out certificates, ID Card.  Ease of use for both agency and client.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

I would love to see an option upon attaching a document to Doc360 to a allow clietn to see in Insurlink.

**What problems is InsurLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving the insured an option other than email or US mail to get their documents.  Ability for our clients to enter their change requests, and certificate requests on line.

Clients are able to access their policy information anywhere, anytime.

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

InsurLink is not customizable by client, only by division / business unit.

Giving our clients access to their policy information 24/7.  We are able to direct our clients to the portal to print auto id cards, issue certificates of insurance.

It is easy to use and has enough functionality to be useful, but not too much to be confusing.

Cannot link directly to the carrier. A lot of times the carrier apps have more functionality.

Providing an app that is useful for our clients.

Connectivity to AMS360 and realtime info availability to the client

**What do you dislike about InsurLink?**

Branding is difficult & WS email receivers can't be used because it doesn't segment between different divisions (CL, PL & EB).

Direct communication with clients & document availability in real time.
