Great service! Love the system! The IVANS exchange helps me keep track of what carriers that my agency is connected with and if they have a new product that they are offering for downloads, I can get with that carrier to get set up. **What do you dislike about Ivans Exchange?** I have not had any issues or dislikes with the IVANS system. If I needed a carrier to get set up for downloads, they have always assisted me. **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Exchange:** I would recommend any one that is looking for ease of use of the system as well as great communnication and customer service to try IVANS in whatever industry they are in. **What problems is Ivans Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alleviating the time and effort I would have to use to input my customers information into my agency management system manually, By having the carriers download them I save valuable time that I can use to assist my customers. ### 2. Sometimes I feel like there is a black hole that information seems lost in.. Maybe more information easier to locate or worded differently. **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Exchange:** Fast, efficient, current information. **What problems is Ivans Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our data base up todate. More precise information from the carriers that utilize the Ivans. It would be great if they would update commercial accounts. Include Medical, life, etc... ### 3. Electronic copies of all documents and ability to text clients from management system are a huge plus! **What do you dislike about Ivans Exchange?** Occasional disconnections, but vary rare. **What problems is Ivans Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documenting of client files, attachments, and copies of communications with clients for all to see in case someone is out of the office. ### 4. The time it takes to setup a company to download into our system is so minimal. Ivans basically does all the legwork for us! They are super fast at responding to our questions, concerns, and comments. I don't know how we did it without Ivans when we were just starting out. Also, every year more and more companies are using Ivans, so we are getting more downloaded information and we love it more everyday. **What do you dislike about Ivans Exchange?** We don't like that not every company goes through Ivans, but that is changing year by year! **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Exchange:** I would highly recommend this product to anyone. **What problems is Ivans Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without Ivans we would have to manually enter policies, activity notes, claims, direct bill commissions, and so much more into our system.
