Can Indio add more and optional n/a option or text box so we can indicate that a question is n/a on acord apps.Some sections can be hidden with a toggle next to the section or the question. Not all are able to be hidden. There is a comment function that you could use to alert the customer that the info is not needed. If you submit your forms they can map them to what your form indicates. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can mark/indicate that a specific question is required and the client will not be able to advance to another page if any required items are left unanswered.

Input the information form indio into Epic?I would love a tour of the system from the Indio team. I have a workbook from my company, but i feel like there has to be a more efficient way.

Hey Terrell,
My organization uses Epic as well. The great thing about Indio is that it can pull information from the profile in Epic. One downfall is that it doesn't work the other way. Anything that comes from Indio has to be manually entered into Epic (supplementals, e-signature documents, etc.) We are hoping that it eventually becomes a two-way system, but it can be a while for that to happen!
