What do you like best about Canopy Connect Insurance Data Intake?

I like how easy it is to send as an agent. I can send it via text and email, and it's extremely easy for the client to receive, fill out, and get notified as an agent when it is actually submitted. It's also very good at organizing the data that is submitted in a very easy-to-read format, so that I can review the account as accurately as possible and take the data that is received and send it off to our rating system or other needs that we have for it. It also performs extremely well, even for prospects who have limited technology know-how. They give options now for even just taking pictures of documents, which is really, really convenient for people who do not have electronic access to their policies. What do you dislike about Canopy Connect Insurance Data Intake?

I would like it to be a little bit easier to customize the flows in terms of questions I want to ask the prospect, such as:

- plumbing material

- dog breed

Giving us access to the prospect's current policies represents a huge opportunity for us to know where the current holes are in their insurance portfolio, how their current pricing is structured, and things that are missing in their account that they need, etc. It allows us to make a tailored game plan for how to approach this account to win it and create an easy comparison to show the insured how our proposals stack up to their current policies.
