## Applied Mobile Reviews
  ### 1. Great addition to the Applied Portfolio. Customer Service at your fingertips.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wes G. | Regional Controller, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Applied Mobile?**

I believe the addition of the Applied Mobile app was a necessary step in the evolution of insurance. Essenetially you have your insurance broker at your fingertips. Applied Mobile provides our producers, and customer Service Staff get updates review claims, and follow transactions in real time from their cell phones. Great addition to the Applied Insurance Package.

**What do you dislike about Applied Mobile?**

I think overall the Applied Mobile checks all the boxes for what I was looking for. The biggest hurdle with putting this type of platform on a Mobile App is having to limit certain functions due to phone capabilities. I often find myselft using the Mobile app and then switching over to my Desktop to complete certain functions.

**What problems is Applied Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Applied Mobile Platform is creating instant updates and on demand access to certain necessary features without tethering me to a computer. I can check on updates in my car or at the gas station if needed.

  ### 2. Now agencies of all sizes can provide Technology & ease of doing business via mobile apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Applied Mobile?**

I have to say i was inmpressed - this idea made smaller agencies be able to complete and provide services Like Imidate claims reporting which is what progressive has been doing for a little while.
these features give our Cotaractors On the job Access to items they would have to go to the office to handle.
certificate of Insurance are at the tips of their fingures so if they forgot paperproof of coverage they have it to pull up when needed.
I am very excited to see how all these applied products grow over the Next 5 years

**What do you dislike about Applied Mobile?**

it was quite a bit of red tape int he start to work on getting our mobile apps set up (that was mostly i think Apples red tape) but that is the only think that stuck with me as being a dislike.

**What problems is Applied Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being accessable to our clients at all times of the day.
with out the technology we would not have a way like progressive or Farmers etc. to give access to the Insureds by just loging into the app and p ulling up policy and proof of coverage as well as reporting a claim on the spot when it occurs.

  ### 3. Great Insurance Platform at the Tip off your Fingers

  ### 4. Applied Mobile needs a lot of work

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Applied Mobile?**

I like that I can access my clients anywhere I am, right on my phone or tablet. I can view basic information and send auto ID cards.

**What do you dislike about Applied Mobile?**

You cannot do much from the app. The only thing I really use it for is to send auto ID cards if I am away from my computer. That is literaly the only thing you can do. I can see SOME attachements, not all depending on the file type, cant make changes, edit customer, attach anything, etc. You can see some basic info and thats it.

**Recommendations to others considering Applied Mobile:**

Make sure the attachments work before going to a clients locations. you might not be able to access them.

**What problems is Applied Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking at basic information if I am away from my computer and sending auto ID cards very easy.

I can look up all my clients or prospects that I have entered that are near my current location. I am able to review my open activities that need to be taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Applied Mobile?**

It has some glitches and shuts down at random times. Can't access if you have no phone signal or wifi.

**What problems is Applied Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can send a client a proof of insurance at anytime form anywhere. I can drop in on prospects that are nearby if i find myself with some extra time. I can add new prospects from the road. I can attach documents to client/prospect files.

They have become less reliant on just sitting at their desk and using their desktop computer to assist clients to being more interactive with the client at the client location providing a level of service that clients appreciate.
