(ie.) "You still have ___ task open, are you finished or still working on it?" This would just be beneficial to remind us to close open tasks and prevent them from piling up. I also wish the bind folder was located under marketing instead of policy level, since we're requesting the bind order and receving the binder & carrier invoice prior to the policy. I personally associate that to the marketing process. **What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great tool to keep track of all recent and previous correspondence with insureds which makes it seamless for account managers to jump in and assist in each others work when needed. ### 10. One of my favorite features is using the chronological feature to see the last item worked on. Also I like being able to move items around if you put them in the wrong place with ease. It is also worry free if you accidentally delete something you can always get it back. **What do you dislike about ImageRight?** For myself I really do not have any issues with Image Right. It is very user friendly versus some of the archaic systems I have used in the past. The only upgrade I may like is the ability to print your Task Notes into a file that would be pretty convenient. **What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** It benefits me as it is super easy to gather information for my clients and find things quickly. It also keeps current with my items to follow up with using Task Feature.
