I like how easy it is to send as an agent. I can send it via text and email, and it's extremely easy for the client to receive, fill out, and get notified as an agent when it is actually submitted. It's also very good at organizing the data that is submitted in a very easy-to-read format, so that I can review the account as accurately as possible and take the data that is received and send it off to our rating system or other needs that we have for it. It also performs extremely well, even for prospects who have limited technology know-how. They give options now for even just taking pictures of documents, which is really, really convenient for people who do not have electronic access to their policies. I would like it to be a little bit easier to customize the flows in terms of questions I want to ask the prospect, such as:

- plumbing material

- dog breed
