Ivans downloads is used daily with both our old & current management systems. Especially now, with our new agency management system, Ivans has been a great help in keeping track of all our clients' policies. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** The worst thing about Ivans used to be that we had to manually import the downloads each day into our management system. Now, however, with our new management system, the downloads are automatically applied to each client's file, making it easy to use. The worst part about Ivans now is that not all our companies use Ivans downloads so we are having to manually enter a couple of companies into our client's files. **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivans makes keeping our clients' policies up-to-date a much easier task than it once was. I wish there was one email to send all redownload requests to. **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of doing business is the problem that they solve. We do not have to enter policies and some commissions even download! ### 4. They download from many carriers that we use which makes our work easier. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** I sometimes find it difficult to navigate the site. **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Download:** If you are using it for Insurance purposes, it is a huge help. **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to get policy downloads, changes, direct bill and all kinds of other things through the downloads. The biggest benefit for me is how easy it is to resend the transaction if an error is made. ### 5. We no longer have to consume hours of data logging and manually inputting customer information to have a complete data base ### 6. Every morning, after I perform the download, our agency management system is updated. We are confident our client's screens are accurate, which saves us time when answering questions, etc. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** There is no downside, except for the few companies who do not download to us through IVANS. **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Download:** Don't wait! **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have never had any issues with IVANS. And we are sent a reminder at least every quarter, if not more often, to give us the opportunity to add policy downloads that our companies have recently added to their systems. ### 7. Personally, since I am in management, I do not use Ivans on a daily basis, but the staff does. They are usually able to fix or find the problem when something does not download, now that they have been working with it. **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves time by not having to download policies and information between us and companies. The help Ivans gives is superb and they are always quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns. Setting it up is so easy with the help of their staff. The download from Ivans to Applied Epic is fast and super great. Ivans works with Applied Epic so seamlessly that we don't even realize they are two separate products. We have yet to have a bad experience with this product. Ivans does so much to keep our workplace running smoothly. We love IVANS. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** Sometimes their is a glitch in the download, but they are always quick to get is resolved. There really isn't anything that i dislike. The service for this product is outstanding. **Recommendations to others considering Ivans Download:** I would definitely recommend IVANS download because you save so much money and time from entering all the policies, commissions, claims, documents, and anything else.
