The direct connection to an agency’s workflows is really beneficial. The relationship we’ve built with them as a partner has been excellent. I find policy download, claims download, and eDocs/messages to be the most valuable features. The initial setup was quite easy since we were already using it on a small scale. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** The standards can be too rigid and don’t allow for much flexibility. With the emergence of AI, it could be time to reimagine the data flow needs and structure. Ivans downloads is used daily with both our old & current management systems. Especially now, with our new agency management system, Ivans has been a great help in keeping track of all our clients' policies. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** The worst thing about Ivans used to be that we had to manually import the downloads each day into our management system. Now, however, with our new management system, the downloads are automatically applied to each client's file, making it easy to use. The worst part about Ivans now is that not all our companies use Ivans downloads so we are having to manually enter a couple of companies into our client's files. **What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivans makes keeping our clients' policies up-to-date a much easier task than it once was. Every morning, after I perform the download, our agency management system is updated. The help Ivans gives is superb and they are always quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns. Setting it up is so easy with the help of their staff. The download from Ivans to Applied Epic is fast and super great. Ivans works with Applied Epic so seamlessly that we don't even realize they are two separate products. We have yet to have a bad experience with this product. Ivans does so much to keep our workplace running smoothly. We love IVANS. **What do you dislike about Ivans Download?** Sometimes there is a glitch in the download, but they are always quick to get it resolved. There really isn't anything that I dislike.
