What do you like best about Maxio?

Maxio is incredibly easy to use and learn. As a part of my job I am responsible for managing subscriptions, but that is not my core focus, so having an easy platform allows me to focus on my core responsibilities instead of getting stuck working on billing issues. I specifically like how easy it is to access the customer payment links to send when people want more information about their personal accounts with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maxio?

The auto-renew options sometimes charge people before they are ready to renew and that can cause complications or result in refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maxio is a game changer for Revenue Scheduling"
What do you like best about Maxio?

If you ever had to manage revenue scheduling in Excel, you will love Maxio. Being able to process transactions, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maxio?

There are minor frustrations about the integration from SFDC to Maxio, and Maxio to QBO. For example on multi-year deals in SFDC - we have to edit multiple lines in Maxio to make the time periods match the revenue scheduling and invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maxio?

The system is easy to use and intuitive. It has good API connectors allowing for automation between different systems (Salesforce, Quickbooks, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maxio?

The Rev Rec 606 functionality isn't as robust as I would like. We have very complex revenue recognition and creating the SSP listing has proven to be a challenge as the capabilities are limited. Similarly, the reporting functonality needs to be better built out for 606 capabilites. Reporting functonalities should also be enhanced to run mid month or specific day reporting.
